La camera, come tutta la casa, era pulitissima, dotata di qualsiasi comfort per un soggiorno perfetto Letto comodissimo, stanza silenziosa nonostante la centralità. Colazione buona e abbondante, e l’host Raimondo super reattivo e pronto ad aiutarti con qualsiasi dubbio o domanda. Grazie di tutto e ci tornerò sicuramente 🌺

The BnB was spotlessly clean honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. Everything felt fresh, well-kept, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always available if needed but never intrusive. You really feel looked after without any pressure. The location is also perfect! central, convenient, and ideal for exploring Naples on foot or by short transit rides. Everything you want to see is within easy reach. Overall, it was a flawless experience. I would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples. Everything exceeded my expectations

• Adéla (3/5): Vlhké, plesnivé ubytování - Dobrá lokalita Pokoj se nachází bez okna, denního světla a signálu, člověk je odkázán pouze na wifi. V pokoji je cítit obrovská vlhkost a všude po zdech je plíseň! Po kontaktování správce ubytování mi bylo sděleno, že žádná vlhkost v pokoji není a že je perfektně uklizeno. Žádná ochota vyřešit problém, uznat chybu! Pravda je jinde. Nedoplněné mýdlo v koupelně, na zemi kusy omítky kvůli vlhkosti. Snídaně se tomu ani nedá říkat. Pár zabalených sladkých polotovarů a špinavá konvice, že člověka přejde chuť na čaj. Byl problém nechat jídlo v lednici. Byla nám vyhozena skoro celá pizza v krabici s argumentem, že je lednice pouze na snídaně! Hodnocení na Bookingu je opravdu matoucí a bohužel nikde není v hodnocení, že pokoj je celý plesnivý. Určitě bychom vybrali jiné ubytování. Snad to bude varování pro ty, kteří nechtějí strávit dovolenou ve vlhkém, plesnivém pokoji!

Rai est au petit soin pour ses hôtes, il nous a apporté plusieurs fois le petit déjeuner pour nous faire gouter les patisserries napolitaines les meilleures de la ville. C'est un souvenir que je garderai toujours dans ma mémoire pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. Je recommande à 1000% Rien, tout était parfait

• Alfredo (9/5): Excellent location and service. - My experience was incredible. The only difficulty I encountered was finding the location; there wasn't a sign for the hotel, and the name was only visible on the building's intercom in small letters. However, the staff who greeted me were outstanding – polite, well-trained, and provided excellent customer service. Overall, everything was phenomenal. I realize this isn't related to the staff, but there's no cell service inside the building; Wi-Fi is the only option. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was down for two out of the three nights I stayed due to external issues, which made it a bit inconvenient to have to go outside to find a signal

• Elisa (7/5): Ottima posizione in un bb tranquillo - Proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile, posizione fantastica a due passi dal mare e da tantissimi ristoranti, colazione per lo più confezionata ma molto comodo poterne usufruire al bisogno con ampia scelta, macchinetta del caffè molto utile. Tutto molto pulito e funzionante. Unici problemi essendo un palazzo antico la camera un po' buia e i rumori esterni/inquini ai piani superiori. La rete internet non prende, c'è un wifi ma durante il mio soggiorno non ha funzionato per un paio di giorni, molto apprezzato il tentativo del proprietario che si è subito messo in contatto con il fornitore per risolvere il problema

• Guest (9/5): Un bel soggiorno a Napoli! - La struttura è piccola, molto accogliente e confortevole! La mia stanza era spaziosa e molto pulita. Sicuramente il b&b si trova in una posizione strategica di Napoli. Ringrazio molto anche Sebastiano per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza! Mi è piaciuto tutto, l'unico consiglio che mi sentirei di dare è di arricchire la colazione con qualche torta o crostata.

• Guest (9/5): - Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile e mette a disposizione cibo e bevande anche oltre l'orario della colazione. La stanza è pulita e completa di tutto il necessario. La stanza è un po' rumorosa: anche di sera tardi e al mattino presto si sentono rumori di stoviglie provenienti dagli ambienti adiacenti. Se siete abituati a svegliarvi con la lucedel giorno, meglio mettere una sveglia, perchè di luce ce n'è poca!
• Sharon (7/5): Soggiorno gradevole - Buona soluzione per chi cerca un b&b comodo e alla mano senza troppe pretese. Il punto forte della struttura è sicuramente la posizione (praticamente sul lungo mare) e la cordialità del proprietario (molto disponibile e gentile). La struttura è tenuta con cura e la camera è spaziosa e pulita. Anche il wifi funziona benissimo. Sicuramente una pecca della camera è la finestra che, trovandosi in alto, non è possibile aprire.. infatti c'è un leggero odore di chiuso e umido. Consiglio di mettere qualcosa per deumidificare l'aria o, ancora meglio, un'asta o qualcosa per aprire la finestra. Altra piccola pecca la colazione.. essendo solo 2 camere giustamente non si può pretendere che sia abbondantissima, ma eviterei le brioche, merendine e roba confezionate. Aggiungerei magari del pane fresco e almeno un'alternativa salata, dello yogurt bianco e del latte

Host was very friendly and showed us everything we needed, had many options for breakfast and coffee in shared kitchen area. WiFi did not work I believe due to thickness of walls and being in basement level, although not the end of the world when you should be out enjoying Naples :)

• Ana (6/5): Safe stay in Napoli - The owner is lovely and very helpful. Some snacks, fruit, water and coffee are always available for you which is amazing. The location is super, as you are in the seaside in a few steps and on the city center in 15 min. The neighborhood is more peaceful and calm than the other places of the city. Felt always safe. I thank Francesco for everything! In my room there was a little strange door/window unreachable on the top of the wall and from 5/6am you could hear all the noises of men working and talking in the building. Very unpleasant and couldn’t sleep much.

• Debbie (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good, and a decent sized space. Breakfast wasn’t refilled regularly. Noise of the neighbors, phone ringing and loading trucks middle of the night and early morning. Hot water was limited.
• Nhu (10/5): So convenient, cosy & beautiful! - We stayed at 3 B&Bs during our time in Italy and this place was our favourite! The coast was literally just around the corner, with so many restaurants there & within walking distance. Sebastiano kindly got us an iron for our clothes. It was so cosy, perfect for a couple or 2 friends with plenty space to move around. I'm an interior designer so I was in love with the (comfy) cushions & the beautiful entrance door, this place is a hidden gem in Naples.

• Marko (9/5): Recommend. - Everything went extremely smoothly during my four-night stay at Napoli Storia e Mare. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could store my luggage at the accommodation for the entire day after my final night, before retrieving it later.
• Dimitra (10/5): Nice place in amazing location in front of the sea - Francesco and Sebastiano made sure that we have a very comfortable stay. The room was always tided. The location is perfect next to amazing bars and restaurants. The hosts were above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Bath towels needs to be changed more often, since there is no way for them to dry due to sun / window lack.
• Mary (8/5): Fresh sea air, scenery, and comfort in Naples. - Sebastiano provided so many little items to make us comfortable! He also recommended some wonderful restaurants and helped us book a taxi. Also, the hotel is one tiny block from the beach with its fantastic scenery! I did not realize it was a BnB - my fault-so we had a minor difficulty in identifying it when we arrived.
