• Lucia (5/5): Non tornerei. - La posizione sicuramente ottima Odore di scantinato nelle camere persistente è molto fastidioso, doccino della doccia rotto e bisognava tenerlo in mano per lavarsi, acqua calda che non funzionava in entrambe le camere e proprietario inesistente proprio. Servizio colazione pessimo.

• Alexandra (8/5): - Pozitionarea foarte centrala, chiar langa Piazza del Plebiscito, foarte curat totul, prosoape si asternuturi. Nu se inchidea usa de la balcon bine, si asta a facut sa se auda tot felul de zgomote de afara si sa nu ne lase sa dormim prea bine, dar daca problema ar fi fost remediata, ar fi fost totul super, altceva nu avem ce sa reprosam.

• Barbara (10/5): Torno presto - Tutti molto bene, posizione ottima, la sig.ra Renata super cortese e accogliente.
• Eva (7/5): Sympa - Établissement correct, bon emplacement, prix, raisonnable, accès facile à toutes commodités, proche de la place Plebiscito. Il y avait quelques points à revoir, notamment sur la douche qui fuyait dans tous les sens, et l’éclairage faisait parfois des siennes.

• Morena (5/5): Deludente - La posizione è ottima e la signora che si occupa delle pulizie e del check in è davvero molto dolce e cortese. Utile il mini frigo in stanza e l'ascensore. Camera spaziosa ma bagno minuscolo. Cabina doccia rotta e soffione non funzionante. L'host, dopo sollecito, riferisce che avrebbe sistemato il tutto quando sarebbe stato disponibile il manutentore. Lo spero per i prossimi ospiti. La camera non rispecchia le foto. Non ottima qualità/prezzo. La colazione, disponibile nel bar poco sotto il b&b, comprende un cornetto e un cappuccino. Il resto si paga a parte. I cornetti sono congelati e il personale è scorbutico e arrogante.
• Vale (9/5): - La ubicacion muy buena, para caminar por todo el lugar tranquilamente. a unos 15 min a pie de metro que acerca a la estacion de tren. Aislada muy bien del ruido, cama muy comoda y amplia. Personal nos estaban esperando para el check in mientras veniamos de vuelta de pompeya

• Francesca (8/5): excellent location, affordable price - excellent location, at a reasonably affordable price there was a misunderstanding with the owners, we were late on arrival and we didn't realize the property was unmanned other than for check-in; over the phone I agreed on a different check in time (after 10pm) but I had to wait more than 30 minutes before the staff showed up. I guess it was a payback...nowadays we're no longer used to having in-person check-in and it's a fact we didn't inform of our delay

• Sara (7/5): Good - Great location, very clean upon arrival and good price The breakfast is terrible, only 1 capuccino and 1 croissant. The description mentioned “continental breakfast” but that is not true. Also there is no maintenance house keeping during our stay

• Simong (8/5): Well located and clean budget hotel in the centre of Naples - Good location near San Carlo opera house and piazza del Plebiscito. Large quiet room. Elevator to second floor. I had to telephone for someone to come and let me in. I would advise sending a message maybe 30 minutes before arriving confirming exact arrival time.
• Ziga (8/5): Very good - Good location, nice recently renovated room with bathroom. Bed was not best but good enough. AC worked well. The "breakfast" by Italian B&B standards is a croissant and coffee in the nearby place. Not that they were not delicious but still not worth the increased cost of stay - especially on business where this reduces reimbursements.

• Alexander (7/5): Very good location - Excellent location. Simple breakfast with provided voucher at the closest bar. The shower cabin was broken. Towels have not been replaced even once during 3 nights stay
• Josef (10/5): Exceptional - Accomodation was clean and cosy. For that price you will get perfect room with private bathroom. Everything was working TV,AC etc. Location is absolutely insane directly near main street and Piaza Plebiscito. No worries about noise, room is in second floor with lift and it is loud proof. Little bit hard to find accomodation, you have to go inside building first.
• Eva (9/5): Superb - It was in the centre of the historical town. Everything was near. Big bed, big wardrobe for our dresses and air-conditioning was very helpful in this weather.
• Ellen (8/5): Great location - Excellent location, clean rooms, nice welcoming. Bathroom was a bit run down with an old shower and slow running water in one of the rooms. Otherwise a great place to stay!
• Avia (9/5): Definitely the right place to stay in Napoli for couples - The location is perfect - all the main attractions and all popular eateries are a few minutes walk from the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with an AC and Rafaelle was a good host. The wifi and shower were great too. Everything in the room was comfortable the only thing missing was a kettle and some tea/coffee, however breakfast and hot coffee is just below the hotel which is included in the room rate. I would also suggest keeping a couple of water bottles for guests at least on the first day.
• Hugh (8/5): Business like and suited purpose. - Short of staying in a tent on the piazza this is about as central as you can get. I needed to be very central to visit a range of historic sites and it was perfect for this purpose. I know it was small and reasonably priced but there seemed to be no one at all on the premises - guests or staff for the four nights. I saw no one and no one came to room to freshen towels or anything, On the one hand that was fine but on the other it felt a bit strange.

• Margaret (8/5): A great place to stay to experience Naples. - This B&B is in a traditional building just off the Piazza Trieste e Trento and therefore convenient for San Carlo opera house, the Via Toledo, Palazzo Reale, etc. Breakfast is taken in an excellent bar just a few yards away. The room was large and clean. It was also surprisingly quiet at night due to the closing of the big doors into the courtyard. The building has a lovely marble staircase and a lift. The staff were friendly and helpful.
• Paul (4/5): As great as the locations was, it was the worse stay of our 2 week vacation. - the location was perfect. Everything you could want and see just steps away. the host was rude and ignored 4 days booked at this establishment and the host would not provide a change of towels or a second roll of toilet paper

• Minna (9/5): Very nice stay, and we can recommend it. - Very good location, easy to walk to all directions and many sights, nice restaurants and cafes and shopping and culture right there. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was Italian, which means coffee and a sweet bun, a croissant, with e.g. pistacchio or Nutella filling and top. They were delicious! It was a bit chilly, and heater could have worked better. In general everything was fine.

For instance: - The "balcony" was a window with some bars in front of it to look like a balcony. - The breakfast was coupons to a cafe. - There were dusty clumps and visible dirt on the floor.

• Gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - Good, spacious and comfortable room close to piazza del plebiscito. Good metro connection. Nice and welcoming host.
• Lodewijk (6/5): A one night stay to experience Naples at its best. - Breakfast at the bar, in collaboration with the B&B. Location is excellent, the owner guiding me by scooter to the nearest parking with surveillance was an adventure on itself. Politeness of the owner above par. The soap holder being half torn out of the wall could easily have been mended before we arrived, together with the tooth brush holder which was upside down. The room being an oversized living room split in half for creating 2 rooms, with the walls being wafer thin, meant that all the bathroom activity of the room next door were heard as if the wall wasn't there.
• Christopher (8/5): Nice stay. - Nice room in the heart of Naples. Helpful host who provided us with a check in at minimal notice due to a communication error. Minimal options provided at breakfast, and nothing gluten free so wouldn't recommend for a coeliac.
