• maurizio (10/5): - Struttura situata in buona posizione, vicina all'accesso del centro storico e alla fermata metro. E' al terzo piano ma con ascensore. La camera molto spaziosa arredata con gusto sullo stile "vera Napoli". Personale gentilissimo all'accoglienza e prodigo di consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare, che si sono rivelati utilissimi. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione al bar con normale bevanda e pezzo dolce un po' minimale, ma il prezzo della camera, per la zona in cui si trova, sarebbe già concorrenziale anche senza colazione. Possibilità di lascire i bagagli al di fuori degli orari di check out la camera affaccia su una via di grande scorrimento (comunque è sufficientemente silenziosa), la vista non poteva essere "eccezionale"...

Vicinissimo alla metro Museo e ben servita. Il proprietario ci ha accolti molto bene, dandoci dritte sull'itinerario .. perfetto!

• Zoe (8/5): - Great location, beautiful place. Great host with personal touch of spending time with you to give local expertise and recommendations. Easy to find. Cafe for breakfast was closed so host gave me the money for breakfast instead. Double bed comfy, great air con. Bathroom lovely with good shower. Bed for child was a camp bed and not a second double bed, this turns out to be a sofa bed but not offered to me as an option to use. No facility to make hot drinks. Apartment could do with a manual about where things are, how to work things etc. TV was not in the area with the sofas, was in the room with the beds and didn't turn on.
• Jennifer (10/5): 100 % Empfehlung! - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Frühstück im Café nebenan, gemütliche Betten, sehr sauber. Aber das Highlight: Unser Host Mario. Wir sind schon viel gereist und Mario war einer der besten Gastgeber, den wir je hatten. Er gab uns viele Tipps und brachte uns italienische Süßigkeiten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in Artis Domus übernachten. 11/10. Es war alles wunderbar.

Breakfast is in the café opposite, not served in the apartment. - Perfect location for visiting the National Museum and the maze of old streets where some of the churches are. Also good for the metro. View from the window was of the street but we were only there for one night. Apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We thought that breakfast would be provided in the apartment, as per the photos, but just be aware, you have to go down into the street to the café opposite to get your breakfast, which is a coffee or a drink and a pastry. Anything else is extra. Which is fine, but would have been good to know this beforehand. We didn’t think the bed was very comfy..it felt like a memory foam mattress. Mario was friendly and efficient. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The breakfast is in the café opposite.

• Linda (8/5): Very good - The apartment is situated close to the museum metro, on the third floor of a town house. First impressions were good of this stylish apartment, nicely decorated and very clean. Met by the owner, who was very informative of what we should see in Naples. Felt the apartment could benefit from having a kettle and tea making facilities, also wine glasses rather than plastic tumblers to drink wine from. As we already had plans in place for two mornings of our stay we didn't avail ourselves to the breakfast that was offered across the road at the cafe, however on our final morning the cafe we were directed to were somewhat off hand when we presented the apartments visiting card and seemed reluctant to serve us.
• Mary (7/5): Close to Airport & City Center - Close to airport and old part of city center. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has an elevator. For a quick one night stay overnight for one couple and one child it is fine. The owner only speaks Italian and was able to communicate using google translate. He met us at the apartment on time and let us into the apartment early. For the one afternoon stay, he mapped out the sights to see. Make sure you have Euros on hand to pay the city tax. Electrical outlets are not near the bed or couches. Make sure you bring 10ft charging cords. This property is a large apartment that is separated by a cabinet. It technically does not have a bedroom. Both beds are located in the same room along with the dining room table and small refrigerator. There is a small refrigerator filled with drinks but owner has you paying for anything taken out of the refrigerator.
• Jakub (10/5): Wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and delightful experiences in the heart of Naples. - My stay in Naples was truly unforgettable, and a key element of this experience was the excellent location of the apartment. It was situated right next to the stations of two metro lines, allowing for easy access to the city's main attractions, as well as to Pompeii and other historic towns in the region. Additionally, the apartment is located in the historic centre, meaning that many of the most important sites are within walking distance. The Archaeological Museum was literally just a five-minute walk from our accommodation—perfect for history enthusiasts. It’s worth noting that the museum houses most of the original sculptures and frescoes from Pompeii and Herculaneum, making it a must-visit during any trip! Mario, the owner of the apartment, was incredibly kind and helpful. He recommended the best pizzerias and restaurants in the city, as well as the most beautiful churches and historic sites. He also provided us with the easiest routes to reach more distant attractions. Communication was a breeze, even without knowing Italian. Additionally, he treated us to typical Neapolitan pastries, which was a lovely touch. His tips were invaluable and made our stay in Naples even more enjoyable and convenient. Breakfast was served at a café just across the street. We could choose a coffee and one snack, either a croissant with our choice of filling or a savory option like a hot dog or mini pizza. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious. Overall, this apartment offers a perfect balance of quality and price. It was incredibly spacious and clean, and thanks to the soundproof windows, any noise from the main street, although somewhat audible, did not disturb our sleep. The apartment is an ideal, well-connected place for a delightful stay in Naples, whether for a short getaway or a longer trip. The only thing that could have further improved our stay in the apartment would be the addition of nightstands by the bed. Additionally, providing a few cups, plates, and utensils. Other than that, everything was perfect!

• Alenkabart (10/5): The best flat and owner in Napoli (deserves 11;) - Mario's place is a real gem. Not just because of the great location, cleanliness, and spacious space with the balcony that overlooks vibrant street, but also because of his kindness and passion for his city. He is very attentive to details and spoils his guests in all possible ways. Follow his guide and you will enjoy Napoli for sure! Everything was just perfect. He deserves not only 10 but at least 11! Also breakfast at the nearby bar 33 was really good. Another good host there ;) Everything was beyond perfect. The only problem is that you don't want to leave this place :)
• Nik (9/5): Great location, very friendly host & spacious flat - Excellent location, very spacious flat, hot water all time and friendly host. Really hard to find such a big & comfy space in Naples. No shampoo, no extra toilet paper after 2 days, no basic kitchen equipment (knifes, forks, glasses, etc).
• Vesela (10/5): Perfect - The host was super welcoming. We arrived late and he still spent time with us (gave us a map and told us where to go, recommended a very good restaurant close to us, etc) The apartment is just WOW!!! So interesting and authentic. We would go back!
• Oren (7/5): Good - The room is very big and clean. Bathroom is nice ( there is shower, no bath but a nice shower). The location is at the center of Napoli, short walking distance from the archiologicsl.meusium. the owner are nice abd responsive, but you do not meet them- there is ni reception place as rrgular hotel. You text with whatsup and they responce fast. The father of the owner so.etimes take you with his car to the parking, soetimes he is bussy so you have to walk . The room facing the main street, which is very noisy and the window ( even though is double glass) does not isolate good the street noise. Also the parking is about 1100 met away from the building where you sleep. Need to walk there at the noisy bussy street, takes abiut 15 min walk. If the car is not small it costs 15 ero per night ( not per 24 hr). If you return the car after midnight they charge 2.5 ero extra for this. They insist i will take out the car at 10:30 while check out time is 12. So effectivly this forced me to leave earlier than i wanted. The brakefest is very minimal: coffy , a very small fresh orange juice ( about 120 cc) and 1 pice of poetry, not of high wuality. Thats it. Its in a cafe a cross the street. Ay sunday its in a more remote cafe up the main street without the orange juice.
• Libe (10/5): Gorgeous place in the heart of Naples - Beautiful huge room with small balcony overlooking one of the main streets in Naples. Mario was extremely kind and informative of everything to do in Naples, with great tips on where to eat and drink as well. The location is perfect to walk around as well. It is a very noisy street in the morning so bring earplugs. Breakfast was in a cafe outside and the Sunday cafe owners were extreme rude to us and they didn’t have many options.

• Martin (8/5): Good value for money, clean, spacious apartment located within 10-20 minutes of the prime sites to see in Naples, the un - Very large and spacious located on the edge of the centro historico which with the very unusual check out time of 12:30 meant that there was plenty of time for sight-seeing the morning followed by a quick shower and a short rest before having to get to the airport. Well stocked sand reasonably priced mini-bar. Very accommodating host. The wardrobe is huge, not sure who can reach those upper hangers. Could do with a few cups and maybe a knife, fork and spoon to make a sandwich and a drink.

• Berta (10/5): A truly Neapolitan experience - There are no words to describe this place! It was excellent, so spacious and very well located. It is a place where you meet your host, Mario. He makes you feel like home, he gives you many tips where to have food, what to visit...you meet a truly Neapolitan! The room was impecable, clean, tidy and with lots of space. It was a pity we only stayed one night, but we will come back to Artis Domus every time we visit Naples. You can't miss it! Nothing!

• Gregor (10/5): Perfect place and hosts to feel Naples - The best part are hosts - the kindest Mario and Patrizia with their warm hospitality and useful advises what to do and where to eat in Naples. The apartment is even bigger than on a photos and very clean. Location is perfect: just a few steps from archeology museum and you can do all the historical centre of Naples on foot. Loud traffic, but I expected that and it didn’t bother me.

The breakfast option in a nearby cafe was a very good idea for me. You can get to the apartment comfortably by elevator. I rate the value for money very well. the windows of the apartment overlook the street so you have to take into account some noise coming from there
