• Luisa (9/5): Firenze nel cuore - Posizione comodissima, fuori dalla ressa ma a due passi dal centro. Servito coi mezzi. Gli host gentilissimi, la camera grandissima con spazio cucina. Comodissima. Direi niente. Gli infissi non sono il Top, ma funzionano
• Jacqueline (9/5): A wonderful place to stay in Florence - We loved the location of the property- there were lots of places to eat near by and it was only a short walk into the centre. The owner was wonderful and took the time to share information about local places to eat and how to get to the main area. The room was spacious and really clean.
• Anja (4/5): - I liked the location. The room was pretty bare, the WiFi didn't work and it smelled of the sewer in the mornings. The bathroom was not very nice and the bed was uncomfortable. The person at the reception was late and then he wasn't even that friendly. Considering how expensive it was it didn't live up to my expectations.
• Lori (8/5): This stay has a convenient location. - Claudio was a superb host. He took time to show us where to go and where to eat. We loved the location, right across from Boboli Gardens. We enjoyed having a small kitchen to prepare meals. There was mold in shower. We had some issues with the bedding.

Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny, opowiedział, co warto zobaczyć i gdzie można smacznie zjeść. Jedyny minus taki, że akurat nasz pokój był od ulicy i wcześnie rano budziły nas hałasy, ale to jedyny taki pokój, więc proście przy rezerwacji o inne 😊

• Julianna (8/5): Great Stay in Oltrarno - We were warmly welcomed by Michel, who explained everything about the building and the room, and also shared some great tips on where to go and eat, we followed several of them and loved every single one. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The building is in a lovely, cultural area of Florence, with plenty to explore nearby. One small suggestion would be to add a thicker curtain to the bathroom window, as it faces the balcony of the neighbouring room. We really enjoyed our stay, GRAZIE MILLE! N/A

• Maria Magdalena (8/5): Nicely located lodging with helpful hosts. - Located a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio but still very quiet. The room was rather small, but had a table and chairs and an en suite bathroom. Simone who greeted us when we arrived suggested a walk to the Sant ‘Ambrogio market and back via Michelangelo Piazza which was wonderful. We found great places to eat near the market and the view of Florence from the piazza was magnificent. We asked for a kettle and mugs and these were immediately provided. The pillows were too soft for my liking, but I add a cushion and they were acceptable. Very little to dislike, pleasant stay.

• Liudmila (9/5): - I really loved the host's attitude towards tourists. Upon arrival Michel presented me a detailed instruction on what to explore in Florence, from museums to shops and restaurants and I basically managed to plan my route in the city thanks to his guidance. He was also in touch throughout my stay in the apartment. The apartment is very cosy and feels like home, it's even possible to cook there. The location is perfect, only 3 min from Palazzo Pitti! I stayed there in February and the apartment was well heated. The building is a bit worn out. When I arrived the hall was not lit so it was a bit scary on the stairs. A visitor has to use a lot of keys which don't open the doors quickly so I had to put efforts into leaving the room and the apartment every time.
• Lauren (6/5): It was really good except for the lack of wifi. - I really enjoyed the location of this property. Super walkable with great restaurants nearby. I also thought that the owner was super friendly and had great recommendations. He was also super responsive. The wifi didn’t work for the whole time. It would only work for an hour a day or so and sometimes not at all. This was very frustrating because in the building we also couldn’t get service. If I needed to text anyone including to text the owner that the wifi wasn’t working I would have to step out of the property.

Il bagno esterno alla camera, pur essendo privato, è molto scomodo, in quanto, per andarci, bisogna attraversare un piccolo corridoio su cui affaccia la porta d’ingresso di un’altra camera. • Adrian (10/5): stay for two - Friendly staff who care about ensuring we have a pleasant time in Florence. From the very beginning, they showed us all the most interesting attractions. The room was clean and had a private bathroom equipped with toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The Ponte Vecchio is about a 10-minute walk away, and from the bridge, it's close to other attractions. The Boboli Gardens are very close, but unfortunately, the time of year we were there wasn't the best for sightseeing. There are several restaurants and cafes along the way to the bridge, ideal for grabbing a coffee. I think if we ever visit Florence again, we'll stay here again. The sting is at its peak, but I really couldn't find anything to complain about. It's hard to find something I didn't like

At the first night of our stay there was a drunk man and while coming back from toilet tried to open our room’s door by mistake and it made us scared in the middle of the night for several times. And doors were not looking that safe. We thought even if he tried hard, he could break the door easily. Just a normal inside door but not like a hotel room number.

El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, cama cómoda y habitación luminosa. El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, fácil llegar a todas partes. Desgraciadamente no está nada insonorizado, se escucha todo del pasillo, de la escalera, del piso de arriba, de la calle, etc. así que las dos primeras noches no pude dormir muchas horas seguidas por los ruidos.
• Valentina (8/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip - Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen und man konnte sich wohl fühlen. Wir wurden direkt super herzlich empfangen und man hat uns Geheimtipps für Florenz mitgegeben. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht. Klimaanlage, Fernseher etc. Gleich an der Unterkunft nebenan, befanden sich zahlreiche Café, Bars und Restaurants, die preislich in Ordnung waren. Die Unterkunft befand sich etwas außerhalb, trotzdessen, ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum. Die Dusche wäre langsam Sanierungsbedürftig & das Zimmer war extrem klein. Auch das Bett war nicht gerade groß für zwei Leute. Es ist relativ laut gewesen, da man Nachbarn beziehungsweise die Leute an der Straße gehört hat.

L'odore che c'era aprendo la finestra del bagno che dava in uno spazio semichiuso non era gradevole.. La porta del bagno non aveva la chiave per chiuderla da fuori (dato che il bagno non è dentro in camera ma subito fuori)

C'é stato anche un problema col wifi , certo non dipendeva dall'host ,ma se una persona ha necessitá deve sapere che senza il wifi é completamente isolato , il cellulare non prende

La posizione della struttura è ottimale, tutte le attrazioni più importanti della città sono raggiungibili a piedi. La zona è meno affollata del centro storico e ricca di ristoranti ottimi non turistici. Il titolare che ci ha accolti è stato gentilissimo: ci ha dato un sacco di ottimi consigli.

• Béatrice (8/5): Un logement très propre et très bien situé - L'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, qui nous ont reçus en nous donnant plein de conseils et de bonnes adresses. L'appartement est moderne, très propre, agréable, dans un immeuble typique de Florence et dans un quartier animé, proche du Palazzo Pitti et du Ponte Vecchio. La kitchenette est bien équipée, mais manque un peu d'ustensiles de base (couteau de cuisine, bols,...).

The apartment was clean and the location was very convenient, in the part of the city, where most of the local restaurants and cafes are located. Also, it was not far away from the main attractions. • Nikolai (2/5): Despite the host’s kindness and the good location, the living conditions were unacceptable. It really felt like we were - The host was very polite, kind, and helpful. He gave us good tips about the city and was always responsive. The location was also very convenient — close to the main attractions and easy to get around. Unfortunately, the room itself was a huge disappointment. It was located behind the reception desk — basically in the back area of the reception — while all other guest rooms were on upper floors. It honestly felt like we were staying in the staff quarters. No facilities also, no kettle, no water to drink. Just a room with a bed and table with chairs. The room was advertised as having a private bathroom, but in reality, the toilet and shower were in a shared corridor used by other people (apparently staff). We often ran into people coming from the shower — sometimes half-dressed — and once someone even used our “private” bathroom. There was no soundproofing at all. We could hear every noise from reception, people walking, using the toilet, and someone playing the piano upstairs for hours every evening. The bed also creaked so loudly that it woke me up several times during the night. The worst part — one morning we got locked inside the hotel because the door between the reception and our room was closed. We had to wait nearly 40 minutes for the host to come and unlock it, which made us miss breakfast and arrive late to the museum.

• Yekaterina (9/5): Уютно, приветливо, удобно)) - Уютный комфортный номер, чистый. Уборка и смена белья была через 2 ночи (всего останавливались на 4 ночи). Приветливый персонал - встретили, всё рассказали, посоветовали хорошие места и кафе, отвечали в ватсапе на все вопросы. Апартаменты удобно расположены - можно быстро прогуляться до центра и основных достопримечательностей. Буквально через улицу находятся сады Боболи, очень советую там погулять. В 2 мин от номера есть автобусная остановка, можно за 25-30 мин доехать до вокзала. Также рядом есть супермаркет. В районе много приятных кафе, пекарен, пиццерий, баров, где можно перекусить или уютно посидеть. Мини-кухня предназначена больше для разогрева еды или легкой закуски, но не для готовки. Но это было понятно и по фото, просто нужно заранее учитывать. Было бы супер добавить пару кухонных ножей - хотя бы для резки сыра (есть столовые ножи, но ими ничего не разрежешь). Ночью иногда бывает шумновато, так как улица под окном проезжая (но беруши решают вопрос).

Brak czajnika i kubków, ale jest to w informacji. Brak zasięgu, ale jest dobre łącze wifi. Silikon w kabinie prysznicowej wymaga wymiany.

• Alba (10/5): TRANQUILIDAD, COMODIDAD Y BUENA RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO. - El alojamiento es amplio, la habitación es grande y confortable, realmente se está muy agusto. Tiene tanto calefacción como aire acondicionado, televisión, y alguna habitación están orientadas hasta un patio de luces, así que te evitas escuchar el ruido de la calle. Y secador de pelo, todo un acierto!! La única pega que podría poner sería que el baño no se encuentra dentro de la habitación.

El baño era muy pequeño y sin lugar para colgar toallones, ni apoyar nada. El receptáculo de la ducha muy pequeño y tampoco había lugar para poner el jabón o el shampoo.
