LA struttura mette a disposizione una piccola colazione in stanza con caffè, merendine confezionate, etc per la durata dell'intero soggiorno. Stanza ampia con lavandino e frigorifero. Bagno comodo. Terrazza privata. Pulizia accettabile La stanza andrebbe sistemata: gli stipiti della porta attaccati con lo scotch non sono una bella vista. Struttura priva di ascensore e le scale non sono molto comode, essendo alte e strette. Aggiungere piatti, carta da cucina e biancheria da cucina. Costo eccessivo considerando il tutto.

• Maria Pia (8/5): - Abbiamo pernottato una notte sola per via di un concerto. La stanza era abbastanza pulita e la signora molto gentile e disponibile ci ha anche fatto fare il check-in anticipato. La posizione ottima siamo state in grado di arrivare a San Siro sia a piedi che tramite mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze. Ci ritorneremo.

• Deborah (9/5): A real oasis in the middle of the city - a home away from home! - Our room was so spacious and had so many little extra touches such as breakfast snacks and coffee and water. Christina the host was so lovely and very helpful. She was able to book us a taxi for our early morning travel. Lots of restaurant options nearby as well and not far from public transport as well.

• Tajmina (9/5): Lovely stay Al 20 Guest house - The staff were very communicative before the stay and friendly. We stayed for one night and it suited our needs. Ecelectic style furnishing and decor. Was happy not to be in the middle of the city in Milan. Buses and tram was very closeby with supermarket a short walk away. Some snacks and coffee/tea available as complimentary with the room.

• Donat (10/5): One night in Italy - Really great host, friendly and helpful. Small items in the room to help with the stay were greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the nearest bus stop that can take you to the metro. The place is in walking distance to Portello as well as a few small shops if you want to buy an ATM card for 24 hours access to the M1-M3, bus and trams.
• Ara (10/5): Exceptional - The lady was really kind. I arrived there at 00:30 due to the delay of the Flix bus. She waited me and kindly welcomed me. I took a peaceful and joyful rest there!

• Adam (10/5): Nice stay at good value for money! - Big, spacious rooms. Comfy Bed and a nice bathroom. Christina, the host, was lovely and helped us with everything we needed. The 14 tram at the end of the road was really convenient and easy as a way to get anywhere in Milan. Just a note, the hotel doesn’t have standard European plug adapters. It has the three pronged Italian ones. Luckily, Christina had a couple spare she could lend us.

• Mariyan (10/5): Exceptional - I have called in advance to the proprietor, very gentle, he arrived on the station late in the evening, he takes me with the car and then he and his wife has waited me at their extremely nice house, practically a small palace with big floor garden, parter floor apartment about 60sq m with separate 00 and toilet room, and outside garden for smoking. The house has also second floor big apartment with enormous terrace and is close to Flix bus station for Come, Brescia, Bergamo Orio al Serio. The owner offer me a transpirt with his car to me and my mother to take me Milano San Siro Shop and then to Milano Central Station. I could not find, probably there is no such house in the center of Milan. This beatiful apartment is often occupied!

• Suzanna (9/5): Superb - An eclectic, cozy and private B&B in a quiet area of Milan, close to San Siro Stadium if you like football! *unfortunately, me not! :)* And even location is quite far from the city centre (Brera and Navigli), going there is very easy with the tram that goes until late night (or is it 24 hours?). Getting into the tram is 2 mins walk from this place. The manager was super nice and welcoming, coffee/hot water machine and choices of coffee and teas with assorted biscuits and mini pastries and some cold drinks in the fridge were served in the corner of the bed room for hungry travelers... or is that for breakfast? Who cares? :) Besides the king size bed the room is also equipped with mini sofa and mini dining table.. a little felt like everything crammed in a small space. But probably that's european way? I don't know.. :) Overall, it was a very nice one night transit before continuing our journey to Lucerne, Christina allowed us to keep our luggages safe (concierged) after checked out and we still have some few hours to explore city centre before we have to go to Lampugnano Station the bus schedule to Lucerne, Switzerland Ah yes, this place is close to Bus Station! Rrrr... nothing actually! :) probably the shower glass is a bit too small for a person like me... but the shampoo provided actully smell very nice! :)

• Rafi_mandler (5/5): Will not go back! - The location fine, also the when the house lord saw we were not satisficed with the "breakfast", she went and brought a lot more. It's not a place for a couple's romantic vacation, as the room we've received is 5 meters from the road and as we specifically asked for a quiet room we could hear each and every car and person passing by. Though specifically we've asked for dark shades, the shades are not dark enough (see picture) and do not cover the whole windows so the street lights are just with us during the whole night. The worse was the mattress which was very hard but also very jumpy, whenever one moves the other moves as well!. Though it's clearly stated there should be an air-condition, there was none and we had to open the window to the street to get some air. As the heating was not operating yet, we could not get another blanket and it was quite cold during the night. The WIFIF was very bad with very poor transmission. The breakfast was made of bought closed industrial cookies, no fresh bread nor vegetables. There was no coffee machine in the room but a simple plastic boiler which gave a terrible taste of plastic to the boiled water. The room in whole, is a small space where the bedroom, living room and fridge all together and the toilets are separated by a half wall only without any window in them.
• Lionel (8/5): Nice super spacious room with big bed and fancy bathroom - The room is very spacious, big bed, super big, nice and clean bathroom, very quiet...there is a TV and a big fridge in the room, and you get your own key. The bed is really comfy, and the room gets turned around (cleaned) everyday. You get new bottles of water everyday in the room and two juiceboxes. That's also very nice. I arrived pretty late, ( a few minutes after 1am), and the lady was waiting for me to show me my room. I am very thankful for that. I was afraid she didnt speak English, but she she speaks it pretty well. 😀 The only two things I didn't like was the breakfast. When I see "breakfast included", I really don't expect much, but I also don't expect two bagged sugar croissants and bagged muffins. It's just better to say that breakfast is not included, and then surprise me with muffins, chips or whatever, as a nice touch. The wifi is also not very stable and was pretty slow. Other than these two things, you get a very nice place for your stay!

The bed was very comfy and quite big. The breakfast was tasty (here’s the photo of it). We went from here to the city centre by bus easily. Thank you Cristina for this unforgettable hotel!

It has a great balcony, closet for your suitcases and clothes, a separate kitchen with drinks, coffee and etc. The owner was easy to talk to and gave us great instructions. We had issues with the air-conditioner which they fixed very fast and provided a solution. We highly recommend.
