• Gudrun (10/5): Super! - Super Frühstück, regionale Produkte !!!!! Von der Unterkunft war man fußläufig schnell in der Stadt, ca. 20 Min.. Vom Bahnhof kann man mit der Salzburg Card das gesamte Salzburger Land bereisen ( mit Bus und Bahn) . Immer wieder 👍 Nichts zu bemängeln 😊

• Theo (10/5): Top Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet, sehr zu empfehlen! - Gemietetes Appartement-Zimmer mit Küchenecke war top für unsere dreiköpfige Familie! Sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Von der Veranda schöner Ausblick auf Salzburg und Umgebung. Ein highlight war jeweils das grosszügige und reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet im Essraum, welches wir jeden Morgen sehr genossen haben. So macht brunchen vor dem Stadtbummel in Salzburg Spass! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und kümmert sich mit viel Engagement um die Gäste und die Pension. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder! Falls einem am Abend die Lust auf ein Dessert packt, ist der Apfelstrudel mit Rahm im Campingrestaurant nebenan auch zu empfehlen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
• renemat (8/5): Nice place to stay, but with some shortcomings. - The good bathroom and breakfast. And the free public transport pass was fantastic. Salzburg is a great place to stay and explore. The landlady was very nice and price/quality rate of the apartment was OK, I guess. The kitchen was rather basic and not very well suited for home cooking. And reaching the house by public transport was rather difficult. We had to carry our suitcases by foot over a poorly paved, steep path. We were exhausted upon arrival.

• Enache (10/5): Awesome staying - I loved the housing while visiting Salzburg. I felt like Heidi from the story of Johanna Spyri, one of my favorite childhood books. Frau Michaela and her mom are very welcoming, very friendly and polite. The breakfast was AWESOME and always fresh. I will surely come back to this place again. It took me a bit to get to the house, but I got it. First, from the Central station you can get a ticket for 24 hours for all bus lines. Out of the Central Station, you look for bus 3 that has Salzburg Nord as the destination written on the screen on the windshield. You hopp off at Zweigstraße stop.

• Martin (10/5): Super výlet - Ubytovanie bolo úplne dokonalé. Veľká priestranná izba s nádherným výhľadom nás okamžite očarila. Pani domáca bola veľmi nápomocná, ochotná a nesmierne príjemná, za čo jej ešte raz veľmi pekne ďakujeme a zo srdca ju srdečne pozdravujeme. Poloha ubytovania je skvelá – len pár minút pešo od trolejbusovej zastávky, odkiaľ sa človek dostane za pár minút priamo do centra Salzburgu. Raňajky boli úplne úžasné a naozaj super. Keby sme ešte raz išli do Salzburgu, ubytovali by sme sa už jedine tu.

• John (10/5): Very friendly, accommodating and traditional family run Austrian hotel. - It is a traditional family run hotel with the friendliest and most helpful and accommodating owners I have ever met. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is in a wonderful location, it is in the countryside to the North of Salzburg yet it is close to the city. The weather was beautiful during my stay so I opted to walk into Salzburg which took me about 50 minutes each time (there are also good public transport links into town if you require them). It’s a pleasant walk initially alongside a stream and then the river Salzach. I am very much into traditional family run hotels and I would highly recommend this one. Overall, it was great value, very clean, good parking and the breakfast was excellent too…

Obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste in dieser Nacht waren, wurde ein vollständiges Frühstückbuffet für uns vorbereitet.

Excellent service. An amazing breakfast too.. and free parking facilities. Toiletries if provided, would have been good. But we had it with us luckily.

• Sandrine (10/5): Très bonne halte pour découvrir la magnifique ville de Salzbourg - Très bon accueil de Michaela, dans une belle maison typique et très bien entretenue. Chambre confortable, propre et bien aménagée, il faut juste faire attention au plafond qui est très bas au niveau du lit, car en sous pente ! Petit déjeuner extraordinaire, tout y est proposé, salé comme sucré, et très joliment présenté. Place de parking très appréciable. Endroit situé à une quinzaine de minutes à Vélo de Salzbourg, idéal pour s'y rendre à vélo car le stationnement semble très compliqué dans cette magnifique ville. Peut être le bruit de l'autoroute qui n'est pas loin, mais pas forcément gênant !

(10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in uno dei due appartamenti disponibili nella struttura, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare posto alle porte del Natale e goderci la magica atmosfera del posto e della città. La struttura è bellissima, ben tenuta, immersa nel verde, facilmente raggiungibile in auto e comoda per il centro tramite i mezzi. L'host è sempre stata disponibile, presente, cordiale, è stato un piacere stare in sua compagnia. Non abbiamo trovato alcun difetto in questo soggiorno, l'appartamento è delizioso, confortevole, pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario per la vita in famiglia. La colazione ci ha stupiti, buonissima, abbondante e con tanta varietà sia dolce che salata. Siamo stati davvero benissimo!!!

• Tom (9/5): - Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, ÖPNV nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, so dass man entspannt mit dem Bus alle 10min ins Zentrum fahren kann. Das Auto kann man getrost auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Haus stehen lassen. Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Der OT Itzling liegt im Norden Salzburgs unweit der Autobahn. Obwohl die Zimmer nach Süden mit Blick auf Salzburg ausgerichtet sind, hört man doch die Fahrgeräusche bei offenen Fenstern, war im Winter aber kein Problem.
• Polina (10/5): - всё было замечательно! сначала я переживала, что объект может быть далековат от центра города, но мне было супер-комфортно (я не на машине, впрочем, и использовать автобус до объекта у меня не было нужды). домик очень уютный, ощущение, будто приехал в гости к родственникам 😌 хозяйка замечательная, вежливая и супер-гостеприимная! она сама утром предлагала мне кофе и я шла его пить с сигареткой с видом, который полностью соответствует фото 🥰 всем, кто планирует поездку в Зальцбург, я бы рекомендовала этот объект + он расположен близко к жд вокзалу, удобно добираться всё отлично, но в номере не хватало маленького холодильника. понимаю, что у меня был простой номер по выгодному тарифу, не подразумевающий кухню, но всё было так хорошо, что это единственный минус, который пришел мне на ум 😅

Felt like home away from home. The shower door doesn’t completely seal so water would leak from the edge. Towels would be damp still the next day.

She sent us through a travel pass, so we could use any public transport during our stay which was fantastic. The breakfasts were great too! The showers were a little small, especially for my 6’3” husband!

She helped us with free transportation that was offered for tourists that we weren't aware of and helped us with several questions regarding transportation, the city center, and some of the surrounding towns. She was friendly and communicated expectations well regarding our late check-in. She made us feel at ease in a new place. The view overlooking Salzburg was great and our room was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our family and friends. The location is a little bit further of a hike from the nearest bus stop than I envisioned, but not terrible and I wouldn't trade it for the view of Salzburg.
• Frances (9/5): A lovely stay on the outskirts of Salzburg centre - The owner was very accommodating - sent us the free travel pass before we arrived, showed us around upon arrival, very kind at breakfast and recommended that we visit St Gilgen on the bus. The apartment's terrace was a nice quiet spot after a day in the city. Only a 5-10 min walk down to the bus stop with buses running all day into the centre; really easy to get around!

Although a little out of the town, this wasn't a problem as the bus service is very good. The view from our balcony, overlooking the town, was great. The nearby small cafe/restaurant is also worth trying. Some noise from the road nearby.

• Martina (9/5): Das Hotel hat unsere erwartung übertroffen und wir werden sicherlich wieder dort buchen. - Die Lage ist toll, da etwas ausßerhalb mit einem phänomenalen Blick auf Salzburg, die Umgebung sehr ruhig und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist schnell zu erreichen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und man kann sich in dem netten kleinen, sehr persönlich geführten Hotel sehr wohlfühlen. für große Menschen ist das Zimmer mit Dachschränke etwas ungeschickt.
