Susanna might also be the best “concierge” we’ve ever met! She is so helpful and full of suggestions for weary travelers unsure of where to start. The interior design of Campiello Zen is beautiful and so tastefully done. Beds and linen world class. Absolutely recommend 👍👍

The hotel is simple yet very charming, comfortable, and well located in the island, close to the train station. I liked everything.
• Anna (10/5): Beautiful welcoming B&B with generous and knowledgeable hosts - The B&B Campiello is a welcoming and beautiful place to stay with a lovely lounge area to relax and balcony to have breakfast. It felt like a home. Andrea and Susanna were very generous and knowledgeable about their beautiful city and gave great advice about places to eat, best ways to travel by foot or vaporetto (which is very close by), exhibitions and what to see in the city to make your visit a memorable one. I would highly recommend and love to come back.

• Anastasia (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment is located in a quiet area aways from touristic crowds, close to water tram station that takes you to Murano, Burano, and Lido. The room and shared area are clean and cozy, air conditioned, beautifuly furnished and decorated, one can feel himself royal, especially drinking coffee/tea and enjoying the shade on the shared terrace. We will be happy to stay at Campiello Zen in the future and strongly recommend this place to visitors.

If you’re looking for a fabulous location, a beautiful historic building with a stunning interior, look no further! We were made to feel at home from the moment we stepped in. The best places to eat and what to see with a kid. We were travelling by train, and it happened to be a public transportation strike on that day. You can imagine how stressful it could be. Room very clean and spacious, even with complimentary beverages in the fridge, which was a nice surprise. The whole place is nice and the hosts, Susanna and Andrea are really nice, warm and very helpful people. The b&b is 2 min away from waterbus station on Grand Canal and 1 station away from the train station, so everything was perfect in terms of location too, away from all the tourist crowd. • Lara (10/5): Unforgettable beautiful stay in Venice - Fantastic beautiful stay here that exceeded all expectations. Hosts are so helpful and really lovely poeple. Andrea is a wealth of knowledge and helped me so much with where to eat, go, walking tours, vaparetto stops which was so kind and really made me trip as I was travelling alone. The B+B is a DREAM apartment. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Venice. The location is also perfect for jumping off the vaporetto and getting there without trailing suitcases for miles down the alleys which is a BIG help - trust me! And of course, you step out of your door and it's far enough away from the busy tourist parts that it feels quiet but close enough to walk or get the vaporetto if you want to visit Rialto and St Mark's Square etc.

• Cristiano (10/5): Exceptional - The B&B is located inside a very old, beautiful building, which is by itself worth the prize. But there's much more! Both the room and the bathroom are much more spacious than usual; the hosts - among the highlights of our stay - are extremely kind and go out of their way with suggestions and any help you might need; you get included coupons for a full breakfast everyday in near high quality pastry shops, and there are plenty of snacks and drinks included both in your room and in the common areas - you can easily prepare snacks or sandwiches for your daily tours in Venice. Amazing experience, highly recommended!
• Rae (8/5): Really nice stay and had a great time, but overall, I think it was a bit expensive. - Easy location to get to (15 min walk from main bus station) and the rooms were really nice. For the price and the fact that it's called a B&B, I would have expected an actual prepared breakfast each morning. Instead, we were given vouchers to use at a nearby cafe for 1 pastry + coffee. They have a refrigerator supplied with snacks too. But like I said, given the price I paid for a B&B, I would have expected a bit nicer experience there.

Was more expensive than I had hoped but I don’t regret booking it - it made my stay so memorable. One stop with the vaporetto from the train station, with no crowds around and an easy walk everywhere. Loved the home feeling, the nice veranda, the kitchen where you can have a snack or a coffee and the great taste. The staff is amazing, helpful and welcoming. The room is big and fully equipped. One thing to notice is that it is on the first floor with quite some stairs. For some people it can be challenging to get there with their luggage.

Andrea was very helpful and kind. I loved the idea of providing breakfast in-house and also giving you the option of having an authentic Italian breakfast in two different coffee shops. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if we return to Venice!

We enjoyed the walking tour he drew out for us, away from the crowds and all his dinner recommendations. He had so many ideas for activities outside the usual tourist trail and we enjoyed all of them. The accommodation was clean, homely and comfortable. I would completely recommend a stay here. We were also just around the corner from a beautiful square containing several restaurants, bars and the most delicious gelato. Nothing.

• Lara (9/5): A gorgeous bnb in a lovely location, tucked away from the action and crowds of San Marco. - Such a great place to stay! A beautiful room in a lovely location and they also gave us access to m a fully stocked kitchen and so many thoughtful little additions!! We met both Andrea and Susana and they were so lovely, full of reccos and help when we needed it. We even stayed on in the beautifully curated bnb (as we had big bags) much after checkout and Andrea was more an accommodating about it. All in all a great experience, highly recommend!

• Anya (10/5): The property truly reflect the charm of Venice. - Over 500 yrs old building, hue windows, original inlay floor, gorgeous rooms traditional yet stylish, comfortable bed , spacious (even the bathroom), super clean, fully stocked water/coffee/milk/soda/snacks all inclusive with full functional kitchen, friendly and helpful, quiet and convenient location- an experience you can’t get from a 5 stars hotel. Andrea is a Super Host. Can’t think of one.

The host was very welcome and nice, the room was perfectly cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with enough space for storage, bed is comfy. The public space was lovely, always with a good music and ideally styled. In the kitchen you could find all the necessary product for a bite or breakfast, also wine/ Prosecco for a reasonable price. We enjoyed highly every moment there! Everything was perfect

The location was great once you get your head around the streets and find the door. Very peaceful and a walk away from all the touristy bits we wanted to see. It is a beautiful accommodations where we felt very safe. The atmosphere was perfect too, very relaxing. We mostly loved the host- Andrea. Who was very friendly and patient with us (our flight was delayed). He even taught us how to make proper coffee! And gave us great recommendations for food.

This place is amazing and it will be the first option to check for availability when I go back to Venice - and I will go back. The kitchen there was absolutely amazing and the selection of food was great - especially for us leaving at 4am in the morning - we were able to grab a coffee and make sandwich, take fruit and some snacks. Thank you so much The breakfast at the Pasticceria Rio Marin gave you the feel of the morning in Venice..... We did not try the other place for breakfast. • Thomas (10/5): Very stunning propoerty ideally located with a very kind host (english speaking). - Old Palazzi style B&B with a formidable common room and a spacious bedroom, stunning appearance and really exceptional. Although it preserved the palazzo charme, it is air conditioned, Newly made bathroom with all comfort. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was always accessible and offered a variety of bread, cheese, ham, marmelades, milk products etc freely to be used. Andrea was super kind and proposed itinaries to us based on our ideas what we wanted to do. Following his advice we were able to see the REAL Venice, not the tourist one. Great proposals on restaurants. The B&B is very accessible. Waterbus line #1 stops app. 100 metres away, and there is no guessing how to find it (which you might find handy with respect to navigation in Venice). Still, the room was very quiet. On a next trip to Venice, we would definitely come back here. No need to look any further once you had been here.

• Henry (10/5): Excellent location, beautifully presented and charming property. - The breakfast room and kitchen is well equipped for self help. The selection is very good. To compliment the breakfast experience a choice of breakfast vouchers are also provided upon check in for breakfast at one of local patisseries which is within short walking distance from the B&B. • Janenne (10/5): Excellent accommodation - We loved our stay at Campiello Zen. Perfect location near to the train station, water taxi and main areas of Venice. A beautiful property with a lovely private room with a high standard of cleanliness. Guests also have access to the kitchen area where food and drink is provided even though a kettle, fridge and snacks were also in our room. We received a warm, friendly welcome with information on the area. The host was so helpful and also gave recommendations on places to visit. A very comfortable stay with excellent facilities and lovely people. Nothing, it was perfect for us.
