• Alina (1/5): Horrible - The view from the room is beautiful The sneezing inside, absolutely disgusting. The towels had stains, 2 cups were broken. Nothing else no dowhsoap, sink etc. the bed is not comfortable(too low) no bins bags, no shower gel. Horrible. Would never recommend anyone to stay there

• Stéphane (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Emplacement parfait. Bien centré et au calme. Un peu petit. Pour deux nuits, ça va mais pas plus.
• Denis (6/5): Très dispendieux mais ok pour une nuit - Emplacement central à Zermatt bien qu'on doive monter pas mal pour se rendre. Il faut bien suivre les indications car pas évident à trouver. Plutôt minimaliste pour le prix, mais je présume qu'il faut s'attendre à ça à Zermatt.
• Jack (8/5): Good location, out of the way but not too far, nice views - The property was in a good location, and the elevator was lifesaving. The room was nice, and there were good views. The only thing to note is that the bed is on the floor, so if you have mobility issues, that may be worth considering. The mini fridge was broken and didn't work, but I was there in October so I could keep my food on the balcony, and the temps outside functioned just as well as a fridge. I would stay here again. • Carolina (8/5): Great view over Zermatt!!!! - Great communication with host and detailed instructions. Modern room. With good closet for cloth storage. Above Zermatt, great view, super central, accessible via Omnia hotel lift. Very nice balcony, small fridge available. As in many reviews, the bed is really low, like a Japanese bed, with a wooden frame that is super loud when you turn during the night. Soft mattress. Would be great to have two more pillows as many guests sleep with two.

• Nicolas (8/5): Great location & views. - Very close to the town centre, great views over Zermatt. The check in and out procedures were easy to follow and we got detailed instructions in advance. Switzerland is an expensive country to visit.

• 念慈 (8/5): 訂房後必須確認有沒有收到入住規範 - 晚上陽台看出去就是策馬特的夜景，很美！日出走出去一小段回頭就可以看到馬特洪峰！ 我平常沒有收信的習慣，不知道訂房後會立刻收到入住相關規範，這也關係到電梯的使用。等到來到瑞士才開始跟房東索取入住須知，但根本聯絡不上房東，電話沒接，email也不回 :(還好旅伴看到一樓佈告欄有張貼一張不知名聯繫方式，最後非常波折才聯繫上！但電梯是最後一天checkout 才使用上！拉行李上山真的要人命.....

• Eleanor (8/5): Good value but hard to locate. - Very simple but had what you needed( mostly). Beds were comfortable, room and bath were clean. The small fridge seemed not to work. There were light bulbs missing or out. Most difficult was that since there were no staff ( all internet), it was hard for us to get help when we couldn’t locate the place.

• F Thorpe (10/5): - Fint rum med balkong och utsikt över Zermatt. Bra att det fanns kylskåp och vi fick möjlighet till sen utcheckning vilket var väldigt uppskattat. Det var lite problem med hissen när vi var där. Men det kanske bara var tillfälligt. Det var alltså inget problem för oss utan vi såg det som lite extra träning.

• Audrey (10/5): Une vue superbe pour se ressourcer - La vue superbe du logement surplombant Zermatt et la terrasse qui a permis de profiter de ce séjour reposant. L'ascenseur était très appréciable pour les bagages.
• Joachim (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE…owner can not be trusted - Nothing We arrived at 5:10, the check-in time was 5:00. When we opened the door, the room was filthy and had not been serviced after the previous guest. We attempted to contact the property owner and got no response. We waited 30 minutes while booking.com tried to reach the owner as well and they were not able to. We had to book another hotel last minute at a much higher price so that we had somewhere to sleep. To make matters worse, when trying to resolve the issue through booking.com, the owner is claiming we showed up early and doesn’t want to provide a refund. Thankfully we took video and pictures that have time/date stamps. We are still battling to get a refund 😔

• Greg (10/5): An excellent place from which to base our Zermatt adventures! - The view was fantastic over the town below and the apartment was just what we needed! Appreciate using the lift and the location was very convenient to the Main Street. Nothing!
• Daniel (6/5): It’s okey don’t expect much. - View and calm Instructions weren’t clear for the Lift code ( should be send without asking for any passport copy it compromised the data of the guest) the apartment was not cleaned and some appliances were broken like the tap of the sink.
• Cheng (9/5): Great Value in central location. - Great location. Right in the heart of town. Nice view over the town from balcony The room was exactly as pictured. Get an elevator code for easier access Agent was responsive and helpful if you have any concerns. Would definitely stay again in the future. A little difficult to locate the place at first. Follow email instructions closely. Easy to miss entrance to elevator. Look out for sign to The Omnia Hotel. Not recommended if you gave mobility issues.
• John (4/5): View from balcony very good, apartment not adequate - The view was magnificent Low bed, some light out or missing, no shower mat, sink tap didn’t function properly, dusty pubic hairs in bathroom, no complimentary tea/coffee, personal items a small amount of shower gel, no soap on sink. Towels skimpy

• Chris (7/5): Good Value for your money. Remember you paid for being in Zermatt in General. - Location and accessibility is fine, comfortable place to retire after a long day up the Alps. Aside from the nice view and quiet environment, the room is just enough to relax if you are up and about in daytime and stay there only in the evening. Key storage method was a bit uncomfortable. Pillows could be a bit better.

• Aniko (10/5): Lovely location. Nice facility. - To get code for elevator you need to send info days before arrival. This is impossible if making reservation short notice. A better process for sending elevator codes should be devised. Maybe send with the reservation confirmation? European Hotels all tend to have skinny pillows which does not work for people that sleep on their side. Extra pillows or a variety of pillow firmness would be nice.

• Kevin (6/5): Pleasant - Lovely view with balcony. location from the station and although its up a steep hlll there is a lift from the main street. You need lift code from the owner in advance. Bed very low on floor level. Pillows lumpy so not giving any support. No extra pillows available. Bedlinen very crumpled on arrival. Was it fresh on the bed? Floor needed a good clean as socks had fluff stuck to them. Needed painting to freshen anda new shower curtain. They dont cost much! We were unaware of booking. Com link where we had to fill in passport info to get info to access the room / use the lift. Owner hadnt sent a reminder to alert us we hadnt checked in and sent us the lift number so we had walked up a very steep path with cases and couldnt find / access room. A reminder would have been appreciated. We have never had this problem before.
• David (9/5): A great value in Zermatt! - Location and view were outstanding. Value compared to many other choices was also terrific. It was basic, but essentials covered. Small frig was a nice surprise as not listed in description. Manager was very responsive with information. View is down the valley the opposite way from the Matterhorn but stunning nonetheless. No complaints! May be a bit challenging for elderly folks for access up steep footpaths and bed is very low.

• Nathaniel (7/5): Convenient location to access Zermatt, potentially contact owner to clarify directions to service elevator. - Extremely well located to access anything and everything you need in Zermatt! Use of the service elevator to access the room was extremely handy for moving luggage to and from Worded directions to find the elevator to the property were accurate, but accompanying google map image then contradicted these directions, which made the ground level “entrance” hard to find. Once found though the elevator was very convenient.

• Tanya (8/5): Great view of Zermatt and good proximity to city centre - The room was cute and cosy and easily accessible from the main town. Check in instructions were also very clear and easy. Balcony also had a great view. No soap in the bathroom (both handwash and bodysoap). Room got very hot at night with no air-conditioning however it was very cold outside so couldn't open windows.
• Mr (9/5): A rare budget gemstone in pricey Zermatt - The fantastically scenic view at the balcony over the town (as shown in the photo), and the price was quite nice. The close proximity to the train station. A "little" uphill hike to get to the apartment, which was a challenge with heavy luggage. Cleaning around the bed could get a little more thorough overall - it didn't bother me, but could've easily bothered other people

• Meenakshi (7/5): Good - View was good Lift to the homestay was not working and it is on a height. It was very difficult to climb with the luggage. Nobody picked up my call.

Location was badly to go , it was on hill and I didn’t know before, I spent time 2 hrs for checking in amid heavy raining, calling 6 times to owner but not picked it up, the signboard was unclear because it had 2 buildings but I didn’t know which one
• André (6/5): Did the job -- a safe place to sleep - The location is really good; the view is amazing It was difficult to get inside the room. It could use some more amenities in my opinion. It's expensive but that is the standard for Zermatt.
• Mehernaaz (8/5): Lovely room for a short stay in a residential building. - The room itself was lovely. Compact, perfect for 2 people. Neat clean, probably recently renovated and well maintained, the bathroom especially was lovely. The view was lovely too. Also, the lift going up to the place was a life saver. I think if it hadn't been there I would have not been ok with the location at all because the climb was a bit much. The response from the team was good too. I booked a few hours before I was to reach and they sent me the password for the lift etc. I also had another small issue relating to finding the place which also was solved quickly and efficiently over a call. There could have been better signage. There's just 1 board pointing in a particular direction and nothing after that. I called out to the building to ask if this was the place, a resident answered that this was the building but I needed to figure out my room which I just couldn't. I wasn't told what room. It's essentially a residential building, so after going up and down twice, I had to call them to find the room. The response was prompt and clear. But if there was just some signage, It would have been smoother to start with. Might have been nice to have some tea bags or instant coffee to go with the kettle.

• Vickyfailadi (9/5): Superb - Amazing view, friendly host, refurbished space Bed was a bit hard, there wasn't any handsoap and shampoo in the bathroom. It would be nice to have a second chair at the balcony.
