• eleiro (10/5): Cubrio ampliamente - Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza San Marcos. Es importante para poder volver durante el dia, unos minutos y tomar fuerzas para seguir. Muy cálida la recepción por parte de conserje. Delicadeza en el desayuno un buen café, y galletitas.
• Nathalie (8/5): vraiment une excellent chambre Bed sans breakfast. - C'est une maison d'hôte confortable, très bien tenue, avec une personne très accueillante. Pas de petit déjeuner mais une machine a café à disposition et une boulangerie à proximité. Nous avions une porte fermée dans la chambre qui jouxtait une autre chambre et on entendait du bruit. Heureusement nos voisins étaient très discrets.

• Reinhard (6/5): Tolle Lage, aber man muss sich selber helfen. - Mir war nicht klar, dass es eher um ein AirBnB als ein Hotel handelt. Es gibt kein Frühstück. In der Gemeinschaftsküche gibt es für 4 Gasträume nur 2 Tische. Als einziges Personal haben wir lediglich eine Putzfrau kennengelernt, die aber nur Italienisch sprach. Die Kommunikation war schwierig. Es gibt keine Angestellten, also kann man bei Schwierigkeiten niemanden fragen, sonder lediglich eine SMS schreiben. Außerdem wurde nach unserer Abreise eine "City-Tax" verlangt, obwohl wir 3 Nächte in der Stadt gewohnt haben. Mal sehen, wie das ausgeht.

• Valentina (10/5): Camera excelenta in centrul Veneției - Locatia exceptionala, camera foarte curata si un restaurant superb la parter! Patul comod, dusul excelent. Langa piata San Marco dar pe o strada linistita, ideal pentru a te plimba serile pe malul mării. Sejurul nostru scurt a fost minunat! Singura mica neplacere a fost ca era cam intuneric in camera, asa se intampla pe stradutele inguste cu o alta casa in față.
• Hannah (5/5): Great location but horrible if you are allergic to mold. - The location was the best part about this place. Very close to San Marco and not too many bridges to cross with our bags. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. Biggest compliant was the large amount of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was enough that we kept the bathroom fan on whenever we were in the room and kept our toothbrushes in the bedroom as a precaution.

• Sherri (9/5): This was a good place to stay. - This property was located in a good area for our planned activities. The residence was clean and the hostess was very responsive. Our only complaint with the property was the size of the shower. It was extremely small for average size adults. However, the water was warm and the fixtures had good water pressure.

• Thomas B (9/5): Excellent, functional, room in the middle of the historic district. - The location is excellent, half-way between Saint Mark's Plaza and La Fenice Theater. The address shows up on City Mapper, and the management sent photos that helped located the door, which is down an ally. Management sent an access code to the door onto the street, and the room key was in the lock in the door to the room. There are 5 rooms up one flight of stairs from the street. The room was fine, not elegant, but fairly large and well heated. There is no one from management present, so if you want advice from a concierge about Venice, you'll be out of luck, but it's an excellent base for exploration. While we were there, it was very quite in the room.

Situata a 40mt circa da Piazza San Marco!! Niente di negativo da segnalare. Solo a livello informativo, è importante sapere che per accedere bisogna fare una rampa di scale.

• JaumeFerrer (10/5): Una maravella d'estança per una maravella de ciutat. - Casa Venier te la millor ubicació al costat de la plaça Sant Marcos i als carrers de les botigues més luxoses, al vell mig de Venecia, aprop de tot arreu. Una habitació amb bany tot molt net? tot amb un servei impecable de la Svitlana que es molt atenta i molt fàcil de contactar quan arribes i quan la necessites. Tornarem i ho recomanarem a tots els nostres amics.

La posizione è ottima, vicinissima alle principali attrazioni e comodissima da raggiungere. La camera era molto pulita e silenziosa, nonostante la zona centrale. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Struttura che consiglio senza dubbio.

Tesisin sahibi svetly mükemmel uyumlu ve her sorununuza çözüm üretmeye hazır birisi. Havalimanından san marcoya vardığınızda( deniz otobüsü ile) hangi durakta inerseniz inin 500 metre sonra tesiste oluyorsunuz. Yatakları çok rahat tuvalet ve banyosu temiz ve kişisel eşyaların heps var. Türk insanına göre tesis biraz soğuk dedik ve klima kumandası istedik klima ile gece terleyecek kadar bunaldık.

Nada, todo genial, destacar que tiene una pequeña cocina para café tés, nevera y una fregadera, no para cocinar pero si puedes desayunar. Nos facilitaron dejar las maletas en el lugar porque el buró salía tarde y nos vino muy bien.

• Carmen (9/5): Fantastische Lokation für ein Wochenende in Venedig - Komfortables Zimmer im Zentrum von San Marco! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren prima zu fuß erreichbar. Zimmer war groß und sauber, Betten bequem, Bad renoviert. Es war alles da was man für ein Wochenende in Venedig benötigt. Personal war freundlich und bemüht, Check-in & -out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Es gab auch eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Preis/Leistung TOP!!! Nichts, alles bestens! Statt den Karibikbildern an der Wand wären Fotos von Venedig passender gewesen. Aber das ist nur mein persönlicher Designvorschlag...

Não tivemos problemas para encontrar o local, pois nos enviaram mensagem no WhatsApp com todas as informações. Local bem movimentado e apesar do tempo estar frio, o quarto era bem quente. Pedimos o controle do ar condicionado e a resposta foi de que não era possível e que não tinha o que fazer pra me ajudar, apenas sugeriu que se eu estava com calor deveria abrir a janela. Ou a gente passava calor e dormia sem barulho, ou a gente abria a janela e ficava ouvindo todo barulho de fora. Alem disso, a janela fica de frente pra janela de outra acomodação, então da pra ver tudo, o que gera incomodo.

No tengo pega ninguna. La ubicación es perfecta. Para subir a las habitaciones hay que subir escaleras. Como punto top, nos hicieron la habitación! Gracias La única cosita que podría decir es que no repusieron el café y la leche de la habitación. Pero por decir algo, porque todo estuvo perfecto.
