• Dominique (8/5): - Kein steriles Hotelzimmer, sehr nett angerichtet Eine gute Möglichkeit, um mehrere Tage zu verbringen. Man kann unten sein Essen zubereiten und der Wirt ist sehr hilfreich. Ruhige Lage. Das Zimmer war etwas überladen, man eckt sich an manchen Kanten. Die Beleuchtung ist gut, aber kompliziert, man kriegt alles Lampen an und gar keine.

• Dr. Otto (10/5): Eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung - Der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war komfortabel und das Bett äußerst bequem. Außerdem ist es in der Nacht erstaunlich ruhig, außen & innen und die Lage des Hauses sehr verkehrsgünstig, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dem PkW. Ein Gemeinschaftsbad ist sicher gewöhnungsbedürftig, doch kann es die Kommunikation befördern. Im Zeitalter von KI eine schöne Alternative ;-)

• Imogen (10/5): Comfortable you don’t want to leave - The warm welcome from Olaf set the excellent tone for the stay, I felt truly welcome in his home. The bedroom is well appointed with all you could need - relaxation, work focus and even able to make light meals (will access to the full kitchen for bigger cooking). The bed was so comfortable, he has taken care in choosing a good mattress and offers an array of duvets and pillows as we are all different! The shower is the other highlight, it can be hard to get this right but hot powerful and smooth it was I cannot fault it!

• Meike (10/5): Entspannte Auszeit in schöner Lage und exzellenter Gastgeber - In einer sehr ruhigen Lage verbunden mit einem schönen Garten (in dem man sogar Äpfel selbst ernten darf) befindet sich das Haus mit einem sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeber. Mein Zimmer war ein absoluter Traum (und ist viel schöner noch als auf den Bildern) mit einem riesigen, breiten Badewanne direkt unterm Dach, in der man herrlich planschen konnte. Es gibt Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine und Olaf stellt diverse Begrüssungsannehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung. So etwas Gastliches habe ich selten erlebt. DANKE an dieser Stelle nochmal. Das Bett hat mir Dornröschengefühle gegeben und ich habe phantastisch geschlafen. Um es noch Besonderer zu machen, gibt es sogar Allergikerkissen, Seitenschläferkissen... Ich habe überhaupt nichts vermisst und bin sehr entspannt (aber ein wenig ungern) wieder abgereist. Es gibt nichts

• MITJA (10/5): Awesome! - The appartment with the balcony and the rest of the house is top notch equipped. You will find everything you need (and more!) for a very very comfortable stay, with significant sustainability features and materials. The house also has beautiful garden which I used quite a lot. The (shared) bathroom is big and beatiful, really had hard time to leave it :-) Even though there was another guest using it I hadn’t had any “timing” problems at using it, not even even once. And the owner Olaf is a remarkable guy, very nice, polite and knowledgable. I stopped at Berlin entspannt geniesen after a 14 hours train ride and a 6 hour walk on my Jakobsweg and this wellness house managed to fully recharge my batteries. I intended to stay 1 night but prolonged it to 3 :-) Couldn’t ask for better experience!

• Michael (10/5): Berlin wirklich entspannt genießen - Besonderes Lob verdient der Gastgeber, der wirklich sehr bemüht ist, jeden Wunsch seiner Gäste zu erfüllen und dafür zu sorgen, dass man sich willkommen und wohl fühlt. Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auf jeden ist "Berlin entspannt genießen" eine Adresse, bei der man gerne nochmal bucht. Zwar sehr idyllisch im grünen Villenviertel im Süden Berlins gelegen, ist die Unterkunft ein wenig weit vom Schuss, so dass eine kurze Busfahrt oder ein mittlerer Spaziergang bis zur nächsten S-Bahn-Station notwendig sind. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Offering a real relaxing stay with more amenities then usual; lighting in atmospheric scenes, espresso machine and use of all the amenities in the whole house including tjose outside your own room. As a good example of this; there are bicycles free of charge and a small pool. Most important probably; it is very clean! Hardly ever saying this, but nothing.

Although the property is on the edge of Berlin it has great public transport links. The property is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely stay there again. Not applicable.
• Krissiep (10/5): Exceptional - The host, Olaf, has put a lot of effort into creating a calm and relaxing space. He went above and beyond to ensure my son and I had the best visit to Berlin. The accommodation is clean and spacious, and having a garden was a real plus for us. It is a little outside of the centre of Berlin but with one bus and a train you can be in town in about 2mins. The transport.is very easy to navigate and coming back to a quiet, leafy space makes a lovely change from the pace of Berlin centre. We stayed for 5 nights but could've stayed much longer. Will definitely return next time we come to Berlin

• Zayra (10/5): Exceptional - The host is extremely friendly and hospitable. He goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and to provide assistance to help in your stay. The room has everything you might need and even extras like face masks and aromatherapy to help you relax. The house is a little bit far from the center so it takes a bit of planning getting back on Sundays or late at night when the buses don't run so often. Public transportation in Berlin is amazing though, so there's always an option and the neighborhood is safe and lovely.

It is in a very calm location, bus stop is near the house and you can easily connect to any other transport system via it. Our room had everything you might need for your stay and Olaf himself is an amazing host with great knowledge of Berlin. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin either for nightlife or exploring.

• Yoeri (10/5): Super nice comfortable stay, with great beds in the rooms - Super nice host who makes super nice coffee in the morning, and the fact we could take the dog and even leave the dog in the Garden. If you want to take your pet, this place is perfect for you. Also, it is quiet but still close to the city centre. we only used the car to get there. For the remainder of the trip, we used the metro and bus. Everything was good

His knowledge of Berlin was very helpful, as I was not aware of the places he suggested. And it was a pleasure to drink Olaf's "European coffee" (yummy) in the morning. Also, I absolutely loved the conversations we had! The accommodation is very peaceful and a great place to unwind after spending time in the busy and exciting streets of Berlin. N/A

It felt like visiting a friend. - The host has provided an amazing array of facilities, everything from a welcome pack of wine and chocolate and fruit to bicycles, a selection of chargers, office equipment, a choice of bath oils - I couldn’t possibly list everything. The host was kind and good company, and full of great tips about Berlin. There’s a lovely garden too. The water pressure could be better, I guess? Honestly, that’s the only vaguely negative thing I can think of, and I’m really mentioning it just to seem balanced. I marked the location down a little because it’s suburban and I tend to like a bit of late-night grunge, but there is a bus stop right outside and an S-Bahn a short walk away, so central Berlin, and all the late-night grunge you could want, are readily available.
