Münevver (10/5): - Merhaba Montreux tren garına 1 km mesafede konumu merkeze gayet yakın otel sahibi beyefendi çok yardımseverdi odam konusunda bana çok güzel bir oda verdi ve yardımcı oldu. Sabah uçuşun olduğu için yedi gibi otelden ayrılmak zorunda kaldım kahvaltı 7:30’da başladığı halde odama kahvaltılık alabilmem için yardımcı oldu kendisine buradan tekrar teşekkür ederim bu arada otel tren istasyonuna yakın olmasına rağmen ben hiçbir ses vs duymadım kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve güzeldi her yer tertemizdi. Yine söylemeden geçemeyeceğim Odanda bornoz ihtiyacım olan bütün eşantiyonlar vardı ben normalde terliğimi bir çok kişisel malzemelerimi yanımda taşırım. Yine orada çalışan hanım efendiye de güler yüzü ve hassas temizliği için teşekkür ediyorum

Otopark ucreti cok yuksek ve cevredeki otoparklarin saat 19dan sonra ucretsiz oldugu bilgisi paylasilsa, oralara park da iyi bir swcenek olabilirdi

Sara (8/5): - Cambié de fechas 2 días antes y fueron muy flexibles al respecto. Instalaciones muy modernas y estuve muy cómoda. Había desayuno incluido. La habitación estaba justo al lado de las vías de tren y no conseguí cerrar la ventana, así que a veces me despertaba el ruido, pero la cama era muy cómoda y me volví a dormir enseguida. A parte de eso el agua de la ducha se salía por el resto del baño.
van Loenhout (6/5): Mooi uitzicht, maar veel mankementen - De locatie is goed en prachtig uitzicht! We hadden niet goed gelezen (onze fout) dat je de badkamer deelt met andere gasten. Opzich geen probleem. Maar als die badkamer een hottub bevat die 40 min vol moet lopen voor je er in kan en je daardoor minstens 1 uur moet wachten voor je de badkamer kan gebruiken na een lange reisdag is verre van ideaal. Het voorgenoemde bad was ook nog eens kapot (de jets deden het niet) en liep tijdens het badderen leeg (waardoor de hele badkamervloer nat was). Geen ideaal verblijf dus, veel van de ammenities waren simpelweg anders dan tijdens de vriendelijke rondleiding verteld werd.

Chris (9/5): Fantastic, staff friendly and helpful, fabulous breakfast, so near to the Lake. - Breakfast was excellent I would go again despite the hotel being near to trains. Hotel du lac provide earplugs in each room for guests but I would take my own if i visited again. The trains are far less frequent at night but I'm a light sleeper.

Deborah (4/5): Beware the trains - Our host was very helpful BUT visitors should note that the train line runs directly next to the building - between it and the lake - and the trains run until about 3am. So make sure you don't book a room directly facing the railway lines! No lake view and trains running directly next to the building.
Sharla (9/5): A great stay for the price. - The host was kind, the beds were comfy, and the location was right by a bus stop, which was very handy. I wasn't expecting the private bathroom to be across a public hall from our room. I thought it was a bed and breakfast instead of a hostel. Still, we did have our own private bathroom as promised, so I am grateful for that.

Andreas (8/5): Wir hatten ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden. - Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Unser Zimmer war schön und sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Im Aufenthaltsraum konnte man sich zu jeder Zeit Kaffee kochen. Die Eisenbahnschienen direkt vor dem Hotel.

Mathieu (10/5): - L'établissement est très bien situé, tout est faisable à pied. Le personnel est très sympathique. Les espaces de vis sont très bien équipés. (Espace cuisine , petit déjeuner, salle de bain...) La chambre dispose de tout ce qu'il faut. Le seul point d'attention, c'est la proximité de certaines chambres à côté de la voie ferrée. Mais il nous a été proposé une autre chambre si ça nous gênait.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist gut gelegen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich! Für die Kids (und auch Erwachsene) hat es Spiele und sogar ein gratis Pacmanautomat. Sehr cool!! Der Zug ist leicht hörbar.

Kaeren (10/5): Great B&B very near town amd the lake - Our host was exceptionally friendly amd helpful. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was fantastic. We had use of a washing machine and drier which was spot on for our group as we were over to do outdoor swimming (and there was a lovely swim spot 5 mins away). Five mins walk from the centre or a bus stop one minute away from the guest house which was free with a Riviera card that you get. I would most definitely book again. These weren't things I didn't like, but others might need to consider. My room had a shared bathroom with one other room. It was no problem at all for me and it was really like my own bathroom in reality. Trains went right past my room (there are rooms where this isn't so). Ear plugs are provided, but it wasnt a problem for me and I didn't use the ear plugs.

Gabor (9/5): Affordable clean hotel in a great location close to the lake - Very nice small hotel in an older building with a perfect location. Few steps to the lake and to bus no 201. Great communication. Nice fresh breakfast. The rooms have shared bathrooms, but the bathroom/toilet I needed to share was only for 2 rooms, so it was okay. The only negative part is the train track next to the window. I knew it, but it is noisy. Fortunately there are no trains in the middle of the night.

Juliette (8/5): Lovely building, great host, fab breakfast, good location. - It is a good location. I walked 30 mins along the beautiful flower promenade around the edge of the lake to see Chillin Castle and back in the morning. Then was able to get the midday train to Interlaken. The building is lovely and it is very well equipped with access to a kitchen as well as a fridge in your room. Lots of additional thought has been given with nice soaps and extras in the rooms. The breakfast is good with a big range and caters for a variety of doetaries. I don’t really want to complain as it was good value and so much care had been taken, but I’d have to recommend ear plugs as you can hear other visitors though the door (it’s a lovely floorboarded property). The train is close by too but that doesn’t bother me

Logan (9/5): Great place, would stay again! - The property was clean, well maintained, easy to find, and provides breakfast. The place is near the the promenade which has a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. The facility is about 30 minute walk to Chillon Castle. 15 minute walk from the train station. Be aware the bathrooms are shared with one other guest room. The train also passes by, but wasn’t that loud. We could also hear the other guests conversations easily through the walls/ door.

Ruaida (5/5): Insgesamt war kein besonders angenehmer Aufenthalt - Ist nah am See Freundliche Personal Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ging nur auf eine Wand, und durch die darüber verlaufende Zugstrecke war es zudem recht laut. Überraschend war auch, dass es nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad gab – das war bei der Buchung nicht klar. Im Zimmer fehlte ein Spiegel, und für ein Doppelzimmer gab es nur einen Stuhl, was unpraktisch ist. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte aber verbessert werden (z. B. weniger stark gezuckerter Joghurt und stattdessen frische Optionen wie griechischer Joghurt mit frisch geschnittenen Früchten).

We had the most delicious breakfast each morning that we have experienced in Europe thus far. Our room was right next to the rail line. Pretty loud until the trains stopped running from 2400 to 0500.

Maravilloso Lo único que el baño no lo tienes dentro de la habitación, está fuera en el pasillo pero enfrente y cerrado con tú llave para sólo tú utilizar lo,en compensación lo encuentras completo: toallas, albornoz, cepillo de dientes con pasta colgate, bastones algodón para los oídos, cepillo para el pelo, tapones oídos para dormir, etc. ..

Le pass riveria qui permet d’avoir des réductions sur les transports et activités . La propreté des lieux. . Super literie.

Large room with lots of space for 3 children and appreciated having our own table. Beds were very comfortable including the provided cot. Room was baby/toddler safe. Generous breakfast. The trains on the bridge go very close to the window and continue at night. Wasn't as noisey as we feared and we still slept quite well but because the curtains don't fit the window, you get lights flashing across the room as well as some noise. Children loved watching them.

Wenna (7/5): Great access to the lake - Location was great. Breakfast was simple but good. Rooms was well-served with extras, such as bathrobes and lamps (important when 5 people are in one room and some want to read in bed!). The room was spacious and accommodation only a minute's walk away from the lake and a 2.5km walk to Chillon Castle, which was fabulous, as we were only there for one night and wanted to make the most of our time. 'Private' bathroom was not private but across the hallway and seemingly shared with two other rooms. It was still immaculately clean and robes were provided but if you book accommodation with a private bathroom, you don't expect to have to leave yout room in the middle of the night to use the loo AND remember to take the bathroom door key with you!

ÖV vor dem Hause. Die Location ist neu renoviert, schöne Einrichtung in einem alten Haus. Gutes Frühstück, nette Leute… Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top! Wir haben das Bad/WC geteilt mit einem anderen Zimmer - war ok für Kurzaufenthalt.
