• Luiz Antonio Lima (9/5): Verdadeiro bed & breakfast em Nápoles. - A localização, por ser próxima a Satazione Garibaldi, é muito boa para quem chega e sai de Nápoles de trem. Assim como acessar a marina de Metrô para quem pretende ir a Capri. É um verdadeiro bed & breakfast, pois existe um buffet bem sortido onde os hóspedes se servem e tomam café da manhã nos respectivos quartos. O sistema de acesso é bom com app para entrada no prédio, código para acesso ao apartamento, e chave para acesso ao quarto. Nosso quarto, o Bolonha, era muito confortável. A vizinhança do hotel pareceu perigosa, mas isso não se confirmou, e caminhamos por lá com tranquilidade.

Sehr gut duftendes Duschgel. Etwas hellhörig. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Frühstücksbereich (morgens also wuselig und laut) und abends hat man den lauten Türsummer der Wohnungstür sehr deutlich gehört.

A little sign for the external blinds would be super helpful, we missed it till morning but we got to see a beautiful early morning across the city and I need to remember to turn off the mini fridge at night ( those little motors make a surprising amount of noise in a quiet room.

• MELANIE (7/5): - L'emplacement est proche du métro et aussi de l'autoroute. Le parking est gratuit et situé dans une autre rue. Vous donnez les clés, tout s'est bien passé. La literie est confortable, la déco est magnifique. Le pti dej est super, on se sert et on mange dans notre appartement. Le personnel est top ! La salle de bain n'a pas entièrement été nettoyée, je m'en suis rendue après le check in, le soir, donc pas de personnel. J'avais des linguettes, j ai nettoyé les wc et la vasque. Le gel douche au bout de 2 jours était vide, donc n'avait pas été rempli. Si vous êtes sensible aux lumières dans le noir, il y en a pas mal, prévoyez un cache yeux.

• Andreas (5/5): - Das Zimmer war für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Es war sauber, man hatte zu zweit gut Platz und der Balkon war sehr groß. 1. Das Frühstück welches Angeboten wurde hat es nicht gegeben. Weder Schinken oder Käseplatte, keine Früchte, keine Fruchtsäfte, kein Joghurt usw. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, zwei verschiedene Croissants, verpackte Kuchen die eher als Süssigkeit gelten und nicht als Kuchen. Also Frühstück bekommt von mir 0 Punkte. 2. Das Zimmer war Sauber und hatte eine gute große. Jeder der auch Entspannung hofft den muss ich enttäuschen, gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite ist eine kleine Bar/Cafe das 24/7 offen hatte. Es war ständig laut und das auch unter der Woche. Die Zimmernachbarn hörte man sehr gut, also von einer guten Isolierung fehlte jede spur. 3. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem nicht sehr schönen Teil, würde ich eher als Problemviertel bezeichnen, es ist zwar wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, aber nacht alleine als Frau würde ich mich nicht sicher fühlen. 4. Die Benutzung des Liftes ist nur mit €0,10cent möglich, was an sich ja jetzt nicht die Welt ist, aber um zum Lift zu kommen muss man ein paar stufen gehen, also für Leute die körperlich eingeschränkt sind würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

• Abby (8/5): Lovely, clean and easy to find - It was very clean and easy to find. The self check in videos were easy to understand and follow. The actual room was really lovely and perfect for our trip to Naples. Just note the breakfast is very basic.

• Elisa (7/5): Außen pfui, innen hui - optimal für Kurzaufenthalte oder zur Durchreise - Von innen sind die Zimmer sehr schön und modern. Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, also optimal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder auf der Durchreise. Es gibt ein für italienische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück zur Selbstbedienung im Flur, das man mit aufs Zimmer nehmen kann. Von außen ist die Umgebung und das Gebäude runtergekommen, es ist alles sehr dreckig und laut in der Gegend und nicht unbedingt eine Umgebung, in der man nachts alleine unterwegs sein will. Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht barrierefrei - um zum Aufzug zu gelangen, muss man erstmal einige Treppenstufen hoch und der Aufzug kostet dann auch noch 10ct pro Fahrt (Mo-Fr). Das Gebäude ist nicht gut isoliert, sodass man nachts den Lärm der Hauptverkehrsstraße hört, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Das Frühstücksgeschirr muss man auf dem Zimmer selbst spülen.

• Anna (9/5): Clean and quiet room, great location and breakfast included - My family and I had a great stay at this property. We chose it because it was on the Alibus route, the bus that runs from the port to the railway station and then to the airport. It was a bit tricky to find the hotel, but the host sent a detailed video and we eventually reached our destination. The property was within walkable distance from the historic centre which enabled us to walk around and explore the city. The room was quiet and clean. The only area for improvement would be a bit oily floors in the room: although they were undoubtedly cleaned (the floors were still drying when we checked in), they felt a bit oily. I am not sure why, maybe it was some special floor treatment, but it felt weird. The personnel were exceptionally great! They kindly arranged an early check-in for us. Thank you for your flexibility and support! We were travelling with a 14-month old baby who was particular about her schedule. The included breakfast was very convenient and decent: hard boiled eggs, yoghurt, beverages, cheese and meat, bread, fruit and pastry - we were full and happy. The bed mattress was comfortable and the room - quiet despite the busy neighbourhood. Thank you for having us!
• HIN YEUNG (7/5): - Parking is free of charge (about 5 minutes walk to the property). Location is next to the Napoli Train station and Metro. Room facilities (e.g. bathroom shower, toilet, air conditioners) are new. You have to eat breakfast inside your room and due to the small kitchen area, it maybe a bit crowd during breakfast time. The property is inside a local building with local people / apartments. Due to the traffic condition in Napoli, you need some luck and patience if you want to stop the car in front of the property.

• Amanda (7/5): Great location but disappointing wifi and strange check in/-out process without onsite staff. - Room was very clean, close to central station. Location is great for trying to get around and was ideal for and overnight to the airport. Bathroom and amenities were great and having free sparkling and still water was fantastic. The inside was very clean despite the outdoor area being very... not Wifi was awful, it virtually did not work which is very difficult as an international traveler. Also I interacted with someone over WhatsApp to do my check in and check out process and they mixed up my details multiple times which is really frustrating given I was trying to be present in my trip and not be texting someone about instructions. It was not clear to me before the booking that there was no one on site to help with check in and check out and I had to do all of that based off instructions given over text. I didn't see any staff while I was there and I checked in during the daytime in the afternoon. Also the walls are thin and it's easy to hear others in the area. I had to leave city tax in coins in the room when I left. Overall I just felt a little odd about the experience for check-in/out given I never saw any staff. Also if you want to use the elevator, it's 10 cents? If these are just the norm in Italy then disregard.
• Donato (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Ho soggiornato in questo B&B a Napoli e lo consiglio a tutti! La struttura è molto graziosa, curata nei dettagli e soprattutto pulitissima – l'igiene è evidente sin dal primo momento e viene mantenuta con grande attenzione. Un altro grande punto di forza è la cordialità e disponibilità dello staff, sempre pronti ad accoglierti con un sorriso e a darti consigli utili per vivere al meglio la città. Molto comodo anche il posto auto gratuito in un garage poco distante dalla struttura, ottimo per chi arriva in macchina e non vuole preoccuparsi del parcheggio in centro città. Infine, la colazione è semplice ma buona e completa, con prodotti freschi che soddisfano sia chi preferisce il dolce che chi ama iniziare la giornata con qualcosa di salato. Vicinissimo alla stazione e all’auto stazione di Napoli. Nel complesso, un’esperienza piacevole.

Inoltre puoi prendere la colazione e portarla in camera con il pratico vassoio. Le ragazze super carine e gentili. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri dalla struttura. Anche i signori che gestiscono il parcheggio molto cordiali.

• Borja (8/5): Hostal de batalla para una ciudad guerrera - Nada en particular destaca pero tampoco nada es lo suficientemente malo como para no recomendarlo: - La situación es muy "buena": Está al lado de la plaza Garibaldi, con conexión directa al aeroouerto (Alibús, 5€ por persona) pero es un barrio un tanto peculiar por lo caótico de las calles y las propias personas que transitan. Eso si, nunca se siente inseguridad porquen sempre hay vida en la calle. - Instalaciones: no es el hostal más cómodo del mundo pero tampoco hay nada horrible. Ducha con buena presión, cama blandita, desayuno de "batalla"...se podría mejorar la limpieza quizá. - Personal: las trabajadoras muy majas. Alguna sabe algo de inglés. Nada en particular. Quizá la limpieza podría mejorar. Los platos del desayino a veces estaban sucios y la habitacion tenia miguitas de los anteriores inquilinos.

• Akira (7/5): Diferente! - A ideia do proprietário foi bem diferente ao colocar vários quartos no espaço, eu nunca tinha visto nada parecido. Ao fazer a reserva havia entendido que era um hotel, mas não é. Ao entrar no prédio, você pega um elevador (que só funciona com uma moedinha de 10 centavos) e vai para o terceiro andar. A anfitriã (Angela, muito simpática e prestativa) nos passou uma senha que abre uma porta com uma recepção. Ao entrar, você pega a chave da sua acomodação e entra diretamente no seu quarto. O local estava limpo e arrumado, estávamos com uma impressão um pouco ruim do local, mas ao entrar no quarto nos tranquilizamos. A localização é muito boa para quem pretende se deslocar de transporte público Muitos ruídos dos quartos vizinhos e externos a noite toda. Na reserva do booking não estava claro que seria recebido por uma anfitriã. O estacionamento não fica no local, fica uns 300 mts distante.

The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. The location is great, very close to the metro. The staff member who assisted me was very friendly, provided detailed information about the accommodation, and helped promptly with everything I needed.
