Etienne (10/5): Prachtig monumentaal pand en erg vriendelijke host. - Erg vriendelijke host! De ‘kingroom’ is prachtig, met een mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Het is een erg mooi onderhouden monumentaal pand, wat van binnen modern is ingericht, met de charmes van Brugge. Erg genoten van het verblijf. Laatste dag afgesloten met een ontbijt in de ontbijtzaal, wat erg goed geregeld was.
M (9/5): Heerlijk! - Prachtig gebouw en zeer mooie kamer, aardige gastvrouw. Een klein minpuntje was de herrie van straat, maar het duurde ook niet heel lang en het voordeel is dat je zeer dicht bij het stadscentrum zit waar ook enige reuring bijhoort.

The coffee wasn’t restocked our the room. Which wasn’t a big deal, and the owner offered us coffee on check out (which we unfortunately had to refuse ‘cause we couldn’t stay any longer)

Sarah (10/5): Perfect location, very comfortable room - The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes from the centre but far enough away that it's a quiet area. Paola was the perfect host, friendly and informative. The room is modern and finished to a very high standard - very warm and comfortable. The breakfast was just amazing - we had crepes and omelettes and eggs and bacon and it was just unreal. Highly recommend. Nothing!

Ric2 (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt! - Es war alles perfekt. Allenfalls das Zimmer (Wir hatten Queensize.) könnte ein wenig größer sein. Es war aber hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir sind noch nie so aufmerksam betreut worden. Auch das Restaurant (Au Gusto Wine&Dine), in dem wir zweimal essen waren, war hervorragend. Nichts!

Very close to the centre of Brugges, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be a peaceful escape, but still only moments from great bars and cafes. Rooms were spotlessly clean, hosts were charming, the whole experience was delightful.
Sonja (9/5): Familiengeführtes Hotel - Sehr nette Inhaber, die sehr aufmerksam waren. Tolles, ganz frisch zubereitetes Frphstück und sehr edle Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Wir hatten ein großes und ein eher kleines Zimmer, beide waren gut. Die Bäder waren sehr schick. Kostenloses Wasser gab es jederzeit und die Inhaber waren immer erreichbar. Es gab eine Kaffemaschine une Tee auf dem Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, das ist aber auch das einzige Manko.

Astrid (10/5): Wat een heerlijk weekend in hartje Brugge! - We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in B&B Augusto. We verbleven twee nachtjes in de King Room, een prachtige ruime kamer. Schoon, modern en met alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Paola is een superfijne en behulpzame gastvrouw, bij haar kom je niks tekort. Het ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en enthousiast. Het ontbijt wat je een dag van te voren a la carte mag uitkiezen is echt fantastisch lekker en uitgebreid. Paola zorgt er met liefde voor dat je met een volle maag aan de dag begint. Zet je auto tijdens je verblijf in Parking Biekorf (is wel vaak vol) en wandel vanuit de B&B zo de stad in. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Pecqueult (9/5): Week-end en amoureux idyllique, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Bruges - Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de notre hôte, la proximité avec le centre de Bruges où tout est accessible à pied. L'appartement est top, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. À vrai dire rien, malgré le fait d'avoir sans le savoir en plein week-end du marathon de Bruges, mais nous avons pu profiter, visiter et n'avons pas rencontré de soucis notamment pour trouver un restaurant vu le monde présent dans le centre. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Allan (10/5): - What an absolutely wonderful stay we had at B&B Augusto. Paola was the most friendly and welcoming hostess. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable with much effort into the overall presentation and furnishings. Breakfast was freshly prepared and was delicious, served in an intimate dining room. It is obvious the hosts genuinely wish for their guests to have the very best experience. Augusto is perfectly positioned just 5 mins walk to Market Square but in a lovely quiet area away from the crowds. We also enjoyed a meal in their restaurant a short walk away, which was simply superb. Everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

Das Frühstück wurde von Paola unglaublich lecker vorbereitet worden. Man hat das Gefühl, dass diese Menschen ihre Arbeit von ganzen Herzen machen, dabei sind sie sehr professionell. Wir wurden auch das Restaurant von Paola und ihren Mann empfehlen. Wir haben da unglaublich leckeres italienisches Essen genossen. Also, sowohl das Hotel als auch das Restaurant empfehlenswert! Vanaf het moment van aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen. De sfeer was warm en ontspannen. De B&B zelf was brandschoon, netjes en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden en je merkt dat er met aandacht en liefde aan alles is gedacht. Een echte aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust, comfort en een gastvrije omgeving. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug! /

Better than a hotel by far! Very clean and roomy. Paola was extremely helpful throughout. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The place to stay if you are in Bruges.

Paola and Gritano (apologies if spelling is incorrect) were the most friendly and welcoming hosts. We felt as though we were staying with friends or extended family rather than in a B&B. The accommodation is absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean, comfortable with much effort into the overall presentation and soft furnishings. David (10/5): A perfect stay in a beautiful city - Truly wonderful bed and breakfast accommodation and very friendly hospitality. The centuries old house has been meticulously renovated to a very high standard and our room had all that we needed. Excellent breakfasts served by our lovely host Paola and her friend Elizabeth who made us feel extremely welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location near the centre of the beautiful city of Bruges which we were visiting for the first time. To sum it all up, it was perfect! Absolutely nothing

Some other guests arrived in the middle of the night to the room next to us. The soundproofing wasn't as good as we would have hoped. We could hear them very well in the hallway and a bit later watching Netflix when we were trying to sleep (at 3-5 am).

Leigh (10/5): Book it !!!!! - Paula and her husband are amazing communication was spot on and we were made to feel super looked after and comfortable highly recommend the breakfast its super nice and nothing is a problem, the room was great and super clean nicely done out. The location is amazing not 3 minutes from Belfort square. Also if you driving the parking is on the right just 150 meters from the b&b 15 euros a day very secure no issues. We also ate at their restaurant and that was also a great experience so recommend that also. We will definitely stay their any time we go to Brugge

It's in a UNESCO protected building and after renovation has retained a lot of the old building's features (high ceilings and windows, antique doors etc.), while not scrimping on comfort. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Beds and linen are comfortable. Tea and coffee provided in the room. The entire building was spotless and you could smell how clean it was walking in. There is a little balcony area just off the rooms to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Netflix for use on the TVs, excellent WiFi, and lots of sockets for charging electronics. Paola was also amazing, such a wonderful host, really good communication prior to arrival in Brugge, and kindly let us check in early after arriving on an early flight. She made sure to check in with us every day to make sure we didn't need anything. And you won't beat the location - the accommodation is less than a 5 minute walk from the main square, the shopping streets, and loads of restaurants and shops. It's about 1.2 km from the central train station (Brugge Station). Neither of these were an issue from my side but good to note; - The staircase is in a beautiful sweeping spiral style and may be a problem for those with mobility issues. - I stayed in the King Room and there was a bit of street noise late at night, might be an issue for those who are light sleepers. However, my aunt stayed in the Duchess Room (Double) and there is no noise at all in this room.

Lee (8/5): Great location and friendly staff - The location was perfect for a short walk into the main square of Bruges and there were lots of bars and places to eat in the surrounding streets. The owner of the B&B was very friendly and spoke good English and the Breakfast was excellent too! We were put in the Kings bedroom which itself was a great size and very nice and clean with a large TV and storage space but the whole room was very open plan and there is No door on the bathroom so you have to be very comfortable with your partner as there is no privacy... maybe not a great option for a new couple!

In summary nothing could be improved - Paula was efficient, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, beautifully furnished and equipped with a spotless bathroom etc. Breakfast was pre-ordered and served flexibly, with an amazing array of offerings, wonderfully cooked / presented and simply was the BEST start to the day we could hope for. A great example of the welcome you get and the personal hospitality was after a day walking round Bruges we decided to spend a couple of hours R&R in our room - Paula brought up Tea and cookies, checked we was OK and just made us feel at home. We could not recommend enough - a true gem in an amazing place! Not often does an EXCEPTIONAL rating deliver in every aspect, but B&B Augusto (and particularly Paula) provided simply the best accommodation we have ever stayed in :-) This has changed our view of B&Bs.... and we will be back! James (9/5): Lovely B and B in a perfect location! - The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, the hosts were friendly and accommodating , the breakfast was wonderful, the location was close to main square. We left very early the last morning and the host packed a large to-go breakfast for us. The room is not air conditioned and there happened to be a heat wave when we were there. If the windows were left opened it , it was very noisy throughout the night. There is no elevator- only a narrow staircase. That did not bother us at all.

Heloise (10/5): great and classy place in the center of brugges - Nice, tidy rooms. Quiet rooms and a nice terrace. The breakfast room is impeccable, beautifully done, with nice platters and good portions. The staff is multilingual and friendly. No place to hold toiletries in the shower.
Teresa (10/5): Wonderful B&B for stay in Bruges - B&B Augusto was perfect for our 2-night stay in Bruges. The location is short walking distance to the Markt Square and a number of restaurants and shops. The owner and her husband were great hosts, very welcoming and provided information regarding the area and their Italian restaurant, which was nearby. The property is their home and the second-floor rooms (3) were the ones available to guests. The rooms are at the top of a short flight of winding stairway, which was not an issue for us. The rooms were quite large by European standards and had remodeled modern bathrooms with showers. Paola provided a great European breakfast each morning, allowing us to select the evening before from an array of offerings. Parking of our rental car was a potential concern of ours, but there is public parking garage that was within a block of the property for 15 Euros/day, which we would recommend. Great property and location and would recommend to anyone visiting for trip to Bruges. Nothing.

Kathiw (10/5): Perfect stay in Bruges - I stayed in the duchess room which was beautifully decorated and very stylish. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough storage for a short stay. B&B Augusto is close to the market square, it only takes you a few minutes. Restaurants and sights are in short walking distance too. Paola and her husband were really helpful, friendly and attentive people. The breakfast was great. There were lots of choices. It was fresh and lovingly prepared. ...it was perfect.

The breakfast was excellent, and the owner couldn’t be any more attentive. A short walk to the square. The room could have been slightly bigger, not much space to hang your clothes.

Gaynor (9/5): Superb - Breakfast and location was brilliant. The property and decor was fantastic and clean and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful, attentive and accommodating. Attention to detail both as to decor and food / service was unbelievable. The only issue was the bathroom in the Duchess Room where we were seemed to have a drain issue and there was a strange smell emanating from the shower drain and which was there pretty much all of the time. If it wasn’t for that it would have been perfect and we would have given it a definite 10. We didn’t mention it as we thought it would have been obvious that it needed to be looked at.
Daniel (10/5): The perfect stay for a romantic day (or longer ;) - It is so cosy and romantic! Paola and Gaitano are super lovely people, very friendly and have a good taste of styling interior. The breakfast was amazing and delicious! The bed is really comfortable, the chairs feels really nice and there’s a big TV with netflix (We didn’t used it tho, but it is a nice extra). The bathroom is really beautiful and the shower is very great. I did my proposal in Brugge and asked them to do something nice with the room with a budget. When we came back we arrived in a room full with roses and a very very nice bottle of prosecco. So we could celebrate it immediately! I could say this is the perfect place for a romantic weekend!
