• Aleks (8/5): - - Good location and value for money. - Each room had a lock and key. - An issue it appears at all Greek accommodation, the kitchen sink had only cold water. Really uncomfortable/ borderline painful to wash anything. - No option to leave bags for a few hours after checkout. - Warm water in bathrooms depleted quickly. If you want to shower, you'd have to be really quick. (It was only us and 1 other room with a couple guests, if all 4 rooms are filled, I'd imagine the water issue would be even worse.) - Walls are a bit on the thin side so you could hear the neighboring apartment quite easily. - The scent of weed wafted into our room from somewhere several of the nights we stayed.

A few rooms shared a secure & private area with dining table, and the shared bathroom was never a problem. It is a very handy location for food and accessing the metro. Our room faced the street so was a bit noisy at night.
• Viktor (8/5): Good value for 1-2 days. - Good location, host was really kind and helped me when i needed. Shops, restaurants, caffee shops,etc. all in a few mins. walking distance. Rooms are very clean, bed was a bit too soft for me, but that's a personal preference. Neightbours was a bit too loud for me. The inside rooms looking to the backyard i guess are quieter.

• yuu (10/5): - 古い建物ですが、宿の中は綺麗でした！ 掃除をきちんとしてます！キッチンや共同シャワー・トイレも綺麗で快適でした。共有の冷蔵庫や共有の棚は各部屋ごとに、仕切られてて食べ物や飲み物の管理がしやすく良かったです。徒歩1分ぐらいのとこにスーパーあるので自炊できるので有り難かったです！
• CHANCHINSKI (9/5): מקום מקסים, מומלץ - מקום יפה ונעים, היינו שם לבד (כל החדרים האחרים היו פנויים) אז זה היה כמו דירה משל עצמנו. יש אופציה לבשל והמקום מקסים רחוק מהמרכז ומתחבורה ציבורית, כשרצינו להאריך את השהות לא מצאנו את הבעלים עד הרגע האחרון.

Lokalizacja 15 minut od stacji metra, ale bardzo blisko wielu atrakcyjnych lokali gastronomicznych. Jeśli muszę znaleźć jakąś wadę, to zawsze mogłoby być bliżej centrum lub stacji metra.

• Kerryn (6/5): A pleasant little room, but not a nice neighbourhood really, and overall 35-40 mins to get into town - The room was very cute, with lovely little balcony off the room. Although the balcony is not private from people opposite. The bed was not comfortable - very hard and very squeaky. The kitchen was good with good cooking facilities. Shower was lovely. The man who greeted me and lives upstairs is extremely friendly. Overall the room is good value for the price, but the location is not great. Location. Took the green line from blue line which was a very old train, crowded, and at times did it feel safe. It is not a nice neighbourhood walk from green line station to the accommodation. Overall, the price is good for people who do not mind a long trip into town to the main attractions.

• Kevin (8/5): Very good - Quiet room when window-blind closed as noisy square outside at night. Quietness also helped that other rooms not fully occupied and this meant kitchen often had to ourselves. Convenient location. Potientially noisy when other guests arrive at night.

Many young people stay here and sometimes noisy when returning from night out. Very good and cheap accommodation so suits them well. As we are older we found it a bit noisy at times. Highly recommend it for young people wanting to experience Athens.

There is a kitchen with everything you need for cooking, which will significantly save money. The staff is friendly and responsible. Truly clean and well-kept apartment. We were late from the plane and arrived later than 11 o'clock in the evening, but the man waited for us at his own time. He met us at the entrance and accommodated us, for which we are incredibly grateful. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Everything was totally clean, the ac worked well, you can even do your laundry if you want. We found lots of cafés in the neighbourhood. Thank you for the stay, ! • Isaac (7/5): Lovely stay - The bedroom and bathroom were both nice and clean. Isabella the host was kind and very responsive and she was there to help with anything. Bathroom and kitchen both cleaned daily. The kitchen did not have all the facilities it needed a toaster in it but apart from that it was good. The aircon was slow at points but worked well otherwise.

There was a small balcony. The staff was really nice. Our flight got a bit delayed and they were very accommodating. Metro was close by and was easy to find but we ended walking most places actually so that was a plus. All good.

Nice host who was patient to wait for us to check in after flight delay twice and our wrongly counted transfer time from the airport (at least for us it took a long time to leave the airport even with cabin luggage). Closest metro station when arriving from/to airport to Petaluda House 1 is Viktoria is which is ~1 km away, so considering bad condition of pavement in Athens, it is a bit far to walk with the luggage. Our trip from landing to Petaluda House 1 door took around 1,5 hours by metro.

• Andrei (9/5): Good value for money. - Very nice apartment next to metro station or busses. The rooms are part of the same flat but you can lock the room. You have two shared bathrooms and a nice well equipped kitchen. For us it was a very nice experience. The neighborhood is a bit not pleasant, dirty and not in the best side of Athens but at least we haven't seen people with drugs or something similar as we read about other areas like Omonia.
• Lucía (8/5): Good :) - Everything was good. The bathroom, room and kitchen were clean. It was close to supermarkets, stores, restaurants and the bus stop that takes you everywhere, but the center is not very pretty. Either way relation quality-price is very good, better than most hostels. You have privacy in the room and a pretty balcony. The only suggestion would be for the hostess to be more present, if we wanted more towels or easy stuff like that we had to right an email.

• Rithika (9/5): Safe space close to archaeological museum - Meticulously crafted the inside of petulada house was nothing like the street it is on. You can tell that the owners intend for it's occupants max comfort. Very spacious rooms, bathrooms and pleasing decor with a functional kitchen the place is great for affordable accommodation in Athens. The walk from attiki station was a bit scary for us with lots of rowdy, drunk people around. The neighborhood is a bit rough but nothing negative happened to us.

Location (10 minutes by walk to metro station and from there 3-5 minutes to the centre), Value for money (Great value for someone, who intends to use the room as a bedroom rather than luxury stay). Comfort (Bed, Sofa Seats, Small table ... all basic equipment for your relaxation are in the room) Facilities (4 rooms share 2 bathrooms, so there is never a problem to get into the toilet / bathroom) Cleanliness (Private Host is taking care of cleanliness herself ... only towels are cleaned by other Company, everything was taken care of in proper manner) Staff (Very polite and informative, if you need anything you can always call or ask personally, since the Private Host lives very near to the location). Nothing.

The location - the area is full of restaurants & supermarkets & it feels very authentic & a nice bit away from the usual tourist traps & hotels. We walked around late at night & felt very safe too. We absolutely loved our huge room & balcony view & the kitchen & bathrooms are exceptionally clean. We couldn't ask for more for the price, it was so cheap compared to other places in Athens it's practically free!! Some other reviewer's seem way too fussy for what they paid for. 10/10 from us 😊. N/A what's not to like!!

• Lscottwilso1 (8/5): Nice place in a quieter part of town. - Location was a short walk from Victoria Square where there were lots of restaurants and also the metro connections. The walk to the city center was also very easy if you don't mind walking 30+ minutes. Didn't use the kitchen but the bathrooms and rooms were very clean.
