• Renacentista (8/5): Recomiendo. - Está cerca de la zona turística, a unos 15 a 20' andando. A unos 20' de la estación de tren. El barrio es un poco lúgubre, pero tranquilo. El desayuno es muy completo, con café, leche, yogures, zumos y bollería. Llevaban croisants todas las mañanas. Hay una pequeña zona de comedor. Con cafetera, hervidor y microondas. La habitación era bastante silenciosa al ruído de la calle, luego depende de la educación de los otros huespedes, esta vez genial. Hay varios restaurantes por la zona. Hay una pequeña nevera. Repetiría. El colchón de la cama estaba ligeramente hundido en una mitad. El agua sale con poca presión. Tienes que tener monedas de 10 céntimos para el uso del ascensor (aunque del hotel deja algunas moneditas para ello). Es un 4°. Cuando entras en el edificio parece que se te va a caer, pero el alojamiento es otra cosa, para bien... No te dan ningún resguardo ni comprobante como pago de las tasas turísticas. Falta un perchero, aunque hay un armario.

• Johanna (9/5): Herzlichen Dank für eine schöne Woche - Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Die Lage ist gut, den Bahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten. Busse halten um die Ecke. Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon zur Straße. Das Bett war bequem. Es war alles sehr sauber, es wurde täglich geputzt und gelüftet, auch die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt (was für uns nicht nötig gewesen wäre). Das Zimmer hat einen Kühlschrank. Für italienische Verhältnisse bekommt man ein sehr üppiges Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das größte Manko der Unterkunft ist, dass man für den Aufzug ein 10 Cent Stück benötigt. Das sollte man auf jeden Fall bei der Ankunft berücksichtigen. Später kann man immer entsprechende Münzen wechseln, die Unterkunft hält ein Schälchen mit 10 Cent Stücken vor. Wenn man des Italienischen nicht mächtig ist funktioniert die Kommunikation nur per Handy oder mit Händen und Füßen, was nicht weiter schlimm ist, nur schade. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
• Patrizia (10/5): Piacevolissimo soggiorno a Napoli - Mi è piaciuto tutto, dell'accoglienza, alla stanza, la colazione, era tutto perfetto. Colazione super abbondante e per tutti i gusti, dolce, salato, intolleranze ... c'era di tutto e di più. Gentilissimi nel lasciare i bagagli sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Ci hanno organizzato anche il ritorno in aeroporto con il taxi. Il B&B è in pieno centro e puoi visitare tutto a piedi, ma nel caso in cui vuoi farlo con mezzi pubblici la via è servita di bus e metro. Se tornerò a Napoli, tornerò qui. Niente

• Hajnalka (10/5): A legjobb szállás Nápolyban :) - Minden tekintetben kifogástalan szállás, aranyos, jól felszerelt, igényes szoba a legkényelmesebb matraccal, amin valaha aludtam. Tea tündéri, segítőkész, még parkolót találni is segített. A reggeli bőséges, a kávé finom, nem is kell ennél több, legközelebb is biztosan itt szállunk meg. Minden tökéletes volt

• vanessa (7/5): Bien mais peut mieux faire. - Nous avons aimé l’emplacement qui était relativement proche à 15min à pied environ des rues animées. La chambre est équipée d’une climatisation ce qui est agréable, ainsi que d’un mini frigo avec de l’eau à disposition. Salle de bain et wc attenant à la chambre fermant par une porte coulissante. Je noterais en points négatifs plusieurs moustiques écrasés sur le mur, ce qui n’est pas du plus bel effet. Les oreillers sont très mous ainsi que la literie. Mais cela est un point de vue personnel. Cela peut convenir à certains. Je mettrais une vraie déception pour le petit déjeuner. En effet, toute la semaine la panière sur la table avec des produits industriels (pancakes, petits muffins) et toujours les mêmes produits. Jamais de changement. Au bout de trois jours, le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment plus alléchant. De plus des produits industriels ce qui de base n’est pas à mon goût et de plus de qualité minime. C’est pour moi vraiment dommage. Côté salé: c’est vraiment juste, fromage taostinette et jambon cru à 1€ comme écrit sur le paquet… Grosse déception aussi quand enceinte et fatiguée nous décidons mon mari et moi de rentrer à l’hôtel à 15h30. La chambre n’est pas faite. J’envoie un message via whatsapp à la propriétaire qui me répond un premier message me disant que la femme de ménage a dû partir tôt et fera certainement la chambre demain. Nous avons trouvé cela non professionnel car même pas accompagné d’un mot d’excuse. Se rendant compte sûrement de sa maladresse, la propriétaire supprime son message (déjà lue) me disant qu’elle ne comprend pas ce que je dis. Nous n’avons pas apprécié passer pour des imbeciles. Surtout que nous n’avons eu aucun mot d’excuses de sa part. Elle a frappé à la porte à 20h, nous n’avons pas ouverts car nous nous reposions et ce n’est pas une heure pour passer voir des clients. Personnellement, ma femme de ménage aurait dû partir, j’aurai été faire la chambre moi même. Le client paie et il est normal d’offrir un minimum de qualité dans la prestation. Nous n’avons vu la propriétaire qu’à notre arrivée, qui nous demande d’ailleurs la taxe de séjours (65€ pour une semaine) en liquide. Nous ne l’avons même pas vu le jour de notre départ. Un séjour mitigé donc mais nous retenons le positif.

• Gita (9/5): Superb - There are three rooms in the apartment with private facilities. We had a window to the street, it was a little noisy, but when the window was closed it wasn't terrible. In the shared kitchen there was a coffee maker, kettle, basic dishes. Sweet breakfast, but there was also toast and some cheese and ham. Juice, milk in the fridge. In the nearby street there is a bus stop to the airport and the center. We spent two days and we were satisfied.
• Gargi (9/5): Superb - The host was very lovely and easy to communicate with. The apartment, especially the kitchen are was exceptionally clean and very beautifully decorated (for Christmas). The kitchen had all the essentials for tea, coffee and breakfast. Overall a very cozy place. The pressure in the bathroom shower was a bit low. Also the bathroom had a peculiar smell but it seems to be an issue with the infrastructure, not with the cleaning.

• Sleepeslikealog (8/5): Nice B&B - The room was clean and had a nice little balcony onto the street. The bathroom had a good shower and the breakfast was good, every room has their own little table with breakfast options and one big shared space with coffee machine, microwave, watercooker and a refrigerator with various milk and juice choices. There is an excellent Pizzaria just around the corner called OWAP, that was recommended by the staff, and we were very happy getting excellent pizza there in the evening after a troublesome journey from the airport. Breakfast was good but only sweet options - which we supplemented with peppers and cucumber from the local supermarket. Showerhead was very weak, but the rainshower worked great. So not a big issue either.

• Marc (8/5): Very good - I think the B&B can be a great place depending on what one is looking for. I travelled with my teenage son to watch a Champions League game and to visit Pompeii. For us it was perfect, in that it had all we needed. That being said, it is particularly the value for money that is striking. The room was large, but very minimalistic. The bathroom was fine. Breakfast was mostly pre-packaged foods, but there was also the possibility to have toast and cereals. The building was a bit noisy in that the pipes could be heard as if they were directly in the room. Similarly, people on the next floor walking felt like they were in the same room. For us that was not a problem, but I can see that it would be for other people who are more sensitive to noise. The location is good, close to the train station (about 10 minutes to walk) and also the old town (also about 10 minutes to walk).

The rooms are on the 4th floor, the house has an eleva - The accommodation has 3 separate rooms and a large common kitchen, which is well equipped. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast was great. The neighborhood is quiet in the evening, you can relax. We were 2 adults and 1 child in the room, we fit comfortably. There is also a private small refrigerator in the room. When we left, we could leave our luggage in the kitchen, we went back for it before the trip. Thank you for everything! I can recommend the accommodation to everyone. Nothing!!!
• Martina (9/5): Superb - Great communication with the host. It is near the city centre/shops/caffes. It is few minutes from “Napoli Botanic Garden” - you have to visit this place when you stay here! So pretty. Also we had room with balcony and view for Mount Vesuvius! Great stay! Unfortunately the airport is near the city centre so you can hear the airplanes and it is kinda loud. Also the flushing was very loud, sometimes it woke us up when people in other room flushed the toilet in the night/morning.

Good location (note bus 182 which pass you near airport at only 1.30 euro, but you need to buy ticket in metro station first) Napoli as destination is not for me, and engineering systems of nice historical buildings usually not 5*. One morning I found no electricity (=no hotwater no wifi so in my case no whatsup to call for host), luckily I deducted someone yesterday cooked for family so possibly microwave+teakettle+coffeemachine+boiler works altogether. So with my engineering degree we find differential protection breaker and indeed it was in "OFF" position. Abd luckly I made check-in on the flight and made screenshots from Goohle.Maps day before
• Evyatar (8/5): Very good - The stuff was very kind, we had a fridge full of milk, juice, fruits and lite food to take any time we want for free. Nice breakfast and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was really far from the center, and the closest metro station was 15 min walking away. We had problems with the shower and the AC, but the stuff was really fast and fixed the problems no more then an hour.

• Namita (10/5): Loved it, would go back again. - Everything! The room was ready in advance, communication about the timing and the facilities, the hosts are just perfect. Via Foria has lot of restaurants and go for a short walk too. It’s walking distance from the famous pizza place l’antica pizzeria de Michele. Metro a little further away but very close to bus stop, a kilometer from the train station. You can take the 584 or 182 to the airport. There’s a tobacco shop on the via Foria to get your bus tickets! Breakfast has a lot of variety, nothing warm but you’ve options to choose from. We could even leave the luggage after checkout. The elevator is a hassle when you arrive, make sure to have 10 cents on you, otherwise the elevator does not start. But once you checkin, the hosts leave spare change for you 😊

• Robyn (9/5): Overall a brilliant stay with a few mishaps! - It was a lovely property… nicely decorated, great selection of foods for breakfast, really lovely hosts. Slight issues with a language barrier and the host but she did everything she could to try and overcome this. I also had one morning where the flat/apartment above me started hammering and doing works at 7.30-8am - obviously just unlucky and not the hosts fault but still not ideal!
• Comsa (9/5): Superb - Safe location. Nice room, clean and comfy, with small balcony typical to the area. There is an elevator in the building which works with 10 cents which you can find at the reception. Helpful staff. Nice welcome. Very clean bathroom. Air conditioning OK. Good cofee and tea, sparkling and still water anytime. In the day that was raining we got an umbrella from the accomodation. Grazie! :-) At breakfast there were lot of patisery packed. It was fine in general, but when I stay more days I would like to have fresh patisery, eggs and vegetables. I think this area can be improved a little bit. But anyway it worth the money for the value.
• Andreea (9/5): Great value and a great and helpful host ! - Everything was clean and with a modern design, and Renata is the best host ! She helped me with everything I needed. Thank you, Renata ! The elevator works with a 10cent coin, but you can find coins at the entrance of the apartment. The location is great. The rooms are big enough, the bathroom is inside the room. Renata only speaks italian, but she uses google translate on the phone and everything works perfect ! 😁

• Eagtas (10/5): Exceptional - This is one of the best place I've ever stayed. The owners, Giovanna and Renata are great people, they made everything so easy for me. The location is perfect just right next to the center, in my opinion most safest part of the city. Additionally, it is calm area yet cafes and restaurants nearby as well. It is extremely clean, the bed is so comfortable, fast internet. Literally everything was perfect.
