• Ivana (10/5): - We spent five wonderful days in the Rosa Linde - „Wittgenstein” double room. The apartment is located on a quiet street and has the charm of a traditional Viennese residence, with high ceilings that create a sense of space and elegance. At the same time, it is warm, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the city center. The walk itself is a real pleasure, as most of the route goes through pedestrian areas where you can admire Vienna’s beautiful architecture. Karl is a fantastic host — always available, kind, and helpful. He provided us with detailed information and recommendations that made our stay in Vienna even more enjoyable. For our next visit to Vienna, we will definitely choose Rosa Linde again. /
• Dori (9/5): - prior to the check in date Karl made sure to contact us and give us all the information to insure a smooth check in and stay. The location is superb, we literally walked everywhere, the neighbourhood is pleasant with excellent restaurants and shops nearby. The room and entire facility were clean and pleasant, meeting all of our needs and making sure we feel comfortable.
• Lydia (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft in exzellenter Lage - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, es gibt viele tolle Möglichkeiten Frühstück zu bekommen, die U-Bahn ist gleich um die Ecke und auch der Bus ist sehr praktisch. Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer. Auch das Bad war sehr gross und alles makellos sauber. Einchecken lief auch spät in der Nacht problemlos, das Gepäck konnte nach Check-Out gelagert werden. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten. 10/10 Wenn man sehr kritisch sein will: Wir fanden die Matratze sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, man liegt praktisch in Kuhlen. Wahrscheinlich eine Memory-foam, die sich schon an einige Menschen erinnert...

Karl and Erich are amazing hosts. Friendly and helpful. Great communication with their clients and quick response when we needed some help. The room even has a desk if you need to work remotely. Nothing wrong with their room.

• Inna (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this room in Vienna! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and very easy to reach. The apartment itself was spotless (and I’m extremely picky about cleanliness), which made me feel immediately comfortable. Communication was smooth and quick, and Karl was very kind, even waiting for me upon arrival. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed—different teas, coffee, a fridge, hair dryer, umbrellas and more. Honestly, I can’t think of a single downside. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Les couleurs de la salle de bain et ses installations nous ont ravis. Les personnes qui nous ont accueillis sont généreuses, très sympathiques et discrètes. Ils mettent à disposition de leurs visiteurs tout le nécessaire pour se préparer un petit déjeuner avec café, thé et tisanes offerts. L’immeuble, son entrée, sa cage d’escalier et son ascenseur sont pittoresques. Le quartier est plutôt calme et vivant, avec des bistrots et des magasins plein d’intérêt. Le centre historique de Vienne est à 20 min de marche à travers des rues agréables. Les transports en commun sont proches et faciles à utiliser avec l’application Wien mobile. RAS

• Vivianna (10/5): Very nice and as advertised - It is exactly as shown in pictures. Beautiful building on the outside and inside. Very good location with metro and tram being super close. Also it is 2 min walk from a street full of stores and restaurants. The owner was really helpful and kind when communicating. There is a common space where you have coffee/tea or use the fridge. The only thing was that the bathroom bin was too small and thus full in a day. The towels were worn out and they smelled awful after the first use. The owner entered the room without asking first in order to get a form we had to fill in, I would rather have given it to him in person.

The high ceilings and the big space made the room feel almost meditative, and going into the lovely bathroom every morning I almost thought I was still dreaming. We wished we'd been able to stay longer – both to see more of Vienna and to meet Karl in person. Unfortunately, we missed each other because of our timings but we hope to come back and set that right!

• Clara (8/5): Great location, very clean and quiet. We would come back! - Perfectly clean room, quiet and very well located. Everything is reachable by foot and there are tons of coffee shops, restaurants and shops around. You're also in walking distance from the Mariahilferstrasse, one of the main shopping streets, and from the old city center. The pillows were too soft - we still slept good, and everything else was good! Be aware that the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a simple sliding glass door - so limited privacy but for couple it should be fine!

Appreciated being away from the crowded tourist area of the Inner Stadt but within walking distance of all the attractions. The neighborhood is safe and friendly with many outdoor restaurants, young families and shopping. The room was large, comfortable and secure. Karl is a welcoming and helpful host. I can't recommend Rosa Linde enough. So happy I made this choice for Vienna.
