• Paulina (8/5): Czysto, sprawnie, w dobrej cenie. - Czyste ładne pokoje, wygodne duże łóżko czyste ręczniki , tv miał dostęp do YouTube to dużo na plus .Cześć wspólna nie duża ale ma wszystko co trzeba jedynie patelnię należy już wymienić bo była porysowana tak że teflon odchodził. Kawiarka super. Super klima w każdym pokoju nowa i bardzo cicha szybko chłodziła. Słabo schodziła woda z prysznica odpływ był zapchany,trzeba było uważać aby nie zalać łazienki. Brak słuchawki w prysznicu tylko deszczownica i woda często się zmieniała z zimnej na ciepła ale to pewnie uroki tego miasta . Brak kołdry tylko poszewki ale to normalne często w krajach z ciepłym klimatem dało się spać łóżko wygodne mięciutkie.

• Nataly (1/5): - Con este alojamiento me sentí engañada, booking le tiene una puntuación que no es, el sitio da miedo, el dueño nunca da la cara, pedi la cancelación, el dueño me dijo que no, no me quedé tuve que buscar otro alojamiento y era de noche, y estoy diciéndole a Booking que me devuelva mi dinero porque el alojamiento, es fatal el sitio, da escalofrío, súper inseguro, la misma gente por ahí me decía que no caminara por ahí que era peligroso, espero que me devuelvan mi dinero, porque es un engaño absoluto lo que hacen con este hospedaje. • Maximiliano (5/5): - Para usar el ascensor necesitas monedas. La persona a cargo no dejó porque dijo que la empresa de limpieza estaba a cargo y se habían olvidado. No le creímos! Fue malísimo porque no teníamos monedas y tuvimos que subir con maletas y bolsos 5 pisos eternos. El resto de la comunicación con la chica a cargo del dpto estuvo muy bien, fue agradable y respondió a tiempo con todo.

• Alessandra (8/5): Posizione strategica - localizzato a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale, è molto comodo per chi arriva in treno; la posizione è ideale anche per raggiungere il centro città a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. Il b&b è al 5 piano con cucina comune e stanze ognuna con bagno privato: la stanza è molto luminosa, nonostante l'affaccio su strada con un palazzo di fronte a pochi metri. Pulizia ottimale, bagno completo, arredamento essenziale, ma funzionale. la posizione logisticamente è molto favorevole, ma, come tutte le zone nelle immediate vicinanze delle grandi stazioni ferroviarie, l'ambiente circostante è un po' "difficile": nessuna sensazione di pericolo comunque.

• Silvia (10/5): - La stanza è veramente bella! Il letto pare king size e finalmente ne ho trovato uno molto morbido e comodo! Poi nonostante la zona una volta che chiudi la finestra non senti nulla! È un self check-in ma Antonio è sempre disponibile e manda video e indicazioni precisissime così da non avere alcuna difficoltà, oltre a consigli per garage e depositi bagagli nella zona. In più appena arrivati ci siamo trovati in camera 2 bottigliette ndi acqua oltre ad altri snacks. Piccolo gesto apprezzato. L'ascensore è a monetine cosa che era prevedibile visto che siamo a Napoli. Il bagno non ha bidet ma il resto è in buone/ottime condizioni e con tante salviette, sapone e bagnodoccia a disposizione. La zona è una stazione ma io e il mio compagno non abbiamo mai avuto problemi ed è comunque un'ottima posizione per spostarsi soprattutto coi mezzi. Grazie Antonio! Nulla

• Anna (9/5): Pěkné ubytování kousek od nádraží - Krásné ubytování, nové rekonstruované pokoje, vybavená kuchyňka. Majitel perfektní komunikace přes whattsap. Měli jsme problém s ledničkou, vše ihned vyřešeno. Lokalita kousek od hlavního nádraží, žijí zde většinou přistěhovalci, ale není třeba se vůbec obávat, vše úplně v klidu. Perfektní pokud cestujete vlaky nebo busy, v okolí dostatek restaurací, kaváren, do centra cca 20 minut pěšky.
• Linda (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo - Posizione molto comoda, vicina alla stazione e alla metropolitana. Il palazzo è piuttosto datato, ma la camera è moderna, accogliente e spaziosa. Fuori dalla stanza è presente una cucina in comune, comoda e funzionale. Il proprietario, Antonio, è una persona gentilissima, disponibile e pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Istruzioni chiare e precise per effettuare il check-in in autonomia. Il quartiere all’apparenza può sembrare poco rassicurante, ma in realtà non abbiamo avuto problemi; essendo vicino alla stazione è comunque una situazione prevedibile. Manca il bidet e lo scarico della doccia e del lavandino non funzionava al meglio. Non è disponibile il deposito bagagli, anche se Antonio consiglia una soluzione nelle vicinanze. L’utilizzo dell’ascensore costa 20 centesimi a corsa (ma Antonio offre gentilmente due monetine!). Nel complesso, considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo, è stata una buona soluzione.

• Woodburn (4/5): - Not a lot ! We feel the B & B description was misleading. There was no milk to have with the cereal & no tea bags. The host was made aware there were no coins left for elevator on our inbound visit, as is the system. We had to climb the stairs to top floor with cases, not ideal on a late night flight. On our outbound visit we stayed in a different room which cost more and unsure why it was more, there was no shutters and some of the curtain hooks were unhooked. These are very high ceilings and as we could not reach to rehook they let in light. Not ideal when you have a full day of travel ahead of you.

Gospodarz nieuprzejmy, nie chciał w żaden sposób zrekompensować nam tego, że ze względu na słabe warunki sanitarne - grzyb, kamień oraz włosy w kubku na szczoteczki (załączone zdjęcie) oraz niebezpieczną okolicę musieliśmy na własny koszt zmienić lokum.

• Emilia (10/5): Excelente opción para moverte en tren y metro en Nápoles. Precio/calidad está muy bien! - La cercanía a la Estación Central. Tenía lo necesario para estar 3 noches allí. El ascensor que solo funcione con monedas de 20 centavos. Al no conseguirlas (no funciona con maneras de más valor) hay que subir 5 pisos por escaleras.

• ANDRES (10/5): - Antonio fue muy amable y servicial, creímos dejar una pertenencia importante, se tomó las molestias de buscarlo personalmente y se preocupó hasta que finalmente apareció. Por lo demás, las habitaciones son cómodas y está cerca del centro histórico. El barrio no es el mejor, pero está en una ubicación muy cómoda para ir a la estación y hacer turismo.

• Striblea (10/5): Cazarea este situată la 5 minute de Gară, ceea ce a putut facilita transportul cu trenul, dar pe de altă parte, zona găr - Totul foarte bine, curat și liniște. Aerul condiționat a funcționat perfect, fiind o necesitate mare, având în vedere că cazarea este situată la ultimul etaj. În ultimele două nopți a existat o problemă cu toaletata, în sensul că s-a defectat plutitorul de la bazin și a cauzat un sunet foarte puternic în timpul nopții. Am semnalat proprietarului problema și a spus că se va rezolva.

• Paula (9/5): Nice place for quick stay,great location! - Location was the best thing,if you want to travel and see as much as you can.Location 3mins from Garibaldi station.All organized trips start there,there is a great connection to port,Capri,Amalfi,Sorrento etc.15mins walk from main center area,really close there is a food court.Generally area dominated by African people,they sit on the street all days and nights but We didnt mind becasue they didnt bother us. The host kept in touch with us all stay,even left some sweet gift for us:) Also there is worth to underline that check in and check out was smooth and all clear instructions was sent by whatsapp.btw. There is a common kitchen,but we went out in the morning and went back the evening so didnt use. Thanks Antonio for pleasant stay! Everything was ok

(About 5-8 min walk away). Central area where you can find good cafes and restaurants and vibrant city life and movement.

• Andreea (5/5): Good enough for short stays of 2-3 nights - We liked the location, very convenient for trips with the train. There are supermarkets and cafes nearby. The size of the room is great, it is spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. Antonio, the host, tried to help and stayed in communication with us, he even offered to refund us for the final 2 nights that we did not stay in this location anymore. We initially booked 12 nights here, so we really took into consideration all the advantages that this location promised. We were disappointed to see they were not real. The internet did not work very well. Youtube and Netflix did not work on TV, it was quite outdated. The cleaning standards at this location were quite low. Even when we checked in, there was dirt on the towels and dust on the floor. They only clean the room every 4 days (in our case we had to ask them, otherwise they would have probably skipped us altogether, counting on Christmas and New Years days as an excuse). In 9 days, the cleaning company came only once and then they did not do much (did not empty the garbage bin, did not clean the glass of the shower cabin, did not clean under the furniture). Even when they did come to clean the room, they did not clean the common areas (the hallway and the kitchen were full of dirt on the floor). There was mold in the shower (the host said it's just humidity, but I have seen PLENTY of hotels, hostels and Bed&Breakfasts in more than 50 cities in 20 countries, plus I have a professional hygiene training which is required by law in my country at my job - I am able to recognize built-up mold when I see it. Unfortunately, we also had the bad luck of the water boiler breaking down on a Saturday, so there was no hot water for 3 days. This was not the host's fault but, on top of the other issues, it made us decide to book another accomodation for the final 2 nights of our holiday. I spent 3 weeks researching accomodation in Napoli to make sure we will have 12 amazing days here and the high score made us choose this location, but I don't know how it got it. We booked another BnB in Napoli for the final 2 nights, same area, same price range - exceptional cleaning standards, daily cleaning, so it is not even a general issue in Napoli.

• Davide (10/5): - Stanza molto bella e accogliente, già calda all’arrivo nonostante il freddo esterno. Bagno pulito, letto comodo e ottima accoglienza. Fuori dalla stanza è presente una cucina in comune con microonde, molto utile. Si trova in un appartamento al 3 piano, ma ascensore molto comodo. Ritornerei volentieri.

• The Dao Alexis (4/5): Manque propreté et confort (même à ce prix) - La proximité avec la gare Centrale L'amabilité par correspondance du gérant Les 40 cts pour payer 2 trajets ascenseur Les serviettes étaient propres Logement très sale : chambre, salle de bain et cuisine (cheveux, moisissure, poussière). Lit très mou, pas confortable du tout car on s'enfonce jusqu'au sommier. Seulement une petite couette pour l'hiver. Le petit frigo dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Nous n'avions pas pris l'option petit déjeuner mais le kit d'accueil se limite à 2 petits sachets de céréales et un jus pour 2. L'option d'après ce qu'il y a dans la cuisine reste des céréales et de biscuits supplémentaires. L'ascenseur est payant, 20 cts. L'annonce Booking.com ne fait aucune mention là-dessus. Attendez-vous à monter 5 grands étages si vous n'avez pas la monnaie. Un demi-rouleau de papier toilette pour 2 personnes et 3 nuits. Il y avait d'autres rouleaux sous l'évier de la cuisine mais trempés à cause d'une fuite d'eau.

• CHARIKLEIA (10/5): It was a pleasant stay, clean cozy room with detailed instructions for check in and check out ! - True to photos really nice and cozy room The elevator is small and needs a key and 20 cents every time you use it ! So if you have a lot of luggages it will be complicated! But this is not the fault of the owner.
