Il parcheggio va concordato in anticipo ma i contatti con la proprietà non sono facili (a me non hanno risposto sulla chat di Booking e nemmeno su whatsapp. Ho dovuto chiedere ad un altro esercente di chiamarli, alla fine il parcheggio è stato risolto). Colazione ok. La stanza non era pulitissima, abbiamo avvertito subito odore di fumo e notato qualche formichina qui e la. Contatti complicati.
• Ognjen (7/5): Lijep i ugodan boravak - Izvrsna lokacija u centru grada, lako su dostupne sve znamenitosti u starom gradu, na pješačkoj udaljenosti. Ugodan smještaj i domaćini. Vrlo dobar doručak. Rezervacija za parking se potvrđuje nakon rezervacije smještaja obzirom da nema dovoljno mjesta. Nama je to bilo bitno jer smo putovali autom a mjesto za parking u tom području je teško naći.

• Guliyeva (9/5): - We like everything, especially a warm welcome from the host. She herself served a breakfast and always offered Turkish tea and Bosnian coffee. She was a really nice lady, with a smile and respect to guests.. Room was larger than most hotels provide. It was clean and comfortable. Location is great, in a 5-minute walk to the old town, but, at the same time, it was a quiet place for well sleeping, with opened windows. A bus/tram station is in a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so you can easily use a bus from the international airport as well as trams to visit the main attractions and go to the railway station.

• Zeynep (10/5): Merkezde ve yürüme mesafesi - Tesisin konumu çok güzeldi, sebile çok yakın ve düzlük yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve boldu. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Resepsiyondaki Nuray hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz, gezilecek ve alışveriş yapılacak yerler konusunda bize çok yardımcı oldu.Odamız çok büyüktü, odada kahve makinesi,çay makinesi, çay ve kahve vardı.

• Gürkan (10/5): “Keyifli ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi” - Saraybosna seyahatimiz sırasında Hotel Berr’de konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Otelin merkezi konumu, şehri keşfetmek isteyenler için büyük bir avantaj sağlıyor. Başçarşı’ya yürüme mesafesinde olması, her gün farklı yerleri kolayca gezmemize olanak tanıdı. Oda konforu ve temizlik konusunda otel gayet başarılıydı. Odalar ferah ve hijyenikti. Nuray hanım ve Buse hanım son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi; her konuda destek oldular. Yok

Resepsiyonda duran beyfendi amca çok sinirli gergin niye geldiniz ki bakışlarıyla çok rahatsız ediciydi. 3 gün kahvaltı yaptık. İlk sabah bir grup sabah 8.00 de kahvaltı yapacak siz 9 da inin dediler. 9 da indiğimizde grup hala oturuyor ve yiyecek birşey kalmamış tekrar hazırlamaya çalıştılar. Kahvaltı 3 gün boyunca aynı şeyler vardı çeşitlilik beklemeyin.

• Myron (8/5): A conseiller vivevement. - Le point fort cet établissement est la gentillesse de ses gérants, la cuisine de son petit déjeuner, et son emplacement proche de la ligne de tram. A conseiller sans restriction. Un grand merci. La wifi qui ne va pas jusqu'à la salle à manger. A noter que la Bosnie n'est pas intégrée aux forfaits mobiles français.

Küçük kızımlada çok ilgilendi bu çok değerli.otel çalışanlarının Türkçe bilmesi bize büyük kolaylık sağladı. Mutfak bölümündeki Boşnak abla da çok yardımseverdi .çokçok tavsiye👍👍👍

• Bahar (8/5): Keyifliydi. - Buse hanım iyi ki var, çok yardımsever, güler yüzlü, bayıldık ❤️ Türkçe konuşmaları harika. Çarşıya çok yakın merkezde bi otel. Otelden çıktığınız gibi marketler var. Çok yeni bir otel değil ama temiz, dışarısı çok soğuk olmasına rağmen oda sıcacıktı. Dışardan gürültü falan gelmiyor. Yine gitsek kalırız. Su tesisatına bakılmalı.

• Katja (6/5): - Direkt an der Altstadt. Super fußläufig alles, aber entsprechend laut durch den Verkehr. Großes Zimmer mit 5 Betten in einem großen Zimmer. Am Abend konnten wir den Frühstücksraum nutzen zum zusammensitzen. Parkplätze extrem schwierig, wurde aber uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Personal war freundlich. Leider kann nur eine Mitarbeiterin englisch. Das machte die Kommunikation etwas schwierig. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, aber etwas eintöning. Der Straßenlärm war der zentralen Lage geschuldet.

• Ayyildiz (10/5): Awesome, sympathic, helping personalr. - The personal, breakfast and location is just top notch. You are just a few meters away from the center, and can eeach everywhere by walks. You can even have parking lots, as it is almost impossible to find any other parking slot in the city which is near to the center.
• Sulejman (7/5): - Die Nähe zu Baščaršija war sehr gut, Parkplatz wurde organisiert, wir haben während des ganzen Aufenthaltes kein Auto benötigt (das Parkplatzproblem gibt es wie in jeder Großstadt), wir waren viel mit Öffis und zu Fuß unterwegs und haben die Stadt auf diesem Weg erkundet). Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Zimmer sind komfortabel aber sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es müsste investiert werden, ein bißchen ausgemalt und ein paar Verbesserungen im Badezimmer müssten durchgeführt werden, es ist in die Jahre gekommen, Bodenbeläge sind bereits sehr alt und fleckig, Vorhängestangen defekt, Türklinke fallen ab, die Ventilation im Bad funktioniert nicht, Fenstermarkisen sind überall defekt, Fön war defekt Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig (mehr Brötchen und frische Brötchen würden die Gäste beglücken).
• Radosław (7/5): Super miejsce. - Śniadania bardzo dobre! Lokalizacja świetna-blisko centrum, dosłownie parę kroków. Personel bardzo przyjazny. Obsługa i dbałość o gości. Recepcja czynna cały czas.
• Natál (7/5): Kiváló helyen, igényes családi szoba. - A szállás nagyon jó helyen található, 2 perc gyaloglásnyira a bazártól. Az utca sarkán kiváló pékség található, fizetni csak helyi pénzben és készpénzben lehetséges. Családi szobát igenyeltünk, kellően nagy volt. Takaró a szekrényben található. Tea bekészítve várt bennünket. A szállásadók rendkívül kedvesek, minden nagyon tiszta. A város zaja -firgalom- beszűrődik, nehezen tudtam elaludni a dudálások miatt.

It was in a good location for city trips, within 700 meters the old town with its bazaar atmosphere, Baščaršija, the Bey Mosque of Gázi Huszrev, the memorial site of the assassination of Ferenc Ferdinand, the Srebrenica Memorial Museum, and many other attractions. • Dejan (10/5): - Izjemna lokacija, toplo priporočam! Znamenitosti so v neposredni bližini hotela in zlahka dostopne peš. Po 50 metrih hoje se znajdete v Baščaršiji. Sobe so čiste in udobne, zajtrk je bil okusen. Parkiranje je bilo brezplačno. Osebje je zelo prijazno in vedno pripravljeno pomagati. Hvala! Po mojih izkušnjah, če česa ne veste, se ustavite in vprašajte. Vedno vam bodo pomagali, kjerkoli v državi.

• Berk (10/5): Magnificent - hotel is located at city centre. you can walk easily to everywhere. if you want to see Bascarsi you will arrive on 3-4 minutes walk. hotel location is very well. rooms are clean and silent. you can feel all comfortable choices.
