An electric outlet in the room is impossible to reach...

- Joanna (5/5): Tolle Lage und 100 Punkte für David! - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und David war absolut Mega toll und hat uns sehr doll geholfen! Die super nette Dame hat uns am Anfang Decken und einen Wasserkocher gebracht und war herzlich-freundlich. 6 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und 10 Minuten in die andere Richtung zur Innenstadt. Einfach super. Das Badezimmer hat sehr nach Toilette gestunken. Ein Bett hat so sehr gequietscht, dass man immer aufwachte, wenn man sich bewegte. Der Stromausfall war nicht so schlimm er wurde innerhalb von einer halben Stunde behoben.

- Александра (5/5): Нужны кондиционеры, так как отель у дороги и очень "шумный" транспорт: окна открыть - шумно. - Доброжелательный персонал. Не было возможности позавтракать в отеле. Отсутствие вентиляции в туалетной комнате.

- Ole-Petter Karlsen (8/5): Fint og koselig hotell, hyggelig personale, men feil beliggenhet på Booking.com kartet! - Beliggenheten som Booking.com viste var fullstendig feil, denne må korrigeres. Riktignok var det det ikke mer enn ca 650 meter, men altså i et helt annet område enn hvor vi ville bo. Dette er ikke første gangen kart-lokasjon på Booking er fullstendig feil, så dette må gjøres noe med. Hotellet og personalet var veldig bra, på tross av ingen frokost. Feil beliggenhet på kartet til Booking.com Korrekt adresse er 84 Gorky Street, men lokasjon på kart fullstendig feil. Forventet rett i sentrum, men dette ligger 650 meter vekk fra sentrum. Frokost og Engelsk-språlig personale (De snakket kun Russisk eller Armensk) hadde vært fint å ha, men man klarer seg likevel.

- Маргарита (7/5): - Удобная кровать в номере ,можно курить На первом этаже кафе,очень громко играла музыка ,нас поселили на 2 этаже и было такое чувство будто музыка играет у нас в номере на всю мощность,горячая вода шла слабо и нагревалась очень долго,не было фена в номере (походу надо спрашивать отдельно у персонала )

- Gohar (1/5): AVOID like the plague. - The staff was nice but that was it. This was the WORST hotel experience. There are ULTRA LOUD gatherings in the restaurant downstairs so good luck trying to get some rest. The beds also make weird noise when you turn in your sleep. The water in the shower shut off when I was getting a shower so NO, simply NO! No air conditioner in the room, and if you open the windows, you end up with even more noise. I had much better stays in cheaper hotels. The only pro: the staff was nice but that was it.

- Ivan (2/5): - Reception lady was kind 1) the hotel is literally smoked through, smell of smoking comes through the ventilation system into the bathroom and the staff smokes in the hallway, thats insane! 2) shower been dirty and broken - i attach the pic so that you can feel the atmosphere. I also got somebody’s dirty socks next to the bed. It is one of the worst hotels i have experienced in years. My advice: pay more, but avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy the smell of smoking - then you’ll love it.

- Maren (4/5): - Das Personal konnte kein Englisch. Es wurde im gesamten Gebäude auf den Fluren geraucht und der Rauch ist in die Zimmer gezogen. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche haben nach Rauch gerochen und die Bettwäsche war dreckig. Im Badezimmer waren sowohl Wasserhahn als auch Duscharmatur locker und es gab keinen Duschvorhang weshalb das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand.
