• Lydia (8/5): Goed verblijf met vriendelijke mensen en fijne extra voorzieningen/services - - Vriendelijke eigenaar die flexibel meedenkt (eerder inchecken en later uitchecken zonder problemen, bereid om indien gewenst dagelijks schoon te maken, fietsen mochten binnen staan) - Keuken met zitgelegenheid erg prettig - Fijn bed - Het was ons niet opgevallen dat er geen deur voor het toilet/badkamer zit en dat dit in de slaapkamer zit - Vrij gehorig, waarbij je ook door een spleet in de deur naar binnen kan kijken als je dit zou willen
• Annick (8/5): Super propere aangename kamer. - Mooie grote verzorgde kamer. Laat de toeristentax ook al betalen op voorhand, zodat de eigenaar smorgens voor je vertrekt die niet nog moeten vragen. Dit is niet fijn voor hem en ook niet voor ons.
• Marco (8/5): Nice stay and quiet location - I stayed at B&B Kava one night in a queen-size bed room. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the hosts were very nice to me all the time. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable, there are some good restaurants and even a supermarket nearby. It is perfect to spend a few days close to the green area of the city and relax. Recommended.

• Elle (5/5): Fijne vriendelijke mensen maar slaap liever niet op niveau 3 samen bij de gemeenschappelijke keuken. - De kamers zijn prachtig! Het bed is een genot Wij hadden de kamer op dezelfde verdieping als de gemeenschappelijke keuken. Jammer genoeg werden we hierdoor wakker.

• Cedric (9/5): Aangename en nette B&B. - Enorme gastvrijheid. De kamer was zeer netjes. Het ontbijt was lekker. Er viel niet meteen iets tegen bij deze B&B.

• Vicky (10/5): Fijne B&B voor 1/2 nachten - Vriendelijke gastheer. Wel zeker vermelden dat het vele trappen zijn voor mensen die slecht te been zijn
• Maria (5/5): Aczeptabel für ein Nacht - Die Lage war gut. Sehr kleines Zimmer mit offenes Badezimmer. Wir dachten, dass mindestens die Toilette separat ist. Aber die war im Zimmer, 2 m entfernt vom Bett. Fanden wir nicht so toll. Das Zimmer befand sich ausserdem in die 3 Stock eines altes Hauses und es war sehr mühsam das Gepäck bis oben zu tragen.
• Patryk (8/5): Dogodnie zlokalizowane, sympatyczne miejsce. - Sympatyczny właściciel, bardzo czyste wnętrza, dobrze wyposażony pokój i dostępna dla wszystkich kuchnia (na 3. piętrze) cieplutko, wygodnie*; przyjemna okolica nieruchomości. Dla nas bardzo ważne było położenie obiektu w niedalekiej odległości od UZA - niecałe 4km spacerkiem albo kilkanaście minut bezpośrednim autobusem miejskim 17. Brak windy i te strome, wąskie schody na klatce schodowej; niestety z tego co wiem to norma w tym mieście i po prostu nie można oczekiwać niczego innego.
• Julie (7/5): Lovely room, but bathroom situation needs sorting out - This was a beautiful room on the third floor of a lovely house, with parking on the street outside. Quiet neighbourhood with restaurants nearby. There was a kitchen, also on the third floor, with tables and chairs, fridge, coffee machine and even a small roof garden with chairs. Our room was lovely, very spacious, large comfortable bed, chairs and table and other furniture. Very nice decor. Entry was easy, with door code provided by the helpful owner. We had read about the bathroom situation on reviews, but I had expected there would at least be a separate room, just with no door! What we found was that the bathroom is actually just part of the bedroom, with no separation whatsoever, so if a person is on the toilet, in the shower, the other person will see/ hear/ even smell everything!! It is quite bizarre, really, that nothing has been done about this, particularly as there are so many negative comments on reviews about this. It would be very easy to just get a pole and a curtain or a moveable screen for privacy, if the owners didn't want to spend lots of money on a wall and door (which could easily be put in). The room is really only suitable for one person, as even with a married couple like us, you still want your privacy in the toilet! At least there was the kitchen we could go and sit in while the other was using the toilet, but that's not really what you should have to do when paying for a room. Everything else was perfect, and I would have given 10/10 for everything if it wasn't for the toilet/ bathroom situation.

• Senna (5/5): Niet aan te raden als je naar een concert gaat, later op de avond terugkomt en met een vriend samen bent. - De gastvrouw was aardig en vriendelijk. Voor 2 vriendinnen is dit af te raden. Op de site stond niet vermeld dat het een open douche en wc was. We konden elkaar dus zien douchen en naar de wc zien gaan. In de avond klopte er iemand op de deur ‘ik weet dat jullie niet hard praten, maar het is hier enorm gehorig en ik wil slapen’. Het is dus erg gehorig, de vloer kraakt. Voor deze prijs hadden we ook een hotel kunnen boeken incl ontbijt. Het is niet in verhouding tot de prijs.

• Luna (8/5): Goed verblijf - Je kan gebruik maken van de keuken en ze hebben ook ontbijt (hadden wij geen gebruik van gemaakt). Bed slaapt heerlijk zacht en faciliteiten zijn goed. Ze reageren ook snel op de chat van booking.com. Het zit iets verder van de stad af, maar je bent er met de bus (stopt om de hoek) in 15-20 min. Het is een mooie buurt. Enige nadeel is dat de badkamer/wc open was in de tweepersoonskamer. Bij de familiekamer hangt er alleen een gordijntje, weinig privacy dus.

• Robbert (8/5): Prima b&b met vriendelijk personeel op een fijne locatie - De ruime kamer, de fijne bedden, locatie net buiten centrum, goed bereikbaar, we mochten wat later uitchecken Hal in de kamer was beetje leeg, wel heel ruim... Beetje museum-achtig Het ontbijt was lekker maar een beetje aan de prijzige kant (€20 p.p)

• Ines (8/5): Very pleasant stay and clean room - Very friendly owner, you really walk into someones home. It feels like your living with a family but you still have enough privacy! The room was very good and clean. Only a curtain to close off the bathroom, was staying with my mom (who I don't live with anymore) so that's a little difficult. A lot of stairs to get to the room with all your luggage, had to carry my luggage and my moms. I left the rest in the hallway because it was too much to carry all this up by myself.

We found a free parking place on the street, it's outside the Free emissions zone, so you don't need to register your car. 20 minutes by bus to the center. The biggest problem was the lack of walls between the room and the bathroom and toilet. Everything was in one big open room, which was a surprise for us and not convenient at all.

• Christin (7/5): Okay stay in Antwerp - Overall we liked our stay. Free parking is available on the streets close to the B&B and it’s about 15 min by tram to the town. There is no bathroom door at all, so no privacy. Also, the room is next to the breakfast area which makes it pretty noisy after 8.00 am.
