• Elizabeth (7/5): - Nette schone kamer met een klein tafeltje en stoelen Geen eet- of drinkgelegenheden in de buurt en bij de accomodatie werd geen ontbijt faciliteit meer aangeboden. We konden gelukkig bij de Spar in het dorp nog wat eten en drinken halen. Badkamer was erg klein

(9/5): Soluzione strategica per avvicinarsi al Molltaler - Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per avvicinarci al ghiacciaio Molltaler e soggiornare una notte di modo da essere già vicini il giorno successivo. Posizione tranquilla e strategica, proprietario gentilissimo e accogliente. Nonostante fosse in piena ristrutturazione, non abbiamo avuto problemi, la stanza era pulita e i servizi anche, nonostante fossero esterni alla camera da letto (ma comunque vicinissimi e riservati). Rapporto qualità-prezzo onestissimo. Di sicuro ci torneremo come luogo d'appoggio in vista di una giornata sullo snowboard. Unica cosa da curare un po' di più è la colazione, il prezzo aggiuntivo non la vale del tutto ma come soluzione veloce può andare bene.

• Heinz (8/5): Für mich perfekte Lage für meinen Termin in Penk. - Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend- Familiäre Athmosphäre. Frühstück nach unseren Wünschen. Nachtessen im selben Gebäude auch sehr gut. Nur Barzahlung für Kurtaxe, Frühstück und Restaurant.

• LeoBenZG (8/5): Good value for money for a family stay - The host is very nice person, we used also bar for a late night drink and he let is stay until midnight. The mattress were comfortable, and there was enough space in living room and there was a huge bathroom.

• Marell23 (9/5): - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch ein Zimmer auf unser Wunsch mit Küchenzeile zum selben Preis ermöglicht. Nach Absprache wurde sogar die Verzögerung beim Verlassen der Räumlichkeiten um 13;30 Uhr nicht extra berechnet. Saubere Zimmer, ganz neues Bad mit Dusche und sehr heißem Wasser. Im unterem Bereich gab es eine kleine gemütliche Bar wo der Gastgeber bei Hintergrundmusik Cocktails und andere Getränke serviert hatte. Vielen lieben Dank für die Atmosphäre.
• CORNEJO (9/5): Un alto en el camino - La ubicación estaba en la ruta de Italia a Austria, a medio camino lo que para mi viaje era muy bueno. El desayuno era simple y con posibilidades de mejorar. Como le sugerí al anfitrión, podría agregar en el desayuno unos cereales o muesli.

• Alexander (6/5): eine Möglichkeit zum Schlafen mit begrenztem Wohlfühlfaktor - Begrüßung freundlich funktional - ruhige Lage - wirkt sauber - Bett und Matraze ok. Fast das ganze Haus (Flure und Bad, jedoch nicht das Zimmer) war mit einem "Duftstoff" beduftet, welcher sich mit einem Geruch nach kaltem Rauch mischte. Mir war das ausgesprochen unangenehm. Der "Duftstoff" wurde elektronisch verströmt (siehe Bild) Das Zimmer ist recht klein, doch das war ja auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Zimmertüren sind sehr hellhörig, so dass man gut hört, was auf dem Flur passiert. Es scheint alles Wichtige vorhanden zu sein. Manchmal wirkt es jedoch nicht gerade funktional, eher pro forma vorhanden. Wenn man von der "Zwangsbeduftung" absieht, eine Möglichkeit zum Schlafen. Der Wohlfühlfaktor war für mich begrenzt.

• Renate (8/5): - Einfaches, aber sehr praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Doppelbett plus Etagenbett. Es gab ein Waschbecken im Zimmer und eine eigene Dusche auf dem Gang. Ebenso das WC, das mit einer zweiten Wohnung geteilt werden muss.Fahrrad konnte in einem Schuppen abgestellt werden. Es sind aus dem Mölltal noch ein paar Höhenmeter zu bewältigen. Aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.

• David (8/5): - Mijn verblijf in Haus Kolbnitz was bijzonder aangenaam. De kamers zijn brandschoon, de matrassen comfortabel en de badkamers ruim. Wat het extra gezellig maakt: er is een bar aanwezig om even te ontspannen met een drankje en een spelletje. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd voor €10, al moet je dit wel contant betalen. De locatie is prachtig en rustig, en de host is opvallend flexibel en gastvrij—ook als je last-minute zou willen aankloppen. De Wi-Fi is indrukwekkend snel en betrouwbaar. Een extra plus: het is beheerd door een Nederlander of Nederlandstalige staff, wat het communiceren extra fijn maakt als je Duits minder vloeiend is. Voor langere verblijven is het goed om te weten dat er (mogelijk) geen tv op de kamer aanwezig is.

• Štěpán (8/5): Overall good experience, very good price/quality ratio. - Nice guesthouse, the owner was very accommodating. The room was very small but the beds were comfortable. There were common bathrooms which were clean and there was also a sink in the room which is a big plus. Had clean towels and also a bathrobe ready. It is possible to buy breakfast for 8 euros which was nothing special but quite good and sufficient. The owner was constatly refilling all the food. Room could be a bit bigger but we knew what we were getting and the quality/price ration was good. Just the door was a bit hard to close, maybe could be repaired and slightly more choices for the breakfast would be nice (some sweet pie for example :))

• MirkoB96 (8/5): Bello - Alloggio molto carino. Proprietario cordiale e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Addirittura con servizio in camera. Stanza in ordine e super pulita. Unica leggera scomodità il bagno... Per quanto fosse solo nostro era esterno alla nostra stanza; composto da 2 unità, una con wc e uno con doccia. Ma accettabile e comunque molto pulito.

• Birgitt (6/5): Zu diesem Preis kann man eigentlich nicht meckern - Man muss immer das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Auge behalten. Für den Kampfpreis, darf man keine Sterneunterkunft erwarten. Für einmal schlafen auf unseren Weg nach Kroatien, absolut ausreichend. Einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir hier allerdings nicht verbringen wollen. Der Inhaber ist sehr nett und der Pub im Erdgeschoss auch ;) Das Zimmer war für unsere Zwecke ausreichend und die Betten gemütlich, was wohl fast das wichtigste ist.

• Arjan (10/5): Een verrassende en gastvrije locatie - De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk, sprak daarnaast ook nogeens Nederlands. Wij kwamen om 21.00 uur aan en hadden nog niet gegeten. Er werd voor ons eten gemaakt, dit was heerlijk. Bedden waren prima. Een mooie gedeelde doucheruimte. Eigenlijk helemaal niets.

• Agnieszka (9/5): - Very friendly and cheerful host. The room was clean with fresh-smelling bed linen. Free access to a pool table and other games was a nice bonus. There’s a pub on the ground floor, so it was easy to pop down for a beer, yet it was still quiet in the room. The breakfast was small but sufficient. Overall, I think the value for money was excellent. Really recommend:)

• Andrea (8/5): Fajn na jednu noc, výhled na hory - Dobré přespání při tranzitu na jednu noc, pokoj byl čistý a hezky zařízený. Přímo z okna jsme měli krásný výhled na hory. Majitel bydlí přímo na místě a nebyl problém se při příjezdu na všem domluvit. Provozuje také v objektu restauraci, ale možná jen po domluvě - při našem příjezdu v 19:00 bylo ještě zavřeno, ve 21.00 otevřeno. V popisu pokoje byla uvedená soukromá koupelna, ale není to tak úplně pravda. V pokoji je jen umyvadlo, wc a sprcha jsou na chodbě. Sice měly být určené jen nám, ale používali je i jiní hosté (možná návštěvníci restaurace dole - nevím). Ale vše bylo čisté. V objektu je sice kuchyně, ale nelze ji použít v čase 18-21 a 7-10 , tedy přesně v ty časy, kdy ji potřebujete :-) Lze si ale připlatit za snídaně.
