• crisdep (9/5): Posizione centralissima - B&B in posizione centralissima, letteralmente a fianco della fermata "Toledo" della linea M1. Stanza spaziosa e ben insonorizzata. Ottimo materasso. Un po' difficile trovare i gestori in struttura. La porta del box doccia non si chiudeva bene.
• Amber (7/5): Well priced central stay. - It was a lovely room for the price that we paid. It was incredibly central. Perfect location to walk from the Ferry even with big suitcases. Walkable to anywhere, including taxis just around the corner. Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was lovely to have. The host was very responsive and provided very detailed instructions to get access. The room needs a little TLC and the bathroom could do with more attention (mainly the shower). It was all on the surface clean but could really do with a deep clean and freshening up. You could hear everything when other guest got up to use the shared kitchen (we didn’t use). It was a little nosey for us. But it is our fault we didn’t quite realise what we had booked and thought we were completely separate.

• Pauline (9/5): Un logement très bien situé pour visiter Naples - J’ai aimé son emplacement, proche de tous les quartiers à visiter, et, si besoin, le métro est juste en bas. À 10 minutes à pied de l’embarcadère pour le ferry. Les hôtes sont très bienveillants et de bons conseils. Je recommande cet établissement.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Loved the quaint B&B located in the lively heart of the Spanish Quarter. Would love to visit again. - Loved the lively location near shops, businesses and cafes in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. Scenes from the balcony were awesome and wish we could have spent more time there. It was difficult to locate, however, manager kindly stayed on the phone with us until we found it. It was a "business style" building adjacent to a clothing store. Then we couldn't find the cute little elevator and realized it was accessible by climbing one floor up. Lighting in bathroom was low, thus, we used our cell phones for more light.

L’accueil et le déjeuner chaleureux de notre hôte. La chambre est jolie, bien décorée, la salle de bain est neuve et tout est propre. Rien du tout.. bien que le secteur soit bruyant evidemment.

• Fabricia (8/5): Estadia com bom custo/benefício, principalmente para quem prioriza localização. Voltaria a hospedar-me aqui. - 1- localização perfeita - em frente ao metrô e ao lado de muitas lojas, restaurantes e cafés; região bastante movimentada mesmo à noite. 2- simpatia e disponibilidade do dono (Sérgio) e do Alberto; 3- camas e travesseiros confortáveis. 1- o chuveiro precisa de limpeza: saídas entupidas resultando em uma saída de água fraca e irregular; 2- a troca das toalhas só acontece a cada 4 dias. Como era outono e a temperatura não estava muito alta, à noite, qd íamos tomar o segundo banho, as toalhas ainda estavam um pouco úmidas. 3- a entrada não é muito simples. Por ser um prédio comercial, existe um portão externo, com código, para acesso ao prédio, uma porta interna, tb com código, para acesso ao “hotel” em si e, finalmente, a porta de acesso ao quarto. A recepção não é 24h. Cheguei à noite. Como eu havia avisado ao Sérgio, ele me passou todas as informações via WhatsApp- um vídeo muito bem explicado, por sinal, com todos os códigos e informações. Não achei que teria problemas. Porém, já no primeiro código, deu erro, mesmo após várias tentativas. Nossa sorte é que o Alberto estava de saída e, ao ver a gente, retornou para ajudar na entrada. Ele foi extremamente solícito e simpático. Mas confesso que não sei como seria se tivéssemos chegado um pouco depois da saída dele. Provavelmente, Sérgio viria nos socorrer- acredito. Mas a espera, depois de muitas e muitas horas de viagem, seria ruim, com certeza. No final, recebemos três chaves: uma para cada portão/porta.

• gabriele (9/5): nel suo piccolo... - B&b situato in un contesto condominiale, accogliente e originale nella sua semplicità; non manca proprio nulla. La posizione è strategica, perfetta per visitare la città. Camera piccolina con arredi essenziali, ma tutto molto funzionale. Apprezzabile il balcone con vista sulla via Toledo, largo Berlinguer. Trattandosi di un secondo piano alto, anche i rumori della zona non creano particolari problemi. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Ideale per un breve soggiorno a Napoli. Il palazzo è datato e necessiterebbe di una sistemata generale alle parti comuni, in particolare androne e scale.

Located right at the Via Toledo train station and steps from Via Toledo, this location is a premium place to stay. Sergio and his team were exceptional. Thank you for accommodating us. All of these components made me extend my time in Napoli.
• Bognár (9/5): Superb - Alberto was very friendly and he hallped in everything for us. It was a pleasure to be there. Everything we could imagine in a place like this, we got. At the main street there is a nightlife. So be prepared if you dont like noise at all, maybe its not the best solution. But its not too bad. We still enjoyed everything.

• Istvan (10/5): Great B&B in a great location - The communication with Sergio was great. Excellent location in the city center: you can walk to everywhere, but Toledo station (metro line L1) is just in front of the building's gate. Also the shuttle bus stop to the airport (Alibus - Molo Beverello) is only 12 minutes by walk. The room had everything we needed. Please note that you are in Italy, so do not expect an intercontinental breakfast! There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. n/a

• Rosa (1/5): just I like the location - the location The owner, Sergio, was very rude and yelled at me when I checked out. On my check-in, Alberto was a very nice guy. I told him that I am planning to spend only one night, even though I had already paid for two nights. Alberto told me it was no problem; I just needed to pay the city tax in cash for one night for two people, and he left a piece of paper in my room with the amount that I needed to pay. Then, when I checked out, it was Sergio, the owner, and I gave him the piece of paper that Alberto left in my room, and I was ready to pay. But Sergio, the owner, threw the paper and was very upset and yelled told me that I need to be paid for two nights. After I explained, he received the amount that Alberto said. But I had a very bad time.

• Samantha (10/5): Fabulous - really recommend - Loved the balcony & the location & having a fridge in the room with a very reasonable mini bar - also lots of extras like coffee & yoghurt etc in the communal area. The guys were very helpful & gave great tips, but not obtrusive- So glad we chose this B&B. The location is fantastic - 15 mins walk to the harbour- easy walking to old town & Chiaia- right next to Spanish quarter & next to Toledo Metro - lots of restaurants & bars & shops & gelato & coffee- also AC was quiet & effective Loved the property - if anything, you hear some street noise , but nothing that disturbed our sleep (bed was dead comfy)

• Dave (10/5): Exceptional - Great location near Spanish Quarter and right at metro station. Complimentary breaky was good enough for us and available anytime which was good as we had a couple of early starts. Room was comfortable and overlooked the square. One night was noisy in the street because Naples was playing Parma (soccer) and it was shown in a nearby square. It was a special game as Naples only needs one more win for the championship. The shutters kept out most of the noise so we slept fine anyway.
