  This nonsmoking, air-conditioned cottage has an open-plan kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, kitchen equipment and a small induction cook top. It has a lounge area with a smart TV which offers internet connection for guests to watch Netflix and similar streaming media. There is a separate bathroom. Guests also have access to an outside deck with a timber setting to enjoy the view. Please note, if breakfast is included in your stay, you will be contacted by the property prior to arrival about your preferences for breakfast provisions. Please note, this property is strictly nonsmoking in all areas inside and outside, including the outside decks and the grounds. If evidence of smoking is found in or around property an additional cleaning fee will apply, which will be at the sole discretion of the proprietors. Guests may be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

Anne was very nice and she always tried to provide the best service and truly appreciate it. The internet connection was not that good but if you stay somewhere in semi regional you have to accept it. I wish I if could have some more cold with the aircon but it was acceptable.

We loved everything about our weekend here. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We can’t wait to come back and stay again soon There’s nothing to fault. The stay was perfect and everything was so well taken care of.

• Deborah (8/5): Quiet peaceful retreat from the world. - Snacks, cereal and fresh and long life milk plus a selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided. Communication with and from Anne was prompt and comprehensive. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely view across neat gardens. Very quiet. I would have stayed longer if my timetable allowed it. WiFi was great first night but not great the second night - being a Saturday night with lots of visitors in town I suspect the local network was under pressure.

Everything I needed was there. I cannot think of anything that could be improved.

Communication with the property owner was great, everything you could want for a comfortable stay was provided and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this for any couple looking for a quiet weekend away from the hustle and bustle that you get when staying in resorts and hotel style accommodation. A real home away from home. There is nothing to dislike about this property.

Located in a lovely garden on an elevated site between Cooroy and Eumundi. The guest information booklet gave great guidance on places to eat and things to do. From extra bedding to breakfast supplies and great local tips. Really comfortable bed and furnishings. Anne & John have done an amazing job and thought of everything. The location is perfect, close to all attractions/locations but still feeling secluded and so peaceful. Secure car parking. Nothing not to like. Only wished we could have stayed longer.

• Stuart (9/5): One of the best value for money and set up cabins we have stayed in over many years of travelling. - The cabin was immaculate and better stocked (all options covered) than any other accommodation we have visited for years. Our host was welcoming, pleasant and very approachable with a high sense of pride in presentation of the living quarters and surrounds. The mosquitos were somewhat harsh in the late afternoon, however, they are in most places so no biggie.

• Lynette (10/5): Highly recommend this country stay, close to Eumundi and Cooroy for meals and friendly locals. - Located in the hills above Noosa, surrounded by lovely scenery and local bird life, a peaceful oasis was just what we all need at the moment. The cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable, with complimentary snacks provided. The gravel path from the parking area to the cabin was difficult to walk on.

• Neil (10/5): Well appointed and spacious stand alone air conditioned and light filled unit on large grounds. - A light filled modern and breezy unit on large grounds with everything you could want for a lay back luxury short or extended stay. Including a well appointed kitchen including microwave, bar fridge and superfast induction stove with ample kitchen accessories and condiments provided to make good use of them. The bed is large and comfortable and appointed with quality bedding and the lounge room is equally well appointed. Anne is an excellent caring host who goes out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible without being intrusive. Nothing to be negative about. By far the best value luxury accommodation of my recent holidays interstate and overseas.
