• Dan (10/5): Great Location and Value centered perfectly in the historic district - For two quick nights to finish our dream trip to Italy, it was wonderful discovery in the middle of the historic district. Very welcoming and accommodating, and rank it as a very good value. Marco was energetic, very resonsive and helpful via WhatsApp, and communicated well. The cleaning staff was equally joyful and kind. Our "economy room" included a very unique ancient spiral staircase to the room, which we easily navigated but not for some. and the room, coffee area, and closet were plenty large for our stay. Will certainly come back!

• Tessa (9/5): Fantastisch - Het verblijf heeft echt onze verwachtingen overtroffen!!! Allereerst het personeel, wat echt ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam is. Alle vragen die we hadden namen ze de tijd voor en hebben ze beantwoord, hele goede tips voor restaurants en winkelstraten gekregen! De B&B ligt ook middenin het centrum, echt op een steenworp afstand van de Dom en andere bezienswaardigheden. De kamer was erg schoon en netjes, ook nog wel redelijk ruim. De badkamer was iets kleiner, maar dat is helemaal niet erg. Voor wat je betaald krijg je echt uitstekende service en een fantastische verblijfplaats. Ik zou deze plek zeker aanraden aan andere reizigers!

• Sabine (8/5): - Toplocatie op wandelsafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de gastvrouw die dagelijks aanwezig is en die goede uitleg geeft over wat je allemaal kan doen. Check in was veel sneller dan voorzien dus konden we meteen op pad. De kamer is zeer ruim en de bedden zijn goed. Er zijn voldoende handdoeken en er ligt ook voor ieder een badjas klaar. Kleine opmerkingen zijn de douche die maar een kleine waterstraal geeft en de wc bril die niet goed is gemonteerd. Verder moet je rekening houden met wat nachtlawaai omdat je midden in de stad zit, maar dat is op eender welke plek in de stad. De B&B ligt kort bij de Duomo en dan heb je wel wat passage.

Que no tiene ascensor y está en un segundo piso . Sólo hay 1 tramo de 4 escaleras con ascensor , me parece engañoso que diga que sí lo tiene , fue lo único negativo .

• Ferron (10/5): Excelente experiencia y ubicación. - La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Está a sólo 3 minutos caminando de la catedral de Florencia y a 5-10 minutos caminando de la terminal de trenes. Cinthya fue muy amable y nos explicó los principales puntos de interés para visitar. Sin dudas volveríamos.

Struttura molto confortevole dotata anche di ascensore e di un grazioso terrazzo a disposizione degli ospiti. Camera molto carina con grande bagno e dotata di tutti i comfort (manca solo un porta saponi all'interno della doccia). Pulizia eccellente. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. La sceglierei di nuovo ad occhi chiusi per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Firenze

• Grazia (8/5): Week end fiorentino - Punto centrale a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione . Tutto comodissimo. Acqua disponibile all'ingresso e disponibilità di farti tisane in camera. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile La stanza era tipo a un piano sotto raggiungibile da una scala a chioccia. Eravamo state avvisate ma è veramente piccola è stretta, se una persona è in sovrappeso o incinta non può scendere quelle scale! Il bagno purtroppo non aveva una doccia. Molto piccolo e con il doccino in mezzo che ti lavavi tra il gabinetto e il lavello del bagno. Il letto è comodo ma aveva delle doghe che ci sbattevi facilmente il ginocchio 😅

Por ser edificio antiguo, al minúsculo ascensor se llegaba después de una escalera y después había que subir otra escalera cargando las maletas. Poco apto para personas con movilidad reducida.

• Carl (8/5): Great spot but beware if you are bringing a car. - Very comfy (and large) room, even though the toilet was small (it was a wet room), but the king size bed was very comfortable to sleep on and very quiet! Also loved that it was in in the city centre, but not on a main street so was very quiet. It would have been good to know that this was within the ZTL zone and that we need to ensure that the car is registered and can go through the ZTL zones (basically the city congestion charge). Also, make sure you reserve a parking space at a garage as many need reservations or will hike up the price.

Cynthia welcomed us to the property and she was very lovely and helped us loads with everything. As well as Marco, who was quick and friendly with responses. I don’t have anything negative to say about the property, if anything, my partner and I wished we could’ve stayed longer!

• Eda (10/5): - We loved the Your Florence appartament. The location was the best feature. It was only a few minutes from the main attractions and the bus station. We needed just 3 minutes to reach the main attractions in Florence. Also was so easy to find. The apartament was extra clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful even though we had a problem with our booking, they went out of their way to help us and accomodate our family. Really appreciate their help and disposition which made our stay in Florence a wonderful and refreshing family time. If we happen to travel to Florence again, could never find a better place.

L’ospitalità di Marco é stata eccezionale! Un servizio davvero ottimo! Consigliatissimo per la posizione, il confort e l’attenzione dedicata agli ospiti, non per ultimo per la bellezza della terrazza.

• Elisa (10/5): Eccezionale: cortesia, pulizia e comfort in pieno centro storico, a 2 passi dalla stazione - Abbiamo alloggiato in quella che viene chiamata suite, perché avevamo bisogno dell'uso della cucina: è un monolocale molto grande, spazioso, luminoso, con parquet e soffitti alti, con angolo cottura dotato di tutto, un letto matrimoniale, possibilità di un divano-letto, un'ulteriore poltrona letto e anche una cullina. Noi eravamo solo in 2, quindi la stanza risultava enorme. Molto pulita e letto comodissimo. Il personale è stato una piacevole sorpresa di gentilezza, estrema disponibilità e ospitalità, in una città come Firenze, dove non sempre la cordialità è di casa, quindi ancora più apprezzato! La posizione è eccezionale: in pieno centro, a un passo dalla stazione. Ho dimenticato di segnalare che il tostapane non funzionava. Nient'altro: tutto perfetto!

Marco (i think - i am bad with names) gave us lots of tips for things to do and places to eat which were all exceptional recommendations. Very accomodating and I would stay again. Cheers! Tight staircase and small bathroom but this was known in advance and not really an issue for us. The communication prior to our stay about this was great so not really a negative.
