• Shaikh (10/5): - Everything about this B&B was exceptional, starting with the host Fabrizio who was incredibly kind, helpful and warm to me and my family. He communicated clearly about check-in and made sure everything in the room was clean/ready. He was so friendly whenever we met and gave me so much insight into life in Italy! The location and view is like from a movie. You will not believe the view when you see it and you will want to just sit in the balcony to see Mt Vesuvius and the city buildings from sunrise to sunset!

Insbesondere die Restaurantempfehlungen und Hintergrund Informationen über Kultur und Gesellschaft waren nützlich. Man hätte ihn jederzeit telefonisch erreichen können. Am besten hat uns die Aussicht bzw. das Panorama von seinem Appartement gefallen.

Colazione con prodotti di pasticceria e caffè, più altri prodotti confezionati (ma solo il secondo giorno). Comodità di accesso ai mezzi pubblici. Nella descrizione della struttura, in prima pagina, sembra che il parcheggio privato sia compreso tra i servizi. Non è così: viene offerto uno sconto del 10% presso un'autorimessa privata a pagamento poco distante dalla struttura. Altrimenti l'auto va lasciata in strada. Solo entrando nei dettagli delle caratteristiche della struttura questo viene evidenziato. La colazione del primo giorno non è stata all'altezza: solo un caffè e dolci di pasticceria (abbondanti comunque). Prodotti da bagno solo sufficienti.

Finally, the host Fabrizio is a very nice person, informative and passionate to help and tell about Napoli. He was also super available to get some vegan option for breakfast.

• Diana (10/5): Lovely stay and we would definitely recommend to others! - The view was absolutely stunning and the host, Fabrizio, was lovely and friendly. He made us feel very welcomed, explained us a lot about the history and culture of Naples, recommended us touristic attractions. Moreover, he prepared different kind of traditional breakfast every morning and also accommodated all of our needs (clothes ironing, etc.). The location is also great because it is walking distance from the Manzoni Funicolare, a 5-min drive from Mergellina, where all restaurants, bars and vibey atmosphere are, along with the boats! We would like to come back anytime! Grazie! N/A

The owner was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us mountains of information about the city - its history and culture. Gave us tips on where to go and how to get there. Great wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for his home city of Naples, Went above and beyond on several occasions helping us with issues regarding transport and security services. The city of Naples and the area of Napoli is beautiful and well worth a visit of as long a time as you can spare. We will return to see our friends and be sure to stay at B&B Dipintodiblu' again.

There is nothing that we didn’t like about Dipintodiblu,maybe the fact that having such a wonderful view from your room made us feel lazy going out experiencing other beautiful sites in Naples and surroundings

• Maria (10/5): Quiet, peaceful, apartment with an amazing view and a very kind and helpful host! - A beautiful, clean and tidy apartment located outside the hustle and bustle of the CBD. It is situated not far from a CONAD and pasticceria. The parking garage nearby is also very handy. Our host, Fabrizio, was delightful. He made sure everything was perfect during our stay and had lots of stories to tell about Naples with suggestions for things to do and places to go in the local area. The pastries he sources for breakfast and the fresh coffee were simply delicious. On top of all of that, the view of the Bay of Naples is absolutely stunning and relaxing!! We would definitely stay again :) Nothing!
• Anthony (8/5): A great experience - The view from my room was amazing. I could stand and look at it for hours. The location, high on the hill, was removed from the craziness of downtown Napoli. The bed was comfortable, the staff was amazing, and everything was spotlessly clean. All in all the experience was quite wonderful. The location, while beautiful and peaceful, didn't have a lot happening nearby within walking distance. Pretty much everything in Naples needed to be accessed via public transit or cab. As for the room, it would have been great to have a comfortable chair in the room for relaxing, and the towels were a bit thin and due for replacement.

• Izabela (1/5): BE WARNED PEOPLE ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️ - Nothing, or perhaps you could like the view if that what you are only expecting from a place you stay. ⚠️⚠️⚠️This was not what I was expecting from a B&B!!!! This was just a room in an old tired block of flats on a 5th floor!! The owner of the alleged BB does not stay at the property so I was expected to stay in the flat on my own with my teenage niece with other strange people. He does not live near to either so youre basically left on your own hoping that the other people in the flat would be just nice and that hopefully they would not be some crazy men drinking alcohol or else. When I was booking the stay, from the description I understood this was a kind of comfortable, almost luxury stay. The reality is nothing near to. The whole flat looked messy and tired. The breakfast was supposed to happen in the open plan kitchen/living room, that works probably like an office, untidy place, full of papers. I was told that for breakfast the hosts are bringing pastries in the morning from a local shop. Is that the luxury??? And to be honest I do not believe that all the "fantastic" reviews are genuine. I have seen better places with worst reviews, here it seems almost too good to be true. My mistake I did not read all the reviews earlier. I have paid the whole £81with 10% discount before the stay as this is their policy and made my enquiry to Booking.com. I have requested full refund as I did not stay there. Booking.com acknowledge my enquiry politely but that was all. Despite few repetitive emails I have not heard that they will execute my payment back from a dishonest part advertising on their website. Booking.com does not take any responsibility neither they ensure what they sell is genuine. And that alleged BB Dipintodiblu, by the looks of it, obviously will not give me my money back. And the place is not worth the price of £89 per night! I would pay no more than £30 for a bed like this if I was desperately looking for a place on a budget.
