• Rauti (10/5): The host is a highlight. She made everything possible. I felt home and comfy, the stay was just wonderful!:) - So charming! It was simple and had everything I needed. You’re in the City Center in an absolute cute Italian neighbourhood :) Everything was so great! Maybe the bathroom was rather small and loud ventilation but for me really no big deal.

Posizione perfetta - La disponibilità della ragazza responsabile della struttura è stata eccellente, con anche rispettivi consigli sulla città. La posizione è stata ottima per raggiungere a piedi le principali mete culturali e turistiche della città, consigliatissima. Camera carina e trovata pulita con accessori aggiuntivi. Letto comodo e confortevole con davanti la televisione. Buona illuminazione della stanza. L’ascensore non è disponibile con la struttura poiché per usufruirne bisogna pagare 20 centesimi. Rende questo poco agibile la struttura a causa di scale pericolanti, asimmetriche e irregolari (pericolo per caduta). Abbiamo trovato in camera nostra un bagno cieco molto piccolo e stretto, con un phon mal funzionante, impianto di ventilazione e scarico molto rumorosi. Mentre facevamo le doccia era finita precocemente l’acqua calda. Finestra non insonorizzata con diverso chiasso proveniente a volte dal palazzo.

• Ofelia (10/5): The best location - The location it’s the best (very close to the metro Università) it’s like 3 minutes from the building)and the place is very clean and it has a good internet. The location is very convenient. It’s 5 minutes from the port to go to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi & Capri. There are many places to buy food and coffee. The tourist point is 3 minutes away too and outside of the metro station. You can take the tour of the bus there. I had a great time in Nápoles because this place is the best for the location (only 2 sat stations from Garibaldi piazza and the train to Rome. The owner is very friendly and meet you at the Università station outside on the street to show y you the place. She is very kind and helps you with the luggage in case you need to a tour or other things and come back later for the luggage. I’m very grateful to Vicenza. I highly recommend it. I will stay again when I come back to Naples.

The bathroom has a lot of hot water and it’s very clean. Also, the bedding and towels are very clean. The bed is very comfortable. Vincenza is a very nice girl and she help you a lot in her directions and all you need to feel comfortable in the room. She is a lovely person!

La struttura è piuttosto datata e si trova al secondo piano; l’ascensore è disponibile solo pagando un supplemento. La stanza era molto piccola e il bagno davvero minuscolo. Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata discreta, ma la struttura avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di qualche miglioramento.

Staff molto accogliente e disponibile Purtroppo ci sono delle cose che non mi sono piaciute per niente. In primis la stanza che mi è stata assegnata non corrispondeva a quella delle foto della prenotazione su Booking. Bagno più piccolo e anziché il matrimoniale c’erano due singoli uniti. In realtà l’unica vera cosa che mi è dispiaciuta è stato il fatto che la camera non fosse per niente insonorizzata: si sentiva qualsiasi rumore proveniente sia dalla zona colazione che dall’appartamento del piano superiore. Infatti sabato sera ci sono stati rumori di bambini che correvano fino all’una di notte che non ci hanno permesso di dormire. Capisco che su questi aspetti la struttura può intervenire fino ad un certo punto , però avendo pagato 100€ per una notte mi aspetto di riposare bene. Aldilà di questo sottolineo l’enorme disponibilità della ragazza alla reception e la posizione veramente ottimale della struttura

• Camilo (10/5): Highly recommended, easy access to public transport and lovely host! - Dona Vicenza B&B is perfectly located in the heart of Naples. It was quick and convenient access to metro Lines 1 and 6, several bus routes, and it is walking distance (15-20 mins) from regional train stations (e.g., Montesanto). A big bonus is that it's less than 10 minutes walk from the Alibus stop (bus to/from the airport) at the Port. Location-wise, it is in a quiet area, considering that the city centre can be busy and loud. This is important because you can walk to the city centre (centro storico & quartieri spagnoli) within 5-15 mins and have access to multiple restaurants and bars, while coming back home to a quiet bed. Vicenza, the host, shares recommendations about restaurants and bars and cafes that you can try. She was very attentive and was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything during our stay. Vicenza was also very honest and clear and gave some recommendations about bars that would serve a bigger breakfast for the same price you'd pay at the B&B (5EUR). I value honesty more than anything, so that was a big plus. The only thing I would improve is the lighting in the bathroom. It is automatic with a motion sensor, so it goes off if you're taking a shower (don't worry, you won't be completely dark) and it goes on if you need to use the toilet in the middle of the night. That's all. I would still stay here if this wasn't changed.
• Xian (6/5): Basic stay in a great location - Excellent location, walking distance from the port. Fairly small and basic room, but it was clean and comfortable for our 1 night stay. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet flush was very temperamental and very loud at times. Apart from this, it was a comfortable stay.

Location is simply perfect: 5 minutes max walk to all of the important places in Naples... Even the bus/train stations are on the walking distance. Close to everything but still in quite street so you can have quality sleep 5. Beds and pillows - amazing Love it and will be back here for sure if I am visiting Napoli again 🥰

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bemüht, was den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage ist praktisch, da man schnell zum Hafen kommt. Die Umgebung und das Stiegenhaus wirken allerdings etwas alt und heruntergekommen (Das Stiegenhaus wird jedoch gerade schon renoviert) Insgesamt aber ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Bathroom was very small, but adequate, The room is on 2nd floor, you need 20c to use the lift especially for the luggage.

• Soumyajyoti (4/5): Disappointing - Location The toilets are made out of partition in bedroom and have no separate roof. The bedroom stinks obviously if you have multiple occupancy in the room, after use of toilet. The rooms have no ventilation. There is a hot water kettle provided in the room but to use it you need to disconnect the refrigerator first and connect the kettle to a location below the table almost near the floor level. You need to pay 20 eurocents exactly in the lift to use it . This was not mentioned in the booking. So with heavy luggage it was quite a challenge to climb to second floor, with old and uneven staircase with steps of different heights. No WiFi available in the rooms. It's only available in the reception area.

• W. (8/5): Good for 4 nights, has all basic needs, close to plenty of restaurants and public transport. - The lady called Chicca helped us enormously from the moment we landed in Naples. She texted us to guide us to the accommodation, and we were in regular contact throughout our stay. She was very nice and helpful and gave us many tips where to go to eat, drink and see things. As we only saw her on our arrival, that was a good means of staying in touch. She asked us often whether we had any wishes and she would grant them. Thank you for that! I didn't like the fact that the bathroom was not completely separate. It was kind of part of the bedroom, divided by a wall and a door and partially covered by a ceiling. However, a small part was not covered by a ceiling, which means you could hear about everything what was happening in that bathroom. And that's not always a good thing..... especially when odors can escape.

My height is 164 and I'm quite slim, but it was difficult for me to take a shower and it was almost impossible to wash my hair. I don't understand how tall people are supposed to do it there.

We communicated through WhatsApp and she helped us with public transport and answered all of our questions really quickly. She let us know when our room was ready so we could check in early and she even let us leave our luggage at the reception as we had an evening flight back.

The location is perfect, 5 min walk from Spanish Quarter but really quiet and peaceful. Bathroom was very small but in general the room was enough for 2 persons

• Rajesh (1/5): Horrible it is a ghost BB with a host who will do extortion on gun point approach - I did not like a single thing of the property and the hosts. I highly recommend not to stay in this ghost B&B. 1. Hosts do not stay in the Property and it has no reception may be other end of city so it is ghosted property 2. Lift is paid 3. If you reach 15-20 mins late (we reached at 2015PM instead of 20PM) the host calls on phone and says I'm cancelling booking if you dont pay 20 EUR extra. It is extortion at gun point 4. Since host stays other side of city if you have to check out early and leave the luggage at property there is no such facility unless you plan to leave until 9AM. I wish I could rate this property negative 10. It is a shame that Booking.Com is allowing such properties and hosts to be listed on the website

They took great care of us, helped us with the buses and attractions, made us coffee and more. The location was also perfect. Totally get the value for the price you pay! We didn't get a balcony like we ordered but we didn't ask for it after check-in either. The toilets are a bit small and there was a slight flooding but depending on the price this was expected
