- Loretta (8/5): I was pleasantly surprized how much I ended up enjoying being there. Would go again and recommend. - It seemed more like a bed and breakfast. Very peaceful. Would be great for retreats or wedding guests. Really liked the hot tub and cooling off in the pool. The breakfast was amazing - home cooked! It is a communal bathroom for a couple of rooms. It turned out okay because we were the only one using it. Would prefer my own bathroom though.

- Toutant (10/5): Quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and one of a kind! - Looks exactly like the pictures. The breakfast was so amazing and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I left the lodge with a huge smile on my face because it was such a positive experience. I travel a lot for work and stay in countless hotels and this is for sure the best place I’ve stayed at so far. I would absolutely stay here again when in Sundre. Nothing!
- Lynn (5/5): Comfortable place but missing staff and breakfast. - The location was handy for us and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice common area to sit in. There was only a shared bathroom with a small shower stall. The biggest concern, however was that we could not find anyone to serve breakfast, talk to or even to check out with. We tried for 45 minutes - it was eerily quiet and we could not find any staff. We had to leave a note with the keys to say we checked out.
- Guest (9/5): Comfortable. Quiet and clean and fabulous breakfast - The breakfast was great!! The location was great. HD stayed there 23 years before and also thought it was great Of course it being.more of a B n B we share bathroom is the only down side for me.
- Isn (2/5): Never again - Nothing Shared facilities .staff attitudes.breakfast don’t like it burnt .bathroom and bedroom not very clean.

- Christine (9/5): A lovely place to stay for the night. Just a few minutes outside of Sundre. Excellent breakfast served by the pool in - Quiet, well-equipped kitchen, nice comfy lounge area, coffee and tea available all the time, comfy bed.
- Natallia (8/5): Enjoyed my stay - Comfortable, nice facilities such as hot tub, lounge area. Shared bathroom but it did not cause any issues
- jason (10/5): Homie , quiet , - It’s perfect Nothing . It was perfect

- Sherry (10/5): Fabulous place, stay, food, will DEFINITELY be recommending, and be back!! - The property is set in the olden days, the smell, the look is by far the best authentic place. The rooms are very spacious, scenery in the common rooms are very home-like!!! The only thing we felt could be better, was the beds were super hard.

- Anonymous (10/5): Very pleasant stay. - Co-Owner Kelly is a one women cook, cleaner and manager and she does it efficiently and with a smile! No complaints.
- Ronda (10/5): We arrived with two women in their 80s and they were very happy with the accommodations/breakfast! - Kelly does an amazing job of making your stay feel like home. The rooms are very quiet and cozy and the breakfast is homemade to your schedule and is delicious. We will definitely stay there again!
Remember to bring a swim suit - the pool and hot tub are great! If you're travelling with people that have a hard time with stairs, there is only one room to reserve that has easier access so make sure you mention this when booking.
- Stevens (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Great host great location, great value, very clean and tidy
- Janette (9/5): Superb -
- Haayer (10/5): Amazing value - Amazing value ! Great hosts and a REAL breakfast. Thank you soon much
- Luella (8/5): Enjoyed our stay and would go back. - Breakfast exceptional. Room was more than we expected. It was easy to find. With all the construction on the main street, the staff were helpful in finding ways to get to our destination. there was nothing outstanding. We did note some minor things needed fixing but nothing that affected our stay. To see the for sale sign as we wondered what would happen to the lodge.
- Anonymous (10/5): Very good, we will visit again. - Breakfast, no complaints. The staff went the extra mile to ensure comfort to all her clients. Nothing.

- Odeta (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was so delicious, homemade by the owner and served by the pool. You get a list of options to choose from and everything she made for us was very tasty. Also, the portions were quite big, our kids received the same portions as us adults. Fresh, warm and satisfying breakfast-just what you need on a cold winter morning! Coffee is also freshly brewed for you, there is a nice variety of tea and coffee cream, too. We had a great stay at this lodge and will be back next time. There was nothing that we didn’t like.
- Lee (10/5): Amazing going back next year - Very friendly staff, cozy and comfortable felt like home

- Ruth (8/5): Comfortable, spotless, and homey accommodations within easy access to Sundre! - The lodge is in a beautiful setting across from the Sundre golf course. The building is a country style ranch house in a rustic setting. It has a welcoming reception, a pool, dining hall and lounge areas.
Although the room did not have its own bathroom/shower, these were very near by with plenty of amenities such as make-up remover, cotton pads, Q-tips, body cream, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
Plenty of fresh towels and amenities in the room, along with modern TV (with many channel choices). It had a discuss Kind-sized bed and lots of closet space.
Everything was spotless!
Kelly was super friendly, accommodating, and served a full and delicious breakfast. She gave great information about amenities, breakfast choices and information for which we were grateful.
The lounge area downstairs with spacious coffee/tea bar was homey and pleasing. Most welcoming! Bathroom was outside of guest room; but it was very close by, spacious and spotless.
- Margaret (10/5): Welcoming Bed & Breakfast with comfortable surroundings! - The staff was excellent! The lodge and patio and facilities were so much better than any hotel offers. The rooms were in the basement and the windows were tiny, but we only used it for sleeping so that made the dark restful.
- Gary (10/5): Loved this place - Everything was awesome
Best place we stayed on our bike trip
- Beverley (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was great. Fresh and hot.
Beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean and well equipped. We would definitely return.
- Wendy (10/5): Stay in this wonderful home away from home. - Super place where they welcome you like part of the family. Facilities were super clean. Very warm, cozy home away from home. Wonderful breakfast. The beds were just amazing - so comfy! The only complaint I can even think of was that the room got a bit hot overnight. That is it.
- Kris (10/5): Amazing place and a great family owned lodge. Would definitely recommend and stay at again - Hospitality was amazing and very personal. Loved the property and being pool side while having breakfast was definitely enjoyable.

We loved everything about it!!
- Anna (9/5): We plan on returning. - Very clean and comfortable. Everything needed was provided in the room and common areas. Breakfast was terrific. Beautiful quiet location. Pool and hot tub looked inviting. My partner had trouble with the stairs. We weren’t aware there were any.
- Wioleta (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very relaxing stay in Rustlers Lodge! Very clean and well maintained place. The owners are lovely people who go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I truly recommend that place!!
- Thomas (8/5): Pleasant lodge - close to town - Useful communal kitchen and seating area, pleasant setting - conveniently located just off main road, family-run business, cute dog and cat, and only a short drive in to town. I didn't really like the coffee at breakfast
- Tammy (8/5): Very good -
- Tanya (9/5): Quiet comfortable stay with a helpful host a and great breakfast. - This is a cozy and comfortable B&B. We enjoyed the quiet room that was nice and cool during a summer heat wave. Our room had a huge TV, comfy beds and a private bathroom which we also appreciated. The peaceful country location was very close to town. The breakfast was fantastic and the host was very helpful and responsive.
- Julie (7/5): Chillax time for me - Very peaceful and lovely clean rooms and public areas. The pool needs a little TLC. However, I understand this is costly. I just love my swim areas.
- Sierra (9/5): Superb -
- Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was delicious. Great location. Kelly, the owner who looked after us, is lovely. Nice clean amenities. Other guests we met were lovely. The cat is very friendly too!
- Marie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (9/5): Was a perfect overnight stay for us in an emergency situation; that was 5 stars; will have this on our hotel/vrbo li - Enough beds for family of 5. Availability in a last second emergency. Very nice room. Pleasant products, and the pool looked amazing. Unfortunately we were only there overnight. Hidden gem for sure. Sharing a bathroom with other guests. Not used to that. First time staying in a B’n’B and only for one night. But the bathrooms were very clean and nice products to use.
- Deanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Westergaard (8/5): Very good - The location worked well for our trip & was easy enough to find. The room was quiet & clean, the host was very friendly ... what's not to like?
- Mhialyn (10/5): Exceptional -

- Albin (9/5): Superb -
- Lorissa (7/5): Good -
- Nick (7/5): Good - Excellent Did not like not having my own bathroom. Did not know this before we got there.
- Jacquie (7/5): The stay was good. Hostess was very nice. But the cancellation policy is the pits. - The hostess was very kind and pleasant. I booked the wrong dates and within 15 minutes of booking I tried to change the dates - then I was shown the line that says no change in dates. Then I tried to cancel - then I was shown the line that says no cancellation. What hotel does that? Booking.com tried to contact the lodge to see if they could get a change in the dates or give a lower penalty rate. When the lodge did not respond to Booking.com, I was given a phone number and email to contact the Lodge myself. I sent 2 emails and left 2 voice messages and got not response. I finally gave up and just went. The place is not handicapped accessible. Lots of stairs, even one or two to get into a different room. Most of the bedrooms are in the basement with about 12 steep stairs going down and a handrail only on one side.

- Darren (9/5): Superb - Pure rustic charm and honest hospitality. Staying here is a little slice of the best of rural Alberta: comforts in a rugged pastoral setting with friendly, fun-loving hosts.
- Gaylene (8/5): It was a wonderful facility. - The delightful hot breakfast was truly appreciated. Rustlers Lodge exudes charm and character, creating a welcoming ambiance. The rooms offered great comfort, and the entire establishment was so very clean. Overall, Rustlers Lodge is a fantastic facility with exceptional service. Rustlers Lodge is exceptional in most regards, yet the shared common bathroom for the rooms stands out as its only downside.
- Darren (9/5): Superb -
- Jaely (10/5): Excellent Group Stay - Everything about our stay was great. Kelly was above and beyond helpful and accommodating even though our group was a little complicated. Everyone enjoyed the facilities especially the pool and hot tub and our room was perfect for our group. I don't have any complaints really, anything that went wrong was really because of a mistake on my end and not theirs.
