• Fortinero (9/5): Recomiendo como alojamiento de breve estadia. - Cumplio lo esperado y permitio comoda movilidad. Tiene a 200mts una zona gastronomica muy interesante. Alli un resto sugerido: es La Locanda Gesu Vecchio, y pizza Antica Puzzeria dell Angelo. En la calle Via Mezzacanonne encontrar un numero es loteria. Pero Oporto 53 esta sobre la derecha a 150mts de la Via Sedile dil Porto. Simobe es un amable anfitrion y por whatsapp o celular puedes comunicarte con rapida respuesta.

• Philipp (10/5): Perfekt in der Altstadt gelegen und super Gastgeber - Die Lage des B&B ist hervorragend, direkt in der Altstadt von Neapel; von dort aus ist man in drei Minuten im trubeligen Leben von Neapel, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, der kleine Balkon ermöglicht einen ausgiebigen Ausblick auf die Straße. Simone, der Gastgeber, ist super freundlich nund hilfsbereit. Für sehr lärmempflindliche Menschen könnte das Zimmer trotz Doppelverglaung und Innenladen nicht still genug sein.
• Madalina (8/5): a fost un sejur foarte scurt! poate de asta prima impresie despre Napoli...nu e chiar cea mai buna! - am avut zbor foarte devreme dimineata si nu am luat micul dejun! gazda a fost foarte ok! ne-a asteptat sa ajungem la locatie si am comunicat tot timpul, ne-a ajutat și cu transferul la aeroport! locatia este chiar lângă Universitate, aproape de Capela Sansevere (5 min) si centrul istoric, relativ aproape de gara (15 min pe jos) si de aeroport (9 km)! locatia are un dormitor si un living cu canapea extensibila, nu doua dormitoare, iar spatiul disponibil ca living era un spatiu comun mai multor unitati de cazare. pentru o noapte de tranzit a fost ok. Accesul la locatie, usor neintretinut...cred ca e specific orasului Napoli!

Die Straße ist sehr laut, aber bei geschlossenen Fenster ist es sehr ruhig. Die Klimaanlage läuft geräuschlos Frühstück gibt es in einer netten Bar 5 Minuten zu A Fuß Die Lage zur Altstadt ist grandios. Parkhäuser sind in der Nähe, aber sehr teuer (SUV 8 Euro die Stunde)
• Raoul (10/5): Stanza ideale e centrale, pulita e ben attrezzata; Valeria gentilissima e sempre disponibile con consigli utili. - La stanza era ideale: molto ben attrezzata e situata perfettamente nel centro della città. Tutto era pulito, confortevole e arredato con cura, tanto che ci si sente subito a proprio agio. La padrona di casa, Valeria, è estremamente simpatica e svolge un lavoro eccellente. Da sottolineare in particolare la sua disponibilità: per domande o consigli pratici – ad esempio sui migliori collegamenti in città o sulle lavanderie nelle vicinanze – era sempre a disposizione ed è stata di grande aiuto. Saremmo molto felici di poter tornare un giorno al Porto 53! -

• Egil (8/5): - Dette er et sted med 3 rom som leies ut og rengjøres hver dag. Rommet vi hadde, nr 3, var helt OK. Rommet ligger ut mot en lite traffikert gate. Det er fem minutter opp til et turiststrøk med mange restauranter og mennesker. Frokosten måtte inntas i en restaurant fem minutter fra rommet. Den var meget sparsom.

La porte est taguée et le hall sale mais l’appartement qui dessert 4 chambres privées avec salle d’eau et toilettes est refait avec goût. Valeria qui nous a accueillis est très sympathique. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner au grand café Neapolis sur la piazzetta Nilo

• Anonim112233 (9/5): - Környék kiváló elhelyezkedésű.. Aki nehezen alszik, annak azért lesznek problémái. Mivel hajnali 3-kor is ordibálás, hangoskodás van az utcafront felől. Leginkább hétvégén. Személyzet kedves. Tisztaság van és napi takarítás. A saját hűtőt én hiányoltam a szobából. Közös hűtő van a kinti helyiségben. 1 db párna nekem kevés volt, ami eléggé kemény is volt. Az ágy rövid volt számomra. Szerintem jó lenne egy takarítást kérek/ne zavarjanak tábla, mert reggel (gondolom a takarító) bedörömböl hangosan és mire az ember kinéz már nincs is ott.. Ezt szerintem egy kihelyezett tábla megoldaná. A reggeli a szokásos olaszos stílus sajnos. 300 méterre egy választható pékárú+1 ital.

Camera pulita, accogliente e con uno spazio nella struttura in condivisione. • Bianca (10/5): Excelente - Fui con mi pareja y nos gustó mucho lo atento que fue Simone, tanto en el momento del check-in como a la hora de recomendarnos lugares que visitar en Nápoles. Nos quedamos tres noches y, cada vez que volvíamos, la habitación estaba limpia, ordenada y con toallas nuevas. Me gustó mucho la practicidad de los horarios del desayuno y la posibilidad de elegir entre tomarlo en el cuarto o en un local especializado. Algo que me encantaba, sin exagerar, era el aroma de las zonas comunes al llegar. Respecto a la ubicación, estuvimos muy contentos; es una zona universitaria, juvenil y con mucho movimiento, pero afortunadamente las ventanas insonorizadas evitaban totalmente cualquier molestia por el ruido exterior. El lugar está muy céntrico, a pocos minutos del puerto y de las estaciones de transporte principales. Sin duda, volveríamos a 'Porto 53'. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!

Отдельно хочется отметить управляющего: он быстро решил проблему с Wi-Fi и дал отличные рекомендации по ресторанам. Сам отель чистый и комфортный. В номере есть возможность регулировать отопление( для меня это было важно), удобное одеяло и подушки, а также есть чайник , вода и пакетики чая, которые каждый день пополняются. В коридоре - кофемашина, что тоже удобно. Кафе для завтраков находиться неподалеку, но я пила там только кофе. По вечерам и ночью на улице может быть шумно из за молодежи, однако это особенность района, а не самого отеля. В целом , осталась довольна проживанием!)

• Giorgia (10/5): - Simone è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Posto perfetto in pieno centro, tutto è tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi. La metro, fermata Università, si trova a 3’ dalla struttura.
• Schianchi (10/5): Bellissima esperienza - Siamo andate a Napoli per un weekend e abbiamo scelto porto53, ci siamo trovate benissimo. La stanza è spaziosa pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort e molto luminosa, con anche due balconcini con vista sulla via,famosa per i suoi negozi vintage. Posizione fantastica, a 2 passi da spaccanapoli. Abbiamo usufruito anche della colazione inclusa al bar, cornetti e babà molto buoni.
• Stella (8/5): A good place to stay to visit the historical centre. - The location in the historical centre was excellent for visiting all the places of cultural interest we wanted to see. We were also delighted to discover very nearby a really fantastic restaurant, the Taverna dell’Arte. Before we arrived, we hadn’t realised this is not a hotel as we normally understand the term, i.e. there is no reception, and communication with staff operates through WhatsApp and google translate. There is also no sign on the front entrance to indicate the hotel’s location, it was thanks to the taxi driver we found it. It was dark when we arrived and we were quite stressed by this situation. We messaged our contact who came within a few minutes to let us in. From then on, everything was fine but it would have been helpful if this arrangement had been explained beforehand.

Possibility to leave there our bags after check out till to our plane started. Help us in any problem. Could not expect more. Practicly in the Centro Storico, but just few minutes to metro station The room could be a little bit larger, but if don't want to dance, its ok.
• Oppido (10/5): - Ho soggiornato per una notte e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La stanza era molto pulita, curata nei dettagli e arredata con gusto. Il letto era comodo e l’ambiente tranquillo, perfetto per rilassarsi. La posizione è ottima per visitare Napoli e muoversi facilmente in città. Anche la comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice e veloce. Consiglio sicuramente questa struttura!

• Hans (9/5): - The location is very central and easily accesible by Alibus and public transport. Simone is very friendly and helpful. A late checkout was no issue. The common area with the fridge was nice. Thr rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were quite noisy during nighttime and early morning, from partying students to glass collection in front of the rooms. The sofa bed and the pillows should be replaced, they are not comfortable. The hot water in the shower is hit and miss, it is not a constant flow of warm water. Not what I expect at this price level. The breakfast options are good but very basic.

Breakfast was a delicious baked good from a local bakery with a drink which was perfect. Simone the owner was exceptionally kind and flexible for us, even allowing us to leave our luggage with him the whole day after check out, whilst we went on a day trip. Nothing, it was all perfect. Don't be fooled by the rough exterior, the apartment itself is lovely and newly refurbished.

Personal, gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber sehr laut - Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Spaccanapoli war großartig – zentraler geht es kaum. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, der Vermieter Simone und seine Hilfe Viktoria waren sehr hilfsbereit, immer zur Stelle und ausgesprochen freundlich. Sowohl die Suite als auch das Appartement waren sauber, und die Betten bequem. Die Unterkunft entspricht insgesamt den Beschreibungen, wirkt in Teilen jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht ganz so modern wie auf den Fotos. Das zweite Zimmer der Suite war ein Durchgangszimmer und recht klein – mit allen benötigten Betten blieb kaum Platz, sich zusätzlich aufzuhalten. Dennoch stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut. Ein herzliches Dankeschön möchten wir besonders an Simone richten, der sich um unseren Flughafentransfer gekümmert hat – das hat perfekt funktioniert! Das Großraumtaxi war pünktlich um 7 Uhr da und sogar günstiger, als wenn wir selbst gebucht hätten. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut organisiert und angenehm, mit sehr netten Gastgebern – für Gäste, die mit lebendigem Stadtflair und nächtlichem Trubel kein Problem haben, ist es sicher eine passende Wahl. Ein Punkt, der unseren Aufenthalt allerdings beeinträchtigt hat, war der nächtliche Lärm. Die Straße war deutlich belebter, als wir erwartet hatten, mit lauten Gesprächen, vorbeifahrenden, knatternden Rollern, Autos und lauter Müllabfuhr ab sechs Uhr morgens - jeden Tag! Leider war es dadurch nicht möglich, erholsam zu schlafen. Zudem war die Umgebung gegenüber des Hauses nicht besonders gepflegt, mit Bergen von Müllsäcken neben den Müllcontainern. Das war schade, da wir mit einer ruhigeren und ansprechenderen Umgebung gerechnet hatten.

• Valkeneers (7/5): Ruime propere kamer, moderne badkamer, ideale ligging voor ontdekking van Napels & eventueel Capri. - Het ontbijt in de bar even verderop was beperkt tot 1 croissant en 1 drank. Voor mij voldoeende want is een erggrote croissant met vulling naar keuze. Extra croissant aan ongeveer 1,5 euro verkrijgbaar. De verlichting in kamer 3 was ontoerijkend o.a. ivm maquilleren. 3 verschillende sleutels nodig teneinde eigen kamer te kunnen betreden, waarbij buitendeur moeilijk was te ontgrendelen, doch host steeds bereikbaar voor hulp.
• Parthasarathi (10/5): Truly good, because our host Simone came to pick us up from the Universita Metro station - In-house breakfast would have been nicer, but breakfast quality was very nice at Tran Cafe. It's just a bit of a walk from the rooms. In-house breakfast facilities
