• Harriet (9/5): Perfect location, beautiful room right in the action of the city. - The location was fantastic, very close to a main metro station and walkable for everywhere we wanted to go. The room itself was new, clean, and very beautiful, with the old wooden ceiling a particularly charming feature. The view from the balcony was lovely. The shower was good, bathroom large and the bed comfortable with plugs on both sides. The square gets very noisey at night, you can't hear it with the door closed, but with the door or window open it is very loud!

• Suleika (10/5): Tolles Apartement in zentraler Lage - Top Lage an der Piazza Bellini, nahe zur U'Bahn - Dante. Ausserordentlich ruhig, wegen der modernen Fenster. Toller Ausblick auf die Piazza und den Vesuv. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig, grossartiges, breites Bett, komfortabel.
• Gryte (9/5): Would recommend for a short stay. - Very spacious room, beautiful authentic building, incredible view from the balcony. Perfect location for walking everywhere. Room service every day. There is a bit of noise from outside at night until around 3, so bring airplugs. It’s not as bad as it gets in other places though! There is no shared kitchen, just kettle, mini fridge and mugs in the room. No tea or coffee, or even cutlery. Also just one chair in the room, so can’t really enjoy the balcony together if you’re travelling with someone.

• Teresa (9/5): - Excellent stay – perfect location and peaceful rest We stayed in this apartment located right in the city center, and the experience was very positive. The location is excellent, situated directly on the square, with stunning views. From the apartment, you can see Mount Vesuvius right in front, which makes the stay even more special. The room is comfortable, bright, and very pleasant. The heating works perfectly, which is important at this time of year. In addition, there is a common area with a table and a sofa, ideal for sitting down to eat something or relaxing comfortably. Despite being in the very center, it is perfectly quiet at night, allowing for a good night's rest, which we especially appreciated. Overall, a highly recommended accommodation for its comfort, location, and tranquility. There are a few aspects that could be improved. The kettle in our room was not working, and there were no tea or coffee amenities available. It would be very helpful to provide basic amenities such as tea, as well as simple kitchen facilities in the common area, like plates, cutlery, and possibly a microwave, even basic ones, for guests who may want to have a meal or breakfast in the apartment. Additionally, there are no supermarkets in the immediate area, although there are some small local shops nearby. It would also be a nice touch to provide updated maps of the area, along with recommendations on where to shop, eat, and what to visit, in order to make the stay more comfortable and convenient for guests staying several nights. The bathroom could also benefit from some updating. In our room, it felt a bit outdated and lacked practical features, such as proper hooks to hang towels after showering and sufficient storage space for personal items.

• Alessandra (10/5): Piacevolissimo! - Posizione comodissima per visitare il centro storico di Napoli, andare al cinema (ad esempio, la Casa del cinema di Napoli, il Modernissimo), a teatro (ad esempio il teatro Bellini) e ad ascoltare concerti in luoghi che meritano di essere visitati (ad esempio: il Conservatorio di San Pietro a Majella, la chiesa dei Girolamini, la chiesa di Santa Maria la Nova). La vista su piazza Bellini, sul Vesuvio, su una parte della costiera e mare è fantastica e rilassante! Sforzandomi, posso pensare a due minimi suggerimenti davvero non essenziali comunque: sarebbe comoda una doppia presa vicino al comodino per collegare sia lumetto che il caricatore del cellulare e una bottiglietta d'acqua, per chi dimentica di procurarsela prima di salire in stanza.
• Gennaro Biagione (9/5): Un bel posto in cui tornare - La posizione strategica. Cordialità, disponibilità, e prontezza nel rispondere del proprietario. Bellissima vista sul Vesuvio e piazza Bellini, inoltre bellissima veduta di una porzione di mare. Unico inconveniente per noi con un passeggino, non bloccante perché siamo riusciti e torneremo a soggiornarvi, all' uscita dell'ascensore bisognerà fare ancora una rampa di scale che vi obbligare a chiudere il tutto e spostarvi diversamente.

The view from the apartment is fantastic--you can even see Vesuvius. The bed is uncomfortable. All of the furniture is cheap and low-taste. The sink and shower both have slow drains, which is not ideal when the shower is already weak and tepid.

Entry system via link ist super cool (but make sure to have mobile data otherwise you can’t enter!) It wasn’t exactly squeaky clean and walls are rather thin and the bed was (for our feeling) very hard

Comodissimo per spostamenti anche in altre parti della città, vista la fermata della metro Dante, ma anche per visitare e vivere il centro: io sono andata ad ascoltare un concerto al conservatorio (consiglio la rassegna dei concerti d’autunno, ingresso libero in un luogo affascinante e pieno di storia, purtroppo è sulla via della conclusione per quest’anno) a due minuti a piedi dal B&B. Sottolineo che ora la struttura si raggiunge con un comodo ascensore, diversamente da quanto avveniva in passato. -

• Ellen (9/5): - Stort og fint rom med flott utsikt til Vesuv over hustakene. 2 rom (egne bad) deler stor felles stue, så tenker det kan passe godt for familie eller to vennepar. Massevis av serveringssteder i umiddelbar nærhet og fint utgangspunkt for tur i gamlebyen.

• Alessandra (10/5): Piacevolissimo! - L’ambiente di gran gusto, la vista bellissima e la gentilezza del host. La posizione è bellissima, nel cuore di Napoli. Piazza Bellini dall’alto, con la sua particolare vegetazione sembra un cortile. La vicinanza al conservatorio fa respirare la cultura e la tradizione musicale napoletana, che si percepisce anche passando davanti ai negozi e botteghe di strumenti musicali presenti sulla via che da piazza Bellini scende verso “SpaccaNapoli”. Comodissima la posizione anche per la presenza della fermata della metro (Piazza Dante) raggiungibile in pochi minuti dal B&B. Nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.
• Klaus Stefan (5/5): Schöne Zimmer, aber wenig komfortabel und leider extrem laut. - Die Zimmer waren gross mit hohen Decken. Leider gibt es so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeiten: ein Zimmer für zwei Personen mit drei Kleiderbügeln und ohne Schrank bedeutet, man muss den ganzen mehrtätigen Aufenthalt aus dem Koffer (der auf dem Boden ausgeklappt werden muss) leben. Im Bad gibt es keinen Haken - man kann nicht einmal das Handtuch aufhängen. Das Zimmer liegt an einem schönen, aber extrem lauten Platz: täglich war von 16:00 Uhr bis 3:00 Uhr nachts Party mit Hunderten Jugendlichen, ab 5:30 Uhr dann lärmende Strassenreinigung. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen, war unmöglich. Oropax trotz geschlossenem Fenster wärmstens empfohlen.

• jade (8/5): - Le lit était super confortable, l'appartement est spacieux. La vue et l'emplacement. L'autonomie et la flexibilité de l'hôte. Je recommande vivement ! Personnellement rien, cependant l'ascenseur n'est pas fonctionnel pour l'instant (ce qui peut être compliqué pour certaines personnes) et le quartier est très animé. Il ne faut pas chercher le calme, Bellini est un quartier jeune et festif. Pour nous c'était parfait en revanche !

• Philip (7/5): Fast Perfekt - Die Wohnung ist eigentlich toll !! Der Blick ist atemberaubend - die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Beide Zimmer waren sehr schön und einem tollen Zustand ! Kurz gesagt - würde der Aufzug funktionieren wäre es fast eine perfekte Unterkunft - aber vielleicht eher am Herbst - wenn es nicht sooo heiß wird in der obersten Etage Leider war die Klimaanlage im ersten Zimmer überfordert - dann durften wir umziehen. Die Klima im Rest der Wohnung wurde nicht eingeschaltet- das Wohnzimmer war also immer viel zu heiß um sich dort aufzuhalten. Am schlimmsten war die Treppe - 108 Stufen waren im Sommer die Hölle - Menschen die sich nicht fit fühlen sollten auf keinen Fall buchen … oben angekommen ist man maßgeschwitzt und wirklich außer Atem

• JR (10/5): We loved our stay and we're coming back. Thank you very much! - Very center apartment, close to the Dante metro station (5 min walk). High ceilings, and panoramic view on Mt. Vesuvio. The hosts were super helpful and friendly, also the staff. For a B&B, everyone was super caring and reliable. We definitely found our favourite base in Napoli and are already planning on coming back. Also, in regard to the elevator issue written in reviews before: when we left, the elevator seemed to be almost finished, so it might be working by now. Actually, there's nothing we didn't like but noise-sensitive guests might consider the Piazza Bellini is a well-visited night life spot even during the weeks. Neapolitan bars tend to put their glass waste in bins outside so you also might have the repeated noises of breaking bottles during the night ONLY with the windows open. If you're an AC user you would close the windows anyway so you won't notice the sounds of downstair's nightlife.

• Kim (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, handy for getting to airport. Would definitely stay again. - Location looking over Bellini Square and Vesuvius in the distance was brilliant. Lovely traditional large bedroom with original features and big shower room. We didn’t meet the host but entry to building was simple and a taxi was booked for our very early trip to the airport the following morning. We knew beforehand that the lift wasn’t working but stairs up to 4th floor were tough in the heat carrying cases (even though small ones) and we are fairly fit!
• Natalie (6/5): Pleasant - Bellini View is in an excellent location, above the busy Piazza Bellini. Very close to all of the main city attractions, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the elevator is not in service due to building renovations (property advised of this pre check-in). In the summer weather it was very hard getting luggage up 8 flights of stairs so keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. Additionally the fridge and air conditioning in the room struggled to cool in the hot weather leaving the room quite warm.
