• Sarah Knth (1/5): Grenzt schon an Betrug - Sehr zentral. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Angezeigt wurde uns auch das Zimmer, was wir bekamen, aber der Balkon wurde von einem anderen Zimmer dargestellt. Also kamen wir an, fanden ein Zimmer mit einem Balkon vor, der keiner war. Er war belegt mit der Lüftung der Klimaanlage. Hat man hinausgeschaut, sah man den Eingang des Hauses, den Aufzug und einen Müllsack. Dazu der Geruch von alten Zwiebeln. Im Badezimmer war richtig starker Schimmelbefall. Gar nicht gut als Asthmatikerin und Allergikerin. Der Topper und die Matratze waren absolut widerlich, wurden aber gut mit einem sauberen Bettlaken versteckt. Wir sind am selben Tag abgereist, weil die Unterkunft ein anderes Zimmer für am nächsten Tag versprochen hat. Wenige Stunden später sagten sie dann, dass das Zimmer an wen anders verbucht wurde. Also sagten wir, dass wir dann abreisen werden, denn fast 900€ für dieses Zimmer, mit diesem "Balkon" und diesem Schimmelbefall ist eine absolute Zumutung und wirklich nicht das, was wir gebucht haben. Ein klassischer Fall von Reisemängel, Irreführung und eigentlich auch schon Scam. Egal, was die meisten Bewertungen hier sagen, wir hätten nicht gebucht, hätte es nicht ordentlich ausgehen. Aber die Realität zeigt etwas ganz anderes. Da wir abgereist sind, können wir nichts zum Frühstück sagen. Aber wir glauben mal den realen Bewertungen und erwähnen, dass es anscheinend nur abgepackte Lebensmittel sind. Die Unterkunft sagt nur: du kriegst, wofür du bezahlst. Ignorieren alle Beweise aus der Buchung, wo klar und deutlich von einem Balkon gesprochen wird und ein Foto gezeigt wird. Außerdem hat die Unterkunft uns vor der Anreise per WhatsApp zugespamt und wollten genau wissen, wo wir gerade sind und wann wir ankommen. Als ich sagte, dass wir nun mit dem Taxi losfahren und es ca. 30 Minuten dauert, haben sie gesagt: so lange dauert das nicht!

Many restaurants and tourist attractions are within walking distance, and the nearest metro station can be reached in about 7–10 minutes on foot. The staff are very helpful and easy to contact via WhatsApp and email, which makes communication smooth and efficient. The breakfast is typically Italian-style, which may not meet expectations if you are looking for a more traditional or substantial breakfast. the breakfast time needs to be arranged very precisely in advance, as the housekeeper has to come specifically to prepare it. Additionally, because of the central location, it can be quite noisy in the evenings. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best place to stay.

• Elena (10/5): Excellent stay with amazing hosts and great value for money. - We had a wonderful stay at Infinity. The hosts were incredibly caring and attentive from the very beginning. We were coming from Rome and arrived quite late, but they were waiting for us, welcomed us warmly, and helped us with everything. They even recommended a great place for dinner just a few meters away, and we absolutely loved it. It made our experience even better. The breakfast was generous and very tasty The room exceeded all my expectations. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The bed was amazing, very soft mattress and great pillows, which I really value when I travel. The balcony was a lovely bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value for money is excellent and truly exceeded our expectations. I would definitely love to come back again. Nothing Everything was great

La struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente. Colazione inclusa, anche se solo con dolci confezionati. La nostra camera aveva due porte finestre sulla strada e nonostante gli infissi non siamo riusciti a riposare, la zona è molto trafficata sia di giorno che di notte.

La décoration de la chambre était jolie Aucune lumière naturelle dans la chambre, Humidité et moisissure dans la salle de bain Mini bar très bien cependant même les bouteilles d’eau sont payantes, dommage vu le prix de la chambre Réveil à 8h du matin avec la musique dans la salle du petit déjeuner, très mal insonorisé, pas de grasse matinée possible

Anna e' di una gentilezza e di una professionalita' unica e il prezzo assolutamente onesto. Mi hanno scritto ogni giorno per sapere se facevamo o meno la colazione e se volevamo stare di più' a letto alla mattina ,ci pulivano la camera quando andava più' comodo a noi, senza disturbarci, servizio top. Il giorno della partenza visto che avevamo l' aereo verso sera ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e visto il grande caldo siamo stati nella hall più' di meta' pomeriggio, lasciando la camera come da accordi alle 10:00. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura per confort , proffessionalita' e per la posizione che e' veramente spettacolare a 2 minuti da piazza Plebiscito nei quartieri Spagnoli che sono veramente belli. Napoli e' bellissima e soggiornare qui ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora poi' bella. Mi e' piaciuto tutto, forse l 'unico difetto e' che non avevamo la finestra in camera che dava sul vicolo , ma non poteva essere altrimenti vista la posizione altrimenti dovevamo scegliere un' altra camera ma erano tutte occupate, magari prossima volta sceglierei sicuramente la stanza con la finestra che da sul vicolo.

Ho apprezzato molto anche la comodità del materasso. È stata una continuità dormire tra casa e B&B senza soffrire l'adattamento tipico di quando si cambia materasso. La camera e il bagno sono molto spaziosi. L'arredamento moderno è sobrio ed elegante, i materiali e i colori utilizzati trasmettono la sensazione di comfort e di benessere "come a casa propria". Mi sono sentito "come in famiglia" grazie all'accoglienza e all'impegno personale della Gerente Anna che si prodiga per far star bene l'ospite e fornisce tutte le informazioni per rendere piacevole il soggiorno nella bella Napoli. Complimenti Anna e grazie ancora! Mi sono affezionato a questa B&B che è diventata un punto di riferimento per un soggiorno a Napoli di lavoro o di svago. Ringrazio Booking.com per la possibilità di poterla prenotare comodamente. Oggi è la B&B L'Infinito 88 ma è stata la dimora di Giacomo Leopardi durante il suo soggiorno a Napoli. Sulla facciata del palazzo è presente una targa commemorativa e all'interno, su una parete dell'ingresso, si trova la riproduzione del testo della poesia "L'Infinito" scritta a mano dal Poeta. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui per vivere oltre al comfort anche il legame tra antico e moderno. Nulla

The entrance to the facility is horrible. 1. The lock on the door to enter the building is very difficult to unlock. After you enter you enter a dimly lite where there two motorcycles with a lot of other junk.

• Romain (3/5): Too noisy - Location Clean Too noisy !! They put the TV on at 8:00AM, the room is next the breakfast room, no sound isolation. You can hear the toilets of the other room. At 9:58 they send you a message to leave the room (10:00AM).
• Edward (5/5): Maybe a place for young partyers but not older visitors. . - Located in the center of the craziness of Naples. Loads of police so we felt secure. Eclectic - at least for us, we’re 70 plus. Elevator to get luggage up. Anna tried and was nice. The entrance is literally in an untidy alley, locked but urban untidy is an understatement. The property is on second floor and is generally unmanned, a bit of nuisance but not atypical. Our room was borderline clean (shower especially needed help) and on second floor above the noisiest street imaginable- motorcycles, locals arguing, partying, a metal shop, street vendors - almost all night. At one point a street musician drummer was soliciting the restaurant patrons - almost funny but not when you’re trying to get some rest.
