- naima (1/5): J’ai voulu que ça se finit le plutôt possible 🥺🥺 - R1 C’est la plus pur réservation que j’ai eu dans ma vie! La chambre est très froide et il ont mis juste un petit couverture(pour bébé) j’ai du aller demander à la dame une autre couverture et même celle-là était petite! Je n’arrive pas à dormir tous les soir à cause du froid! Une autre chose m’a surprise dès que je suis arrivée j’ai dû payer une vingtaine d’euros pour les soit disant taxés touristes!!!! Alors mon amie a eu une chambre pas loin de moi n’a rien payé !!!!!!ils ont mis dans l’annonce qui as un coins café et collation je n’ai rien trouvé!! Bon bref je ne ferrai jamais cette réservation 🥺🥺

- Jernej (8/5): Great location and staff - Location is unbeatable, just a 3-minute walk from Naples Central Station. Check-in was smooth, everything was clean, and the complimentary coffee was a nice touch. They clean your room everyday if you want.The staff were great, and the free luggage storage on the last day made things super convenient. The mattress was a bit too firm for my taste. It can also get noisy at night, as the entrance doors are quite loud, especially if your room is nearby the entrance.

- Alessandro (3/5): Meno del minimo - Vicino alla stazione Le stanze sono dei budelli, i mobili e le porte di ultima categoria che ti rimangono in mano. La ristrutturazione deve averla fatta un bambino di 8 anni perché non c'è un armadio ad altezza normale ma solo una stecca posizionata a circa tre metri di altezza, sopra a dei ripiani, raggiungibile con un bastone. I muri sono umidi e perdono calcinacci. Il bagno è un proprio cesso, la doccia perde acqua, gli asciugamani sono del giurassico. Si sente tutto delle camere accanto e anche lo sciacquone dei piani di sopra.

- Sebastiao (10/5): - Génialement situé près de la gare, à 100m + ou -, la chambre était au r/c , facile d'accés avec les codes et les clés. La dame très charmante nous a offert le café le matin avec petits gâteaux. L'entretien et le lit vraiment rien à redire. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la petite cour extérieure et privée, mais nous gardons cette adresse et reviendrons. Malheureusement pour faire les 100m de la gare à Napoli House Dream, nous devons traverser 1 véritable "poubelle"...les rues sont très très sales, les pobelles dédordes et sont dans la rue. A mon avis les taxes de séjour devraient servir à l'entretien des rues de Napoli.

- Giovanna (9/5): Ottimo appoggio per i miei ritorni a Napoli - Posizione strategica di fianco a stazione e metro, struttura di recente ristrutturazione molto pulita con tutti i servizi funzionanti, tv, WiFi, aria condizionata. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Suggerisco solo di mettere mensole e appendini in più sia in camera che in bagno perché la stanza è piccola e non si sa dove appoggiare le proprie cose.

That was the only noise, nice gesture of host to provide but it is noisy and wish it wasn’t there in my opinion

The Netflix did not work. It required me to sign in. When I sent a message to Suzy and some else they were not able to solve the problem.

- ciaociaoitaly (4/5): チェックインに問題あり - ナポリ中央駅から近く、お部屋はきれいでベッドはダブルで寝心地良かった。ポット有り。シャワーも良好。 当日の夕方booking.comアプリから予約。すぐにチェックインの連絡をしOK回答がきたのに、宿の扉は閉まっていてブザーを押しても誰も出てこないし、建物にも入れず困りました。たまたま他の宿泊客が出てきた時に宿の建物に入ることは出来たのですが、スタッフは誰もいないし、しばらく待っても来ないし、booking.comのメール連絡をしても応答無し。電話をしても留守電で連絡つかず。予約時カード決済で支払い済だったので本当に困りました。たまたま通りかかった親切な宿泊客の方が声をかけてくれて電話をしてくれて、やっと連絡がついてスタッフが来ました。２時間近く待ちぼうけをさせられて疲れ果てました。

- techer (8/5): L'hôte est disponible et très gentil, petit coin en plein centre ville, je recommande pour proximi. - J'ai bien apprécié l'emplacement et le cocooning de cette petite chambre Saks me plaindre, un bruit venant de la plomberie, bruit d'eau qui coule,, qui pourrait gêner, moi je suis une dormeuse... Cela ne m'a pas gêner longtemps.

- Erika (2/5): Moldy - We liked the location close to thw railway station. The room was very humid and moldy and you could smell it, unfortunately. It wasn't dirty, but the mold is a serious problem. The fridge is terribly loud. The shower is only for extra extra small people and there is a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains. As there is no ventilation, that is also the smell in the room, where you sleep. Also, the room's window was facing the atrium, which meant we could hear everytime someone came or left the app building and the door slammed. Not a recipe for a good night's sleep.

- YUKIKO (9/5): - ナポリ中央駅の近くで移動に便利でした。アパートの一角にある5室ほどのホテル。 私が泊まった部屋はきれいに掃除されてるシングルベッドで窓も小さく、８月なのにひんやりとした部屋でしたが、冷蔵庫とポットがあったので便利でした。 朝、コーヒーとスナックが食べれたのもよかった。 スタッフが親切だった。 朝8時から10時過ぎまでの短い時間しかスタッフがいないのでWhatsAppでのやりとりになります。

C'era anche la possibilità di connettersi a Netflix e la rete Wi-fi funzionava molto bene. Purtroppo la mia stanza si affacciava sul cortile interno del palazzo e tutti i rumori dello stabile rimbombavano all'interno dell'alloggio. Non ho dormito molto. In ogni caso, la posizione della struttura e la pulizia ripagano di tutto!

- Isabelle (8/5): Idéal pour un transit - A 5 min à pied de la gare centrale. L’emplacement parfait pour un arrêt avant de prendre l’avion. Petit resto/pizzeria de quartier au coin de la rue, excellent rapport qualité/prix Très petit mais fonctionnel.

- Adrian (7/5): Budget accomadation - good for a single traveller on a budget for a night or two. - Reasonably good location. Clean and adequate condition. The staff responded very quickly when I messaged them. I was unable to get in the door with the app but this was quickly resolved.

- Marcela (7/5): - Hospedagem apenas para quem quer passar uma ou no máximo duas noites. O quartos estava limpinho é próximo da estação de trem então o lugar é meio esquisito. Porém não tem muito a falar pq realmente ficamos só uma noite.
