- Elizabeth (10/5): I'll be back! - A wonderful place to stay especially on your own. Very cosy, everything you need. Lovely owners, feeling of total privacy surrounded by a gorgeous garden and best of all welcomed by a sweet border collie and a cute black cat. I will be back! That I hadn't stayed there before. 😀
- Anne (9/5): - Beautiful garden setting. Everything needed (and more)for an overnight stay. Short drive to town for takeaway. Hosts were very welcoming. Highly recommend a stay here.
- Julia (10/5): A little gem just outside Hamilton - Lovely quiet and relaxing location. Jennifer and bear the dog greeted me and showed me around.Room was clean and well equipped with a comfy bed. My only minor criticism would be no flyscreen on the doors so no natural air flow in the room.
- Joanne (10/5): Country Generous - Jen & Andrew were welcoming & easy to communicate with. Their lovely rooms are well kept & have everything you may need. Their dog, Bear, will happily walk around the grounds with you as well. Thank you Jen Xx

Great to say hello to Bear the friendly farm dog who liked to greet us at our door occasionally.

- Tilo (9/5): A very pretty and peaceful location. - It is a beautiful location in a stunning garden setting. The hosts were lovely, and we also enjoyed the company of Bear, the dog and the very purry black cat. The room was very comfortable and clean. We liked the rubbish system where we could separate compost from plastics and general rubbish etc. without the use of plastic bags.
- Linda (8/5): Great hosts and a beautiful location - The owner was very friendly and helpful, the gardens were beautiful, and the area is so peaceful. Great kitchen facilities. There was no BBQ available. We found the bed a bit firm, and the armchairs were not very comfortable. The step down to the ensuite can become an issue even though we had been told about it.
- Taylor (8/5): Bear the winery dog likes to lie at the door - Quite location ….
- Ross (8/5): -

I believe this accommodation is ideal for a one-night stay; however, if you plan to stay for several days, it may feel a bit small for two people.

The area was beautiful, and the view into the garden was lovely ☺️ nicely modernised in the bathroom and kitchen while keeping its rustic charm If I had to pick on something, it would just be the few cobwebs that were around. Other than that, it was lovely, and everything that needed to be clean was clean.

Our hosts were friendly, and also gave us plenty of our own space. Would definitely recommend! Bathroom was a little small, although beautiful and also very clean, so the size didn’t really matter too much.
