Our room was much smaller than anticipated. It was hard for my husband and I to move around, especially with our two full-sized suitcases in the room with us.

• Simone (10/5): Perfekt - Super selbst gemachtes Frühstück! Tolle Lage, saubere und ruhige Zimmer im sonst eher hektischen Neapel. Die Terrasse ist der Hammer und man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick. Annamaria und Enzo sind sehr bemüht und ganz herzliche Menschen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

• Robert (10/5): The terrace breakfast really makes a difference and the stay in a typical neighborhood just 15 min walk from the center - This is essentially the closest thing you will get to a real retro style bed and breakfast in an urban setting. It’s run by a dedicated couple who show up every morning to cook you a delicious 3 course breakfast complete with all you can drink Italian coffee and homemade desserts; everyday the menu changes slightly! Nothing really. Everything was great. Oh just a heads up you will need to have a working phone to call them when you arrive or you should arrange arrival time prior because they do not live at the property

Foi permitido deixar as malas, depois do check out, ate à hora da ida para o aeroporto. Foi uma estadia muito relaxante no coração agitado de Napoles. Nenhum aspeto negativo a referir.

East walking to all parts of the city. We rolled our carry-on from Nspoli Central after the Allibus from the airport. Very accommodating breakfast and charming conversations with owner (via Google translate). The owners work very hard to please their giests. It was a bit of a challenge to coordinate and receive the access code for the entrance gate when our flights were delayed.

The location was convenient to the metro at Cavour and a 15 minute walk to the Naples Central train station. The elevator requires a 10 cent coin to operate, but the owner supplies the coins once you check in.

• Eva-Maria (9/5): Nette gemütliche und gepflegte Stadtunterkunft - Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross, das Frühstück sehr gut, viel und abwechslungsreich. Man ist in 5 Minuten an der Metrostation, zu Fuss am Dom und im Centro Storico. Kein Strassenlärm zu hören. Mehr als 3/4 Tasse Kaffee musste zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Zwischen 6 Uhr morgens und 10 Uhr abends fliegen direkt die Flugzeuge übers Haus. Uns hat das nicht gross gestört, da wir meist früh starten.

La nostra camera con bagno non era grandissima ma x due persone che la usano solo x dormire va benissimo. Avere a disposizione un ampia terrazza con spazio sia coperto riscaldato che scoperto x la colazione che devo definire superlativa...preparata al momento da Annamaria. Noi abbiamo optato x la versione sia salata che dolce e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Zona silenziosa per un sonno tranquillo...vicino alla fermata del bus e dello metro 1 e 2...a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dalla prestigiosa via Toledo.. Abbiamo promesso ad Enzo e Annamaria che torneremo a trovarli anche solo per un saluto quando andremo a Procida. N.b. ti mettono a disposizione le monetine da 10 centesimi per usare l ascensore in quanto il B&B si trova al 4 piano ...con veduta sul castello di s.elmo e la certosa. Nulla

Posizione ottima, lontano dal caos del centro, ma collegata bene tramite metro. Enzo e Anna sono due host molto disponibili e accoglienti. Ogni giorno dolci preparati in casa per colazione. Struttura consigliata anche per la terrazza panoramica con vista su Castel Sant'Elmo e Certosa di San Martino. Nulla da dire.
• VIRGINIE (9/5): Étape idéale pour découvrir Naples - La situation idéale pour découvrir Naples à pied ! A 2 pas du centre historique ( et du métro -à 1 station de la gare ) mais au calme ! Très belle terrasse pour le petit dej ou la fin de journée même si nous n en avons pas eu vraiment l usage vu la saison , mais l été cela doit être vraiment appréciable . Notre hôte a été très sympathique . Petit déjeuner fait maison , copieux et différent tous les matins . Nous étions seuls dans l appartement ( qui a 4 chambres ) donc vraiment au calme ! RAS ! juste peut être la taille de la chambre double qui est assez petite mais nous y étions très peu ( les autres sont en revanche très grandes , nous avons pu les visiter )

No pudimos disfrutarla, por el frío. Amable el personal, muy atentos. Desayuno fresco y variado. La ubicación, en el rione Sanitá, muy auténticamente napolitano, con restaurantes y muy cerca del centro histórico, museos y catacumbas. El dormitorio y el baño impecables. Extrañamos un lugar de estar interior, porque el frío no nos permitió disfrutar la terraza, que es el lugar común. En verano debe ser un paraíso!

Das Frühstück ist wirklich lecker und mehr als ausreichend. Die Gegend ist auch abends sicher, selbst wenn es auf den ersten Blick nicht so scheint. Die Lage ist sehr gut! Wenn wir eine Anmerkung machen dürften, dann würden wir uns den Kaffee heißer und stärker wünschen aber das ist keine Kritik, sondern nur eine Randnotiz.

• 文森特 (10/5): - Amazing breakfast, varying daily, made fresh, and with local products. Comfortable and nicely decorated rooms with sufficient space to place and open your suitcases. Convenient location in a traditional neighborhood, still sufficiently far away from the most crowded and noisy neighborhoods. Friendly host, just be sure to give a reliable arrival time or you may be locked out (or, in our case, we forced the host to wait outside for at least 20 minutes. Sorry!). The terrace is fantastic, also in autumn. We only had two extremely minor discomforts. The minibar was a bit noisy when the compressor turned on, which meant we had to unplug it overnight (we realised this late and woke up in the night once). The hairdryer could have a little bit more power, it seemed underpowered. But these were very minor discomforts compared with an amazing stay.

Leckeres, reichhaltiges auf der schönen Dachterrasse serviertes Frühstück mit lokalen Spezialitäten und täglich frisch gebackenem Kuchen. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgber. • Katrina (10/5): Fantastic getaway in beautiful Neapolitan neighborhood - Wonderful little bed and breakfast. The owner is fantastic and her breakfast is delicious and very filling - feels like being with my own nonna! The terrazza is a nice peaceful getaway in the heart of Naples, really great to relax and get some sun. The location is actually perfect - very close walk to the National Archaelogical Museum, tons of great restaurants, and only a few metro stations away from the more touristy area. We will definitely come back and recommend this b&b to anyone visiting Naples. I think the only thing to keep in mind is that this isnt a brand new facility, so the terrazza is a little old and feels lived in - so its not a clean and shiny as a hotel would be. But it feels like you are at home, and the staff are all warm and kind, and overall it was a highlight of our trip to stay here.

• Martha (10/5): Beautiful place to stay in Naples! - Beautifully cared for rooms with a fridge of drinks available. The terrace is a little oasis. The breakfast and hospitality were amazing. Getting to our tours was a little tricky but manageable if you don't mind walking a bit.

Et nos hôtes sont aux petits soins pour un séjour inoubliable. Le petit déj est pantagruélique et Ana-Maria est une cuisinière émérite en spécialités napolitaines . L'accès de l'entrée de l'immeuble n'est pas très facile à trouver et l'ascenseur pour accéder nécessite une petite pièce ce qui n'est pas très pratique lorsqu'on arrive pour la première fois et qu'on n'est pas prévenu. • Andreas (10/5): Eine wahre Wohlfühloase mitten in Neapel - Die Unterkunft ist der absolute Traum und die durchweg positiven Bewertungen mehr als berechtigt. Das B&B ist eine wahre Oase in Neapel und eine absolute Empfehlung – ohne jegliche Einschränkungen. Annamaria und Enzo, die das B&B betreiben, sind mega sympathisch und authentisch und total hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück, das von Annamaria jeden Morgen frisch und für jeden Gast individuell zubereitet und dann von Enzo an den Tisch gebracht wird, ist ein wahrer Traum. Das Zimmer, die Terrasse und überhaupt das ganze kleine B&B sind picobello sauber und alles, was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden oder wird auf Wunsch besorgt. Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer wird jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt und die Preise hierfür mehr als fair. La Terrazza ai Miracoli ist definitiv eine Empfehlung und sollten wir wieder einmal Neapel besuchen oder durchreisen, werden wir definitiv wieder hier zu Gast sein.
• Erik-Endre (10/5): The best accommodation we've ever had. - It was our first time in Naples. It was a rough start to the vacation because not so long before our stay we found out that we won't make it to the bnb in time for the check in. But this was no problem because we contacted them and they arranged us someone that waited right in front of the building to check us in he was extremely kind , spoke English well and recommended us the perfect restaurant nearby(Lombardi) The location was perfect, right in the center of napoli at a walkable distance to every major sight in the old and new city centre. The hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly, and even though there was a language barrier, we understood each other perfectly. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Every day we could enjoy a different meal made directly by the hosts, and every last one of them was nutritious, delicious and plenty. A big plus was that the breakfast was served on the top of the building in a big open terrace with a magnificent view. It was truly a 10/10 bnb experience, would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.
