• Marta (3/5): - Dopo aver accordato con la struttura di poter accedere prima del check in perché saremmo arrivate in tarda notte nel momento in cui arriviamo in struttura le chiavi non c’erano, ho contattato la struttura e mi è stato detto che per una mancata comunicazione tra di loro non era possibile accedere alla struttura nemmeno per lasciare i bagagli e inoltre siamo state reindirizzate in un “hotel” 1 stella diverso dalla struttura che avevamo prenotato. Peccato perché la posizione era ottima e il personale estremamente cortese.

• Véronique Bourcier (3/5): - Si vous ne comprenez pas l'anglais, n'y allez pas, c'est une chambre avec boîte à clés et vous devez vous débrouiller seul pour trouver la dite chambre dans cet immeuble d'une époque révolue. Si vous voulez dormir, n'y allez pas, vous entendrez le bruit extérieur et celui de vos voisins. Pas de Breakfast (qui est inclus), c'est une machine à café dans la chambre (je ne bois que du thé) et des gâteaux sous vide. Seul point positif, cette chambre est spacieuse et confortable.

• wilfried (8/5): Alles im all ein gutes Erlebnis für mich!! - War schwer zu finden wennman drinnen drunten hineinkommt! Nicht gut angeschrieben bin im falschem alten Lift zum 5. Stock hinauf wiederherunter! Endlich kam der Boss und führte mich zum richtigen 5. Stock und wo die Zimmer waren! So schön waren die Zimmer nach der langen Suche! Würde wieder dort buchen weil ich meinen Weg jetzt kenne und das Zimmer sehr schön für den Preis fand! Die Beschilderumg unten : wo es zum Sunset geht sollte besser sein!!

• Ewa (6/5): Do przespania się i ruszenia na miasto, bez dłuższego przesiadywania w środku jest ok. - - duże przestrzenne pokoje - klimatyzacja - łazienka w dobrym stanie - śniadania trudno nazwać śniadaniami, paczki gotowych produktów (jeden suchy rogalik, ciasto z czekoladą, jakaś czekolada do posmarowania rogalika w małej porcji i soczek w kartoniku) to nie jest śniadanie tylko suchy prowiant - okolica niebezpieczna, kręci się dużo podejrzanych osób. Lepiej nie chodzić po zachodzie słońca ! Kobiecie podróżującej samotnie, zdecydowanie odradzam te okolice !

• Roberto (6/5): - Lokalizacja jest wygodna blisko metra i stacji I właściciel miły człowiek Nie spodziewałem się że dostanę pokój który jest w trakcie remontu, ściany mówią same za sobie, surowe poprawki na ścianach , ręczniki brudne których nie użyłem ze względu na higiene , poduszki poplamione.

• Salih (8/5): Gutes B&B mit zentraler Lage und Komfort des Zimmers - Die Lage ist sehr gut, weil der Hauptbahnhof in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar ist. Das Zimmer ist grundsolide + Klimaanlage. Wenn draußen lautstark gestritten und herumgebrüllt wird, hört man das schon bei geschlossenem Fenster.

• Vismantas (8/5): A convenient base for day trips, but the accommodation and neighborhood left mixed feelings. - The location was quite convenient – right next to the train station, which made trips to Vesuvius and Pompeii very easy. The room itself was decent: clean, with no noise inside as long as the windows were closed. The staff was reasonably helpful, and all the listed amenities matched the description. There was no proper wardrobe or even basic shelving, so all non-hanging clothes had to stay in suitcases on the floor. Although the room was advertised as having a view, it just looked out onto another building and the street. At first, the shower drain was clogged, but it was fixed the next day. However, the Wi-Fi never worked during our stay. The owner admitted he didn’t know how to fix it and eventually gave up trying. The neighborhood felt unsafe, with trash everywhere and some questionable people around. Given all that, the price felt a bit too high for the area.

• Maria (7/5): dangerous neighborhood ! - very nice room and beautiful bathroom . bed sheets had some small stains . breakfast we just a bunch of cookies and snacks in the room with a espresso machine but neighborhood was very very bad . they tried to rob me outside on the street . building was also very dirty .

• Brandon (6/5): Good price, parking is extremely difficult but fine for a very short stay - The room was fine, but pictured made it look better, the bathroom was nice and the shower was great! The front desk did not speak any English leading to a difficult conversation for questions we had like where to park overnight, etc. Also there was no proper breakfast, the "breakfast" was prepacked food that was with us from the moment we entered. It wasn't bad by any means, just not what I expected when it said breakfast was included

• Jens (7/5): In many ways a great place - but not for a cyclist - Central location very near Napolit central train station and smart rooms in modern clinical style The staff was not particularly helpful. During the last year I have been cycling in Italy for a month and until this stay it had always been possible for the accommodation people to find a solution to where to put my bike: in 'my' room, at the landing, at a balcony, in a courtyard etc. That was not the case here. I understand worrries about walls getting scratched but with a bit of creative thinking a solution had always been found up until this stay. It's been great that so many hosts have been so willing to solve this potential problem, but that was not the case here.

No clear instructions, how to get in - It is well renovated, very big apartment, situated in apartment building , that is designed as hotel. It was well designed, very comfortable bed. Really near the station. Had good coffee automat in our suite. It was not possible to communicate in english. They do not respond to messages in booking app. When I wrote in whatsapp they responded, but not to any of my question. Was not possible to understand, gave no information how to get in the building and to the check in place. We were lucky than some people who lived there, let us through the gate. The breakfast was just cookies and juice left in our suite.
• Peter (7/5): Central and well equipped. - Very comfortable room in a great location. Entrance was a bit grungy, but this is very common in Naples. A lot of time was wasted trying to get checked in at the agreed time.

• Michelle (5/5): Passable - The hotel it's really close to the train station. The staff was really helpful and attentive. The options for the breakfast was really good and the prices for drinks and snacks were really great. I booked at Sunset Bed and Breakfast, but they moved me to Hotel Poker due to issues with the room. Also, the bathroom wasn't completely clean and the water stagnated in the shower, i had to wait until the water drains to continue my showering. The room doesn't have sound isolation, there were people screaming at the street.

• Jiří (7/5): Convenient location for travelling - Few minutes by foot from the main station, few minutes by bus from the airport and ports. Friendly host. Cheap price and good breakfast. The neighborhood is ugly, but so is the rest of Naples we've seen. The staircase looks like from meth den. When there is so many B&Bs in the building, they could at least paint it and clean it. Although the host was friendly, he couldn't speak English much, so the phone was operated by his son.

• Gabriele (4/5): Redirected to worse venue - The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is very central, close to the main station. I was supposed to stay at Sunset B&B but due to a issue in the bathroom of the room I booked I got redirected (few hours before) to another venue closeby with much worst conditions. In the other venue I found: 1) Bad smell from the toilet 2) Old A/C system with weird noise and smell 3) Very tiny space 4) The bed was not double but just 140 cm width (max) for two people.

We sent our arrival time but anyway had to call him to come to open an apartment for us, then waited, and finally he sent his father, but poor man doesn't even speak english. He tried his best to comunicate with us, but was hard anyway.
• Bendymandy (10/5): Great location, secure enterance to the property, great size room and a fabulous caretaker. - Close to the train stations. clean and secure with a fantastic working lift to the 4th floor! The caretaker is wonderful who brings you breakfast into your room each morning. I felt safe as a solo female traveller The arrogance of the young 'owner' who was rude and unhelpful when my phone completely lost its battery power and would not charge. After a lengthy debate he allowed me to use the reception computer to contact my friend who lived near by in Naples to remedy the situation. He was actually raising his voice to me to take my phone into my room and call when it would not charge in the reception area!

• Ardit (8/5): Short but Nice Stay in Naples - The hotel is located very near to Napoli Centrale from where you can go everywhere in Naples. The room size was quite big and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English but that is not such a problem to understand them. There was a small but nice balcony in the room with the view from via Palermo. There is everyday room cleaning service. The facilities in the room are not as we expected. At least it could be 1 kettle for heat water (even though we could take from the small kitchen corner that they have). It is good that they have breakfast but it was everyday the same (Italian breakfast). The balcony was nice but not very clean. Also it would be better to have some clips for drying any clothes.

• Amy (9/5): i recommend anyone to stay here good value - the room service breakfast was delicious and a nice touch host was very nice our train got delayed and he stayed after check in to let us in and make sure we were comfortable he doesn’t speak English but he does his best to communicate with you the whole room is very nice and modern close to the train station A/C in our room wasn’t working, area was a bit sketchy but it was very close to the train station

• Antonia (8/5): Very good - Close to the train station and a very large room The check in process could have been easier. I didn't know it was going to be self-check in till i arrived at the door. I wasn't given any instructions in advance, so I had to call the number to get walked through how to get the key. The room has been updated with modern features but the walls looked pretty gross. The walls had stains and one area near the ceiling looked like it had leaked at some point.

He took 5€ pro night pro person. I told him I knew what was correct and he completely ignored that inventing some lies to justify his 5€.
