• Luis Daniel (10/5): Mi mejor estadia en italia - Me impresiono la atencion del host un señor muy amable y servicial en todo momento, desde antes de tu llegada, durante tu estadia y despues de tu estadia estuvo sirviendonos, nos ofrecia todo en todo momento, y maneja un desayuno muy completo, rico y limpio, de verdad volveria a quedarme con el ademas de que la ubicacion esta perfecta, por la terminal y pasan autobuses cerca que puedes usar para ir a turistear, ni hablar del cuarto super grande y limpio por el precio que es. El lugar es una puerta grande de madera con una placa dorada con el nombre del lugar, no habiamos encontrado el lugar pero el señor salio al balcon a gritar mi nombre para avisar que es ahi con el. No tengo malos comentarios

• david (10/5): Excellent value as a Bed and Breakfast - The location is most convenient, being close to the train station and easy walking distance to the major attractions. The facilities were quiet, clean and well kept, beds were comfortable bath room shiny. What set out stay apart was the proprietor/host who was more than just very nice. He was most attentive and continually went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was basic. Options could be expanded, but over all it was quite adequate.

Soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità di Andrea ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile!! Sicuramente passando da Firenze torneremo a trovarlo. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

• Uxia (9/5): Estancia encantadora cerca de la estacion de tren - Andrea es muy agradable y siempre dispuesto a echarte una mano. Todos los días nos pregunto si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. El alojamiento es muy amplio y cómodo, estaba limpio y me sentí como en casa, con sitio de sobra para dejar el equipaje y todas mis cosas. El alojamiento está situado a 5 mins caminando de la estacion de tren, en una calle llena de alojamientos y hoteles. El desayuno era quizás lo peor pero aun así suficiente para un buen desayuno.

• Elena (9/5): Comoda posizione per visitare la città - Comodità top. Accoglienza top. Disponibilità top Di notte io ho sentito i rumori dei tram che passavano. Mia mamma non li ha sentiti.

Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I letti sono comodi ed è tutto molto pulito. Il padrone di casa, il sig. Andrea, è una persona gentilissima ed estremamente disponibile e ha un'attenzione al cliente davvero notevole. Solo per fare un esempio, io sono celiaca e mi ha fatto trovare a colazione una torta di mele e il tiramisù fatto in casa, tutto fresco e buonissimo!!!! I celiaci sanno che questo non è scontato. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Centar grada 5 minuta.S obzirom da nismo unajmili renta car uglavnom smo išli autobusom . Apartman je uz glavnu prometnu ulicu pa je bilo bučno od automobila.

Posizione eccezionale a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e da Santa Maria Novella Ad essere proprio puntuali, la colazione ha dei margini di miglioramento ma è cmq soddisfacente

• Betty_Victor (10/5): Il Dromedario, host e struttura fantastica - Il pernottamento a Il Dromedario, è stato davvero ottimo, abbiamo trovato una fantastica accoglienza e disponibilità. Struttura pulita, stanza grande e comoda, con anche un piccolo tavolino con sedie e, un frigo bar a disposizione per tenere in fresco l'acqua (il proprietario aveva già provveduto a farci trovare delle bottigliette in frigo, molto gradito). Bagno adeguato e doccia grande, con anche il doccino (che apprezzo sempre molto), presente carta igienica, sapone mani e bagno-doccia. Letto comodo, presenza di trapunta supplementare e doppi cuscini in caso di necessità. La camera dava sulla strada, ma le finestre attutivano molto il rumore esterno e, di notte, il traffico è molto esiguo. Colazione buona e fresca con brioche, dolci, frutta, pane a fette, affettato, fette biscottate, burro e marmellatine. Succo di frutta, acqua e bevande calde in quantità. Host molto presente e attento che tutti siamo soddisfatti. Struttura vicina alla stazione di S. Maria Novella, molto comoda per chi viaggia in treno; in 10/15 min. si arriva in centro. Nella zona molti locali, anche da asporto per pranzi e cene. L'host è stato molto disponibile sia al check-in permettendoci di avere prima la camera (avevamo chiesto di poter lasciare i bagagli in struttura all'arrivo e ci era stato concesso. Visto che la camera era pronta abbiamo potuto usufruirne subito). Anche al ceck-out c'era la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per ritirarli più tardi. Di sicuro terremo assolutamente presente per futuri pernottamenti a Firenze. Non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto, lascerei però un suggerimento inerente ai cuscini: erano tutti molto molto bassi, magari implementare con un secondo cuscino più alto per permettere la scelta più comoda per il cliente, potrebbe essere cosa gradita. Ma ripeto, è solo un suggerimento e un'opinione personale, perché ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e coccolati.
• Stephen (1/5): We want our money back as it was completely misrepresented - We arrived to no signage and had trouble locating the property. The place is rundown and dirty. The bathroom is dark and dingy with an overpowering chemical smell. The owner was aggressive and rude when we said it did not match the description. We refused to stay here nothing was likeable. We had to cancel and you refused to reimburse us for the 160 euros charged. Your response was very disappointing and frankly unprofessional. This place was disgusting and very unsafe. The building was grimy and the kitchen and dining facilities were minimal and disgusting.

Odaya gelecek olursak harikaydı. Kahvaltı yapılan yere yakın ilk odada konakladık. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Eşim mimar odaya bayıldı. Otantik, geniş ve temiz. Floransa'daki kesin tercihim.
