• Jan (6/5): Generally good, but felt we were invading somebody’s private life. - Cleanliness , quiet, off-road parking and location. Having to go out of the bedroom to access the toilet, and to another room for the shower. Also, the property was occupied by the owner some of the time and we felt a bit awkward using the shared kitchen and lounge area in particular. We were in somebody’s house and didn’t feel at ease walking about. Not the owner’s fault of course - just a strange and unfamiliar experience.
• Maes (8/5): - De ligging van het huis is heel rustig, een pluspunt. Het sanitair heel proper. Handdoeken aanwezig, toiletpapier. Slaapkamer top. Ruime living , keukentje top. Het huis heeft een algemene poetsbeurt nodig, d.w.z. spinnenwebben aan de luster plus een laag stof, koelkast smerig , garage stonk naar de kattenbak plus dat de garage overhoop ligt. We waren niet zeker of er elk moment iemand zou thuiskomen, woont hier nu nog iemand ?
• Jocelyn (8/5): Fijne verblijfplaats voor goede prijs. - Een zeer rustige locatie aan de rand van Ieper. 30 minuten lopen naar het centrum wat wij geen probleem vonden; maar het centrum is goed met de auto bereikbaar en er is gratis parkeren aan de rand, niet ver van de grote markt. De kamer is niet heel groot, maar je hebt gebruik van de woonkamer met keuken. In ons geval had niemand de andere kamer gehuurd, dus hadden we het huis voor onszelf. Prima badkamer en apart toilet. Je kon zelf niet de verwarmingsthermostaat aanpassen. De gastheer Paul zette deze na aankomst een graad hoger. Maar met de zon op dat deel van het huis werd het te warm.
• Carlo (10/5): Relax in una città stupenda - Quartiere residenziale e tranquillo. La cucina in comune veramente accessoriata, con un grande spazio pranzo e soggiorno, per non parlare del prato dei coniglietti. La camera e il bagno spaziosi. Tutto ok.
• Alan (10/5): Great short stay in a quiet suburb of Ypres. - Paul was very friendly and helpful. The walk to the centre of Ypres (30 minutes) was slightly longer than anticipated.
• OLEKSANDR (10/5): ДУЖЕ ЧУДОВО - Все дуже добре. Близько Брюгге, французький Лілль(батьківщина Де Голя). Дуже чемний і приємний господар Пауль. Дуже тихе місце для проживання. Меблі нові, сантехніка, посуд і кухонне обладнання супер ! Місто Іпр (Ieper) несподівано( для нас) виявилось дуже красивим і ми додатково запланували час для екскурсію по місту. Супермаркети в пішій доступності. Несподіваним бонусом стали 2 кролики - шиншили під вікном, котрі цілий день розгулювали на зеленій травці, а ми, сидячи на кухні через скляну терасу любувались ними. Для туристів зі своїм авто це місце найкраще з 30 тих, де ми раніше зупинялись !

• Guest (9/5): Een uitstekend verblijf met een vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. - Uitstekende locatie voor ieder die in de omgeving van Ieper wil verblijven. Een warm welkom gekregen van Paul die ook zeer bekend is met de omgeving. Verblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien en bevindt zich in een mooie en rustige buitenwijk. Helemaal niks

The grocery store was nearby, and the owners stressed that you are free to use anything in the kitchen. The people were great and very welcoming - as soon as I checked in, they offered me a Belgian beer and we chatted for a while! Nothing!

• Ryan (9/5): Very affordable comfortable rooms in a shared home - Good location near Ypres and fully furnished home with availability of laundry. Host was very friendly and hospitable. It is a home that has rooms rented out. Host is friendly and does not live on location though is routinely there and a cat is in garage and laundry room, if there are allergy concerns.

• Phillip (10/5): Perfect Stay - You will be renting a bedroom in a 3 Bedroom house with full access to kitchen, pvt bathroom, living room ect. The owners live in the cul-du-sac and are available but do not bother you. English spoken here, it is Belgium :). Great stay was very comfortable Nothing

• Pedro (8/5): Nice residence, close to Ypres centre with bike or car. - The en-suite room with private bathroom. The shared, fully equipped living room, kitchen and garden with the other 2-4 guests. The welcome by the host Paul who lives across the street. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Room is quite hot in summer, being right below the roof. It has a big window, but only a small part of the window can open. The window only has an outside roller shutter, no curtains. As such for maximum ventilation on hot days you have to leave the shutter open with lack of privacy from the neighbours. With this open window quite a lot of noise when various neighbours are leaving around 6 in the morning.

Secure parking for our motorbike - Breakfast not available but did have access to a beautiful kitchen and dining/sitting room so you could do your own meals. Excellent facilities would highly recommend. It is approx. 20mins walk to centre. Nothing

• Stephen (9/5): Above expectations i would definately book again. - Location was good only a few kilometres from Ypres Centre. Facilities were top notch. And even though i arrived in the early hours of the morning the key was left in a pre designated spot and i was able to get in and got to bed after a long days travel.

• Julie (10/5): Brilliant - It was a really lovely and restful place,situated between Ypres and the museums showing the trenches and the woods with the bunkers. On arrival Paul and his colleague Ann were exceptionally welcoming, offering beers, chatting with us and sorting out parking. Most of all Paul and his colleague, Ann were exceptionally helpful, when I was ill sorting out a doctor's place for me, going with me supporting me and translating where necessary, taking me to the pharmacy and checking how I was afterwards. She certainly went the extra mile and I look fowrard to staying there again. tea and coffee making facilities in rooms perhaps? but not a big deal

• Graham (10/5): Yhis is a great place to stay when visiting Ypre. - This is a lovely house in a small, quiet area. It is only a few minutes drive from Ypres center. Paul is a pleasant and accommodating host and guests are given full access to all amenities. I look forward to our next visit. Nothing
