Kay and John were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful hosts who genuinely go above and beyond. As I was travelling alone, their support and care made such a difference and made me feel completely at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and they also kindly offered a beautiful home-cooked dinner for a small additional cost, which was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated after a long day. Warm hospitality, great food, and a very comfortable I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clifton Gardens B&B and would happily stay again.

The highlight was the stunning garden which was expansive and beautifully manicured. The apartment offered all the necessary comforts and amenities. Kay and John were exceptional hosts who were warm, knowledgeable, and always happy to share their time and local insights. Their genuine hospitality was appreciated. The only thing for me personally I don't find comfortable is several blankets on the bed. I very much prefer a quilt.

John and Kaye are exceptional hosts with years of local hospitality experience, and it shows, delivering the perfect balance of attentiveness, engaging conversation, and respect for guest privacy. We had a very spacious bedroom and lounge area, both with glass sliding doos that opened out to peaceful surrounds and well manicured gardens. All our quarters were exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the warmth and ambience of the log fire on our first night, and all our needs were well catered for. The included breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order. It kept us going until dinner time! If you're lucky, you may even get a visit from the neighbouring family of kangaroos! Excellent value for money, we will definitely return :) Nothing at all !!!

• Hugh (10/5): A perfect place to stay to explore Orange - From the warm welcome when we arrived we knew this was a special place. It is a delightful bed and breakfast close to Orange in park like grounds. The winter room has a wonderful fireplace for that cosy feel. The rooms are large and the breakfasts are delicious. We were given a different breakfast each day. We’d love to go back.
• John (10/5): Clifton Gardens B&B offers exceptional and friendly accommodation in Orange. - Clifton Gardens B&B, located on the outskirts of Orange, is situated in an extensive and tree-studded garden which in Autumn looked spectacular. Our accommodation was spacious, clean, quiet and well-appointed. Our hosts, John and Kay, are professional and engaging. They did everything to make our four-night stay an enjoyable experience. The substantial continental and freshly-cooked hot breakfast each morning was all we could have wished for, and included thoughtfully prepared stewed fruits and homemade jam. John had the fire lit for us when we returned each evening and kindly added more logs as needed. Their knowledge of Orange and the surrounding area was helpful in planning our daily sightseeing activities. Honestly, we couldn't fault our time there.

• Anne (10/5): A fabulous stay i will definitely be back - Easily the best B&B i have stayed in. Kay and John are impeccable hosts and there is nothing you want for at all. You are given all the tourist information you could want at check in. It was more helpful than the tourist information centre. The property is immaculate and the size of your accommodation is apartment size. The garden is stunning beautiful to walk around and a pool for summer. Very thoughtful extras piccolo bottles of wine and savoury nibbles in your fridge. As well as shortbread to have with tea and coffee. Kays breakfast is amazing. Their ownership of a cafe previously & another B&B a total of 30 years of hospitality shines through! Nothing

The accommodation is extremely comfortable, with exquisite furnishings & decor. It has an abundant supply of provisions in the bathroom & in the dining area where you can help yourself to snacks, tea, coffee etc. Each morning Kay produced a delicious breakfast including both a hot & cold course. John & Kay were extremely friendly & hospitable, offering suggestions & information on places to visit in Orange. They were also prompt in attending to any request or need. John & Kay made me feel most welcome & definitely have a gift in hospitality. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated with lots of little touches that made it feel like home. Loved the rose on the breakfast table. It is set in gorgeous park-like grounds a 10 minute drive from Orange. So peaceful. Breakfast was absolutely superb. Freshly prepared fruit, muesli and a full cooked breakfast - Delicious. • Peter (10/5): A proper country style bed and breakfast - Clifton Gardens offers a fantastic proper country style bed and breakfast. They are located at Clifton Grove, which is about an 8 minute drive from Orange on a lovely tree covered block but we really didn't find that an issue at all. There is a large lounge area and a comfortable bedroom and adjoining bathroom. Breakfast is to order and delivered to the room via an interconnecting door to the hosts residence. It was absolutely perfect - bircher, fresh fruit, full cooked breakfast and toast and jam if you had any space left (we didn't). John and Kaye were charming and helpful hosts offering some very useful touring and sightseeing suggestions. Nothing

The log fire every day was much appreciated. The property was on 5 acres of beautiful maintained gardens and mature trees. A walk after the hearty breakfast is a must.the photo I attached is taken early morning from the property boundary into the distance A queen bed would have been nice, but the beautiful Sheridan bed linen made up for that.

The pool was a delight to use on the 30 + days we were there and Kay’s breakfasts were a treat. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a few days. Quiet at night? Most certainly. Hosts had many suggestions for activities, restaurants etc. They went above and beyond their roles, very helpful. • Margarete (10/5): Very relaxing and enjoyable - Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the location was great, not too far to drive to Orange town centre. It was lovely swimming in the pool on a hot day. Our hosts were very helpful with information about the area and very friendly.

• Samuel (10/5): The secret garden - The location had one of the most picturesque gardens I have seen. It's like steeping away from reality and into a secret garden. A perfect place to escape from the constant noise and rush of the city. Breakfast was amazing and our hosts took care of us really well. It was like visiting your grandparents for a short getaway.

• Dee (10/5): Perfect - Clifton Gardens is an extremely well run Bed and Breakfast. John and Kay are excellent hosts and their property is 20/10 !! Any questions were answered with knowledge, and Kay and John were always willing to help with anything one may need Clifton Gardens is on five acres of curated garden that is just so peacful and beautiful . It is about 5-10 minutes out from Orange CBD in a truly lovely, quite setting . Breakfast was 10/10 plus . there is nothing I can fault about my stay with these lovely hosts and their beautiful home. For me there was not one thing that I could fault :)
