• Lenie (10/5): Aanrader! Geweldig verblijf. - Bijna alles beviel mij. Geweldige grote kamer met privé sauna. Sfeerverlichting in het zithoekje en bij de douche. Ruime, nette, complete keuken. Alles is op loopafstand. Ontbijt was klein en Italiaans maar erg lekker. Het prettige en snelle contact met de eigenaar. Mocht zelfs mijn spullen na vertrek nog een paar uur laten staan. De douchekop moet ontkalkt worden en de föhn past niet in het stopcontact in de badkamer. Gelukkig wel in de kamer, dus opgelost. Verder alles top!

Οι παροχές του ήταν ιδανικές για μια ολιγοήμερη διαμονή με κατάλληλο χώρο για να φτιάξεις καφέ, sauna μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Η περιοχή ήταν 5 λεπτά από τον κεντρικό σταθμό Γκαριμπαλντι και 5 λεπτά από το ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης.

Men når du kommer inn i leiligheten og rommet er det ok - Frokost??.Den blir servert på et nærliggende bakeri-konditori-kafe mot fremvisning av kupong fra overnattings stedet. Kaffe og valgfritt søtbakst..vil du ha en kopp til må du betale. Dette er ikke FROKOST! Grei plass..lukter mugg. Pent rom. Appstyrt adgangs kontroll...litt spesielt. Klarte ikke å låse døra på rommet, klagde og de skiftet wi fi låsen med vanlig nøkkel lås.

• odile (6/5): - Chambre très spacieuse. La plate-forme par laquelle il faut se connecter avec du forfait internet, système d'ouverture du bâtiment, de l'appartement puis de la chambre. Le déverrouillage de la porte de la chambre a été compliqué et laborieux pour nous. Je conseille de mentionner ce fonctionnement car il n'y a aucun échange avec l'habitant local. C'est frustrant. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé ce mode de fonctionnement.

• Hlib (8/5): - Good work of the housekeeper - each return to the room makes think it is the first time. Unfortunately, it was not possible to heat the environment with AC. And considering the weather conditions during the stay (March) - it was quite cold. Also, it would be nice to have a towel heater. But that was solved by housekeep that changed those once per several days.

• Ihor (8/5): Reasonable price and quality if you're ok with some trade-offs - The room and apartment was very clean, everything we need was there. Room was big enough. Coffee and tea are available at the kitchen. The bed is big and comfortable .Eva is very friendly and helpful ❤️ Considering the price, there are some trade-offs. The location looks not safe at night but I'd say it is expected for the area not far from railway station 🙂 But everything was OK. Hot water flow is not stable, probably due to the specifics of the equipment, but in general it works, so can't complain too much.
• Kassidy (4/5): Just spend more money and get somewhere nicer - It’s really close to train station. Black mold in the bathroom shower , was a hassle to get the codes to get in to the room. The alley way to get in to the place is super sketchy throwing fireworks in the road if your a man traveling sure stay for a one night stay I would not stay with wife or kids not a nice area. The room also smelled like mildo
• DamYan02 (7/5): Buono - Abbiamo alloggiato per quattro giorni nella stanza "Relax", la stanza era pulita e comoda. Anche il bagno in camera era abbastanza pulito, anch se la doccia non era delle migliori. L'acqua calda usciva troppo lentamente o addirittura non usciva, motivo per cui abbiamo dovuto contattare lo staff. Abbiamo gradito in particolare modo, l'efficienza dello staff che a qualsiasi nostra richiesta provvedeva tempestivamente. La posizione in cui è situato l'hotel non è delle migliori, è un po' bruttina..il vicolo non sembra molto sicuro, e la sera abbiamo preferito restare in stanza piuttosto che uscire proprio per la zona brutta. Ci aspettavamo anche una semplice accoglienza da parte degli host.

La posizione è abbastanza vicina alla stazione, la stanza ampia e il ticket per la colazione presso l’antica pasticceria Sorella è stato particolarmente apprezzato L’accesso all’appartamento è un po’ stretto e riservato; le scale, pur essendo solo un primo piano, possono risultare leggermente impegnative con bagagli pesanti.

• Gaetano (7/5): Pro e contro - Premessa: chi scrive viaggia molto sia per lavoro che per diletto ed opera nel settore dell'accoglienza. Pulizia e ordine della camera Soffione doccia da decalcarizzare. Impossibile regolare la temperatura dell'acqua doccia (pericoloso in presenza di bambini in quanto passa da caldo a freddo con movimenti minimi o involontari della leva rubinetto). Presa d'aria a soffitto da pulire. La zona di sera fa paura. Ho trovato il check in online decisamente freddo (se scelgo un BB in luogo di un hotel mi aspetto anche una accoglienza per scambiare due parole relativamente ad organizzazione e luoghi consigliati). Mancanza di materiale informativo negli spazi comuni. Colazione buona ma preferisco farla in struttura e soprattutto non può essere limitata solo una pasta e una bevanda.

• Carolina (10/5): - A localização é excelente e central o suficiente. O pequeno almoço no local indicado no voucher é muito bom. O nosso quarto tinha uma pequena sauna que, infelizmente, não tivemos tempo de utilizar. Ainda assim, deve ser um excelente momento após um longo dia a turistar. A localização apesar de muito central, a rua da entrada do alojamento é um pouco escura e estreita. Mas isso não e propriamente culpa dos hosts. A porta do edifício está um pouco velha. Mas a do apartamento e do quarto estão em perfeitas condições de segurança.

• Renato Vincenzo (10/5): - Soggiorno molto positivo. La camera era ampia, pulita e confortevole, con bagno spazioso e ben attrezzato. C'era anche la sauna che non ho utilizzato per mancanza di tempo. La posizione è comoda, a pochi minuti dalla stazione, ideale per visitare la città. Gli spazi comuni sono accoglienti e offrono tutto il necessario, con area cucina ben fornita. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere a domande e a fornire consigli utili. La casa è in un piccolo vicolo e la sera, come in tutte le zone di città vicino alla stazione, frequentata da persone poco raccomandabili. Nel complesso, esperienza consigliata e piacevole.

Postel pohodlná,klimatizace na pokoji, balkónek super :) Ulice v níž se ubytování nachází je taková ,,divočejší,, ale samotné ubytování nemá chybu ;) 👌

Don’t stay here- Go to the best western or airport hotel. - The room was fine once you got inside but it was incredibly unsafe in the area it was in and you had to go in a sketchy alley and use a difficult set of doors to get there. Unsafe neighborhood. Poor cell phone service and low quality WiFi. Hard to get hot water in the shower. Toilet works poorly. No front desk, hard to get help with poor cell service. Very hard to get into all three locked doors. VERY UNSAFE. Once we were inside we never left until we were leaving for the airport. Had granola bars for dinner.

Check-in online comodo e ottima la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia il primo che l: ultimo giorno. Comunicazione sempre rapida e molto disponibile. Posizione in una stradina non fortemente consigliata, più volte sia di giorno che di sera abbiamo trovato gente ubriaca che dormiva per strada,odore di urina vomitevole e ratti morti , di conseguenza non mi è per niente piaciuta la posizione. Acqua della doccia facevo fatica a regolarla o bollente o gelata...difficile trovare la via di mezzo

El agua de la ducha no se regula bien, o te quemas o te bañas con agua helada. Las entradas al edificio, departamento y habitación se realizan con una clave telefónica, es muy incómodo si no tenes wifi

Wygodne łóżko i duża łazienka są również atutem. Apartament jest dobrze wyciszony więc powinieneś móc się wyspać. Grzyb pod prysznicem. Lokalizacja w bardzo zaśmieconej dzielnicy miasta pełnej Imigrantów.

• Olaf (9/5): Great for couple for sightseeing the city - Great place close to old city and train station. Inside all is clean and elegant. Simple check-in and in case of any problems or questions the landlord is easily and quickly available. The room was our safe and peaceful place to recover. The neighbourhood is sketchy. Between train station and apartment you walk fast during the night and not making any eye contact with anybody. If it possible walk main streets till the street of the apartament which is small, trashy and dark. But I think this is problem in most city to stay close to train stations. Definitely not recommend place for single person who want to come back late to apartament. But only because of neighbourhood, not apartament. During the day end evening is okay.

Also the shower only runs hot water if the shower head is placed on the shower tray…. You need to be a mind reader to work that out.

• Svitlana (3/5): Not safe location close to the central train station - The room was clean. Bed is comfortable. The host was helpful It did not feel safe in the district. Travellers who travel alone in my opinion should avoid this district together with adjucent ancient city center. The breakfast isn't actually a breakfast, but rather 1 drink + 1 cake / bun / croissant in a cafe.
• Mateusz (9/5): Great accommodation for a short stay in Naples😉 - -Location close to the metro and train station, as well as distance from the center, which can be reached on foot within 15 minutes -Clean and spacious room with private sauna -Great contact with host Eva who was always available to help and tips about the city -Access to a well-equipped kitchen -Very simple online check-in and access to accommodation -Excellent Italian-style breakfast in a nearby pastry shop Overall a great place to stay in Naples. Everything is well organized and really recommendable. I will be happy to come back here during my next visit to Naples As for the accommodation itself, perhaps it would be useful to refresh the room, otherwise everything looks really good. What is not affected by the host is the neighborhood, which may look a little scary, but such is the general appearance of the whole of Naples.

• Danilo (5/5): Passable - We went to Napoli just to visit Pompei + Vesuvius and for that reason we choose to stay near Napole Centrale train station. The apt is really close to the train station, probably a 5-7 minutes walk. So in this sense the stay worked well for us. Regarding the room: it was ok with everything you need for 1 night stay. The system to open the doors is easy (if you have internet connection) - but make sure you contact the owner previous to your arrival because if anything goes wrong the region is not the best one to stay especially at night The downs to the stay are: - The region. It feels very insecure especially at night. We arrived around 11:30pm and the street of the building is very dark. So if you are arriving by yourself I would not recommend it to arrive at night. Also, make sure you have the owner`s number in case anything goes wrong with the system to open the doors. - At night the room above us was super noisy (there was music playing and apparently someone running inside the apt as the noise was super loud).. So unfortunately we didn`t have the best night of sleep.

• Jessica (5/5): I would recommend the room Itself as it was clean and well-equipped , however the location and area around the property - The actual room and living space was very looked after and clean. The only issue were that the area seemed very sketchy- particularly when arriving at night and the building itself to get to the B and B area seemed quite strange. However for a one-night stay this wasn’t a huge issue. In the plus side the host replied straight away and check-in was pretty much simple, but even so the host replied very quickly to any questions. The area and location seemed very dodgy, so we felt quite uncomfortable.

• Margareta (10/5): Exceptional - The location is close to the central station. Even though we need to do an online check-in, but the process was fast and we get the access key immediately to enter the room by ourselves. The rooms were clean and the staff was also very nice.

The lady who was there to greet us in the morning was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a simple continental spread with some lovely proper Italian cakes. The bed was comfy, room was simple and not cluttered, shower was good. The room was also surprisingly quiet at night even with the window open. Good place for an overnighter. Yes, the area around the train station is rough but you would never know from inside the building and we didn't have any problems while we were out at night. I really did not like the additional online check in process, I didn't like having to send my information through a fourth party. It gave me anxiety thinking I wouldn't be able to get in using the online door locks but actually they worked alright, it was all just totally overcomplicated.
• Eszter (6/5): Pleasant - The accommodation has been renovated within the walls, it is equipped, there is a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast with only sweet food (no savory options available) but otherwise it was delicious. The kitchen is shared, and plates and cutlery are available here during the day. The air conditioning and blinds worked well. The online check-in and the automatic door opener worked perfectly, if this makes you hesitate to book, don't. It was very convenient that we didn't have to wait for anyone, we could go inside. (Mobile internet is required, but there is no reception in the apartment, so it is worth connecting to the apartman WiFi there (password is written on the wall) and the last door can be opened this way. All in all, we can only confirm the previous comments, we booked with awareness of these shortcomings because we were looking for accommodation at a good price. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not adequate, the shower cabin was dirty, some of the walls were moldy, and the toilet tank was leaking. What I really didn't like was the neighborhood. Unfortunately, there were dangerous and scary figures walking around, on Saturday and Sunday evening hundreds of people gathered in the square next to the train station to gang up, and have a party (not in a good way, rather make a mess). The city is very littered, garbage is thrown on the street in many places

• Tara (3/5): Price is accurate for the quality. - Close to train station Jet tub leaked all over the floor. Toilet was loose. Bed was uncomfortable. Key system is virtual, no host to greet you and instructions were a bit confusing. Entry is down a dark street that was disgusting.
