• Guest (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal mit vielen guten Tipps. Im Restaurant echt bosnisches Essen. Zimmer wurden vor kurzem renoviert. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Bad recht klein. Kein TV Empfang wegen techn. Problem (wir durften dann im Restaurant Basketball EM ansehen).

La colazione è buona anche se un po' lenta ad arrivare dato che va su ordinazione! Consiglio di provare il ristorante della struttura Il nostro bagno aveva una vasca senza tenda, non è stato quindi possibile fare una doccia

Olabildiğince yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar altı işlek bir restoran üst katlar sanırım otel konseptine yakın zamanda dönmüş eksikleri var. 15 dk yol yürüyerek tranvaya ulaşıyorsunuz rahat başçarşıya 10 dk da gidiyor. Havaalanına arabayla 14dk . Biz akşamları etrafta gezinti yaptık doğası güzel olduğu için ve sakinliği sevenler için güzel . 2.20 km kişi başı trnavay bileti. Şoföre ödeme yapılıyor otelin hemen yanında da taksi durağı var. Otelin restoranı güzel kaiteli yemekler çıkıyor. Kuzu çevirmesi meşhur sanırım porsiyonu 22 km idi. Wifi yok sadece en alt katta çekiyor yurtdışı seyahatinde wifi çok önemlidir üst kattaki odalarda çekmemesi büyük eksiklik. Biz 5 gece konakladık ailecek ve bu 5 gecede odaya hiç temizlemek için giren olmadı en azından yerler süpürülür çöpler alınırdı odanın kenarı çöp yığını oldu. Saç kurutma makinası birkaç odanın ortak her odada olması gereken birşey. Mini dolap yok odalarda. Sistemini henüz tam oturtamamış 2 gece kalacaksanız mantıklı ama uzun kalacaksanız zorlanabilirsiniz.

Nothing everything was really good the people, host and the property it self is worth the value and I’m very happy with my experience.

• Richter (8/5): - Mit der Bahn schnell und günstig ins Zentrum. Gutes Bett und ruhige Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Essen an der Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen! Individuelles Frühstück wird je nach Wunsch erstellt und frisch zubereitet. Motorrad an der Unterkunft gut untergebracht. Keine Dusche sondern nur Sitzbadewanne. Bad renovierungsbedürftig.

• Igor (10/5): Jederzeit wieder... - Sehr gutes Restaurant und Preiswert, im EG, liess keine wünsche offen. Kleiner garten wo sich Kinder austoben konnten. Parkplatz dabei. Und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer nähe. Evtl. Die Lage mit dem Auto zur Innenstadt ca 10min bis 15min.

Das Personal war einmalig und klasse, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war fantastisch und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Zudem war die Lage perfekt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. It was nice to have the rooms with private bathrooms and available towels every day. Restaurant availability to get food when needed. Parking availability at the restaurant. Rooms did not have any refrigerator. At least small refrigerator would help to keep a drink cold while spending time in the room. Not sure how they could help but locking doors at 10 pm was not very convenient for us returning back to our room after that time.

• Krista (9/5): Charming family run b&b - The owner was a lovely man, he showed us where they roast the meat. He brought us to our room and explained how everything worked. There was also a security guard to let us in if we chose to stay out late.

• Elena (10/5): A great place - My first impression about Sjaj Bed and Breakfast was the great communication with the owner. We were a big group and that was the first visit to Sarajevo for all of us. So I had many questions. I received answers to all of them. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome. The restorant worked a little bit longer so we could have dinner. The owners and the staff were friendly and supportive. In the rooms we had everything that we needed. They are clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was delicious and personnel were very friendly and patient. We had a great time there.

• Edy__ (9/5): - B&B situato a pochi km dal centro ma isolato dal traffico e dal caos cittadino Oste disponibile e gentile, la struttura è situata sopra ad un ristorante con parcheggio e portiere notturno. Le camere sono dotate di tutto il necessario, piccole ma confortevoli, il letto è molto comodo.

• Toyyinn (4/5): An unfortunate experience… - Generally, the staff here are cheerful and flexible; unfortunately, my experience there revealed some major service issues which I hope their management will address for future guests. There was no hot water during my stay. I MIGHT have been okay showering with cold water, but the water was FREEZING like it was being piped from a cold water spring. Two reactions of the staff turned this experience from disappointing to disgraceful: 1) REFUSAL TO CONSIDER REASONABLE SOLUTIONS After 30 minutes of staff telling me to wait for the cold water to turn hot (which it never did), I asked to use the bathroom facilities in another room because I had an urgent meeting to attend. The manager said the hotel was completely booked, but this was a lie. Before making this request, I had checked online and could see at least 3 available rooms. I showed the manager this, but he said the online information was wrong. The manager discussed with his staff that I could either go to my meeting without showering or take a freezing shower if showering was so important. Then they started to discuss whether or not I really needed to go to my meeting. Because I was desperate, I kept repeating my request to use the bathroom in a vacant room which I knew they had. Finally, after waiting in total for 1 hour and ten minutes, a vacant room magically became available and I was told to use that bathroom since “no one would check-in to that room during my stay.” It felt cruel and spiteful that even though the manager could have made this option available when I initially suggested, he lied and delayed for almost 40 minutes. I was not able to attend my meeting which had to be re-scheduled. If the manager had been honest and compassionate from the beginning, I would have had a chance. 2) HOSTILE REACTION FROM STAFF, ADNAN Adnan, a staff member, mocked the urgency of my situation. Out of frustration with the problem, he said, “Why don’t you tell me about this ‘meeting’ that is so important”? And then also, “I have never been to a ‘meeting’ before, you are so special!” Then he scoffed and rolled his eyes and kept making snide remarks and became quite aggressive.

• Didi (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf! - Heerlijk verblijf met super aardig personeel. Je kunt er heerlijk op de veranda aan de tuin van het restaurant zitten. Eten is lekker. Kamer is zeer netjes en schoon! Taxi standplaats om de hoek om naar Sarajevo te gaan. Wij zijn met de auto gegaan. Wifi is niet sterk en valt regelmatig weg.

Do objekta prodavnica i pekara,takodje i taxi stajaliste na 100m, svega 6e kosta voznja do centra grada. Vlasnik Beli je izuzetan domacin, ovako srdacan docek nismo nigde imali,uvek upitani kako se snalazimo i da li nam nesto treba.Cak je i dorucak sluzen po zelji,jedna ogromna 10-tka i vraticemo se sigurno. /

• karlovic (1/5): - Lokacija objekta laka za pronaći, radi i centar blizu Smještajna jedinica nije opremljena sa susilom za kosu, bojler nije bio upaljen, rucnika nedovoljno, dodatna osoba dobila krevet uguran kraj bračnog kreveta u istu sobu s wc-om te naplaćeni dodatno 40 eura za dva noćenja. Klima nije radila prvi dan kako treba. Balkon nema ogradu, pločice na balkonu zalijepljene napola. Jako neugodno iskustvo i sigurno se nećemo nikada vratiti niti ikome preporučiti.
