• Lynn (9/5): A super place to stay - The property is spacious, clean, peaceful and very comfortable. It is situated at the back of another place with dedicated parking. It is a 15 minute walk to the free bus service to the city and Kings Park (weekdays at commuting times) and to the train service (all week). Close to a lake walk. Our host was welcoming and provided a great breakfast, on a tray to our room. There was nothing to dislike unless you want to go into Perth or on to Fremantle and hate walking or are unable to walk to public transport.

• Nathan (10/5): Will definitely return - If you want to stay somewhere that feels like home and is in possibly the greatest location in Perth for a great price. Stay here. Nothing could have been better.
• Masami (10/5): - This has been my favorite B&B experience ever! Phillip and Junell were so friendly and welcoming, and made my solo trip special. They let me use the whole second floor, a bedroom, the bathroom and the specious living room. I felt like I was staying at a five star hotel! I really enjoyed talking to Junell! I hope to come back! Very clean and comfortable and Phillip and Junelle were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was great since I had to visit SJOG hospital hospital in Subiaco. Everything is provided for a nice stay, plus owners are helpful, and run a very nice b&b. The location is very good for access to Perth CBD, either with your own transport or utilising taxis or ride share (ie very cheap run into town) A very nice continental breakfast is provided which is nice. Nothing really, if I was to nitpick (and this is a stretch to think of something) I would say the hot water supply is sometimes at best just warm. Maybe provision of a box of tissues would be nice also, as we are used to this being provided whenever we stay anywhere rather than going to purchase ourselves.

I was made to feel very welcome and I had everything that I needed throughout my stay- thank you! West Leederville is a great area. I especially enjoyed walking/running around the lake. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of very good cafes and restaurants within wakilng distance. Everything was good.

• Kiley (10/5): Best bed and breakfast - This was an exceptional bed and breakfast! The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and spacious and had a lovely soaking bathtub. The living room area was welcoming and full of wonderful tourism pamphlets to help give suggestions on local activities. The breakfast was plentiful with a perfectly soft boiled egg, toast, jam, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, milk and juice. We enjoyed having two balconies for a view and fresh air. The hosts were lovely and responsive. This was one of the best, if not the best, bed and breakfast stays we've had in WA so far. Everything was exceptional

The apartment is lovely, bright and airy, large and well furnished. The bed is very comfortable and the area very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of healthy options. A/c in room should have been on 1 hour before arrival. Went out for a while to allow a/c to cool down. As we had gone out owner turned off a/c. Do not stay in summer. We had 33 degrees day and would have Been at least that or more.

The owners are a lovely couple. Good breakfast with freshly cut fruit, continental style. Fabulous place to stay. Nothing to dislike.
• Judy (10/5): Highly recommended place to stay to experience Perth away from the city, yet with easy access to both the city and Frema - The hosts, Phillip and Junelle, were lovely and accommodating. They were friendly and made me feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. I woke up to the melodious sound of birds, and took leisurely walks to and from the neighbouring restaurants, bars and cafes. The train station was also an easy walk from the property. Felt recharged after my stay. Nothing at all.
