• NICOLAS (10/5): Most perfect stay! - This was such a wonderful stay. Carolina was so welcoming and made me feel at home. She helped me with all my questions. Breakfast was exceptional, lots of food like cold cuts, cereals, fruits etc. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. I would come back with no hesitation. Obiekt oddalony jest ok 10 minut piechotą od centrum, po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduje się spory supermarket. Śniadania były pyszne, pięknie przygotowane w jadalni, z lokalnymi owocami. Podczas transferu z lotniska objechaliśmy miasteczko i mieliśmy krótkie wprowadzenie gdzie co jest, co było fajnym gestem ze strony obiektu. Polecam Hare Henua :)

• Jock (10/5): - I very much enjoyed my four day stay at Hare Henua. It offers a most relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very helpful, especially on the morning a tour guide did not pick me up at the designated spot. The hostess promptly got on the phone and a driver soon arrived to deliver me to my tour group.

• Frank (10/5): - Der Aufenthalt war noch besser, als ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Die Unterkunft wird von Carolina liebevoll geführt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Jeden Morgen gibt es ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit frischem Obst und Mangosaft. Carolina tut alles, damit man sich bei ihr wohl fühlt. Sowohl Flughafen, als auch die Hauptstraße mit vielen Geschäften sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Sollte ich noch mal auf die Osterinsel zurückkehren, dann sicher wieder ins Hare Henua.

Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado. También hay una cocina para quien quiera cocinar allí. El desayuno es muy completo y todo está al detalle. He tenido una estancia fantástica en la que no me ha faltado de nada. El único aspecto que diría es la ubicación, que está un poco alejado del centro

• Camila (10/5): Una experiencia acogedora - Todo fue maravilloso. Desde la ubicación, muy cerca del aeropuerto y a pasos del centro de la ciudad, excelente para ir caminando a todas partes, muy tranquilo y relajante. La pieza amplia y cómoda, con aire acondicionado, refrigerador y televisión, con mucha privacidad que no sentías a tus vecinos. Además tienen espacio común para leer y relajarse, así como una cocina bien grande y equipada a tu disposición. La estadía incluye un desayuno bien variado continental que tiene hasta frutas locales. Carolina, Manuel y Claudia se encargaron que nuestra estancia fuera muy acogedora y hogareña, abriendonos las puertas de su casa y entregandonos los mejores datos para recorrer la isla. Del punto de vista del transporte nos fueron a buscar y a dejar, contaban con estacionamiento en caso de requerirlo. Fuimos con altas expectativas y ellos las superaron, definitivamente muy recomendado ! Todo fue maravilloso. Es importante considerar que en la isla existen varios insectos, pese al gran esfuerzo de la fumigación y la limpieza diaria. Es posible que se encuentren con algunos de ellos en los espacios abiertos y es importante cerrar las ventanas y las puertas (que igual tienen malla mosquitera) para que no ingresen a la habitación.

• William (10/5): Wonderful stay with warm, personal hospitality - We had a lovely stay at Hare Henua B&B and would absolutely choose it again. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. Carolina met us at the airport with flower leis, which set the tone right away. The property is peaceful and well cared for, with comfortable rooms and thoughtful touches. Breakfast each morning was fresh and generous. The location worked perfectly for us. It was close enough to town to walk, but far enough to be quiet and relaxing in the evenings. We rented a car during our stay and parking was very easy. What stood out most was the warmth of the hospitality. Carolina was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to answer questions or offer suggestions without ever being overbearing. It’s the kind of place where you feel genuinely taken care of in a natural, unpretentious way. Highly recommended!
• MICHILLE (9/5): A great location for your Easter Island visit. - The owner was very helpful and even drove us around town when there were no available taxis. The property is just across a supermarket and a few steps from the airport. The rooms were airconditioned, a necessary feature for us since it was very hot when we went this March. Nothing.

• Matt (3/5): Not recommended. Too many problems with this hotel. - The owner and his family are friendly. Carolina runs the hotel and speaks the best English. Carolina washed our clothes for free and gave us avocados for breakfast. She also gave us some of her mom’s birthday cake and let us check out later at noon. The villa’s refrigerator is new and big. The breakfast is good with a variety of meat, cheese, and fruit. The staff fried eggs for us each day. Depending on who was cooking, we were given 1 egg or 1.5 eggs or 2 eggs per person. Coffee is made one pot at a time and when it runs out, you have to find someone to brew more coffee. The location is good. Many restaurants and stores are located within a 15 minute walk. Most of the time, no one is around. You have to contact Carolina by WhatsApp. Our villa had one air conditioner that barely worked and an old fan. Fan would not stay upright, so we used a chair to keep it blowing straight. The villa was hot and humid all day. The sun shines directly on the two bedrooms. It cooled off at night. The red couch is dirty, covered in stains. Bedroom rugs and light switches are dirty. The silverware and knifes are rusty. One knife had paint on it. Dead cockroaches on the floor. The bedroom screen door is screwed shut with a sharp screw sticking out. The bathroom window has no screen, so it has to be shut in the evening due to mosquitos. The hotel only changes your towels. If you want the villa cleaned, it costs $35 per day. Toilet paper holder is broken, so paper sits on the floor. No soap dishes anywhere. Soap sits on shower floor. Water temperature varies from hot to cold. Water heater runs on propane, and you can smell the propane when you take a shower. I used the tea pot to keep the bedroom door open. There are two exterior doors, but only the terrace door has a key. You have to walk through dirt and grass to get to the terrace door to enter the villa. The grass is full of cockroaches at night. Also, muddy when it rains. A family of chicken and a dog run around the yard and poop around the villa. Poop was not picked up. My photos illustrate all my comments.

• Leonardo (10/5): - En primer lugar agradecer a Silvia que nos recibió y acompaño en nuestra estadía en Hare Henua. El desayuno muy sabroso, frutas deliciosas, el poder tomar té, café y variedades de dulces y pan como pueden apreciar en la foto que dejo adjunta. El aseo impecable, cada dia nos reponian las toallas y también artículos del baño. Tuvimos Transfer del Aeropuerto al Hotel y del Hotel al Aeropuerto incluido.(el aeropuerto esta a 2 minutos en auto pero se agradece cuando llevas bastante equipaje) Al Frente de Hare Henua hay un supermercado y también un gimnasio 💪. También hay un gatito del lugar llamado URI, muy cariñoso, lo extrañaremos!!! Esperamos volver pronto, gracias totales!

• Christine (10/5): A quiet and comfortable haven just off the end of the main street which was a wonderful base from which to explore Rapa - I received a warm and genuine welcome to the property. My early arrival was not a problem and any questions were promptly answered. I am grateful for Carolina’s assistance to coordinate and book tours to help make my stay wonderful and memorable. The continental breakfast was well presented, fresh, with delicious local fruit. The property is kept immaculately clean at all times.

• Mil0342 (9/5): Great place to stay, good strategic location near the center, the main street and the airport! - Such a nice B&B, clean, quite and with great hosts, especially Carolina! thank you so much :) We were picked up from the airport, even if it's quite close (5 mins by car). The friendly lady showed us the town and gave us a few recommendation before dropping us at the B&B, which was very helpful Breakfast was good, they had AC and the shower was good, good pressure and quite hot too (in other places this could be a problem in the island from what we heard)! There is a supermarket in front of the B&B and the main street is a few mins away, 10min to reach the city center! nothing to complain about!

• Jason (7/5): Hotel was very comfortable and accessible by all local tour guides. Easter Island was incredible! - Location was close to the airport making it very easy to catch flight out. There was also a small grocery store right across the street to grab snacks and drinks. This made it nice for those days that I just wasn't in the mood to go to a restaurant. Breakfast provided was great! Had many options and bottomless coffee! There was no host onsite which seemed very odd. They were easily accessible online and by text message and generally very quick to respond. But it would have been nice to have someone onsite for advice and to answer questions.

• Peter (9/5): Week-Long Rest Was Just What We Needed - Used this as our base for a week for the final leg of our 2-month South American holiday. It was intended both as a rest week and as a convenient location from which to explore the unique island, and we got exactly that. It's a bit of a walk to the main town, but we ate and drank far too much so that wasn't necessarily a bad thing! It was easily found by the tour company we used for our exploration and it was convenient for our hike up to the Ranu Kau volcano that we did ourselves. The hotel is clean and comfortable with lovely beds and plenty of pillows (I like at least two) and multiple blankets to keep you warm no matter what the temperature. The owners and staff are amazing - really friendly and welcoming. You can use their kitchen if you wish and everything (you'll find the same on the island in general) was really relaxed, and they pick you up and drop you back off at the airport which is about a 1-minute drive away. Breakfast was lovely with multiple options and decent coffee options which I'd struggled with in other hotels previously. Some people may not like being so close to the airport, but there's so few flights that it was never a problem. Was quite cool listening to the one or two a day coming in and taking off so close between 2 and 3 in the afternoon! Shower was either cold or kettle-hot - probably the way the water works but it was an interesting experience :)

L'accueil à l'aéroport était agrémenté d'un collier de fleurs. Il est possible de se faire à manger sur place. Un supermarché est situé juste en face. Les prix sur l'île sont très chers, donc notamment le logement.
• Richard (9/5): Great local experience on Easter Island - First - get realistic... you will not find a 5-star hotel or international chain standards on this tiny island in the middle of the Pacific... but this hotel does everything it can to make guests welcome, comfortable and part of the community. We liked the 'local' vibe at the hotel that reminded us of the Caribbean 40 years ago... when you could enjoy local life while being a visitor for a few days. This is not really a problem, the 'center of town' is about a 10-15 minute walk. Easy for most people, but something to consider if you have mobility issues. The owner was happy to provide taxi contacts when needed.

• Laurent (10/5): - Lovely B&B near the centre of Hanga Roa. Very responsive staff who also pick you up from and drive you back to the airport for free. Laundry was also washed gratis, a rarity in any location without a dedicated washing machine. A good breakfast was included in the price, which was not stated in the original booking. You can also book the two tours offered on the island from the hotel. Extremely highly recommended.

• Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place just 15 minutes to walk to the center (harbour / soccer field) but there are plenty of restaurants very close by.
• Larry (9/5): Superb - Very helpful and attractive staff. They provides great portion of breakfast. It is located just some 500m from the airport, but the staff is still willing to drive you to the property. A 1km walk to the center is needed though.

• Jeremiah (10/5): Hare Henua....just perfect - Hare Henua is a fabulous place to stay.I have just returned from a week in Easter Island and I stayed at Hare Henua for the 7 nights.The owners,Carolina and Manuel,are so helpful and friendly.Carolina met me at the airport and took me on a tour of the town Hanga Roa...Check-in was handled quickly My room was very large,super clean and serviced daily.Sleep quality was excellent.Carolina prepared breakfast each morning and there was so much food that it kept me going for most of the day...I had all my clothes washed and dried free of charge When I was leaving Carolina took me back to the airport free of charge-even on Sunday morning she drove 4 of us for free to attend Mass at the local church....Hare Henua is a super friendly and welcoming place to stay at and Carolina and Manuel are so friendly and helpful....Top marks....10 out of 10. I loved everything

• Delia (8/5): Very good - Carolina was amazing. She picked us up at the airport, arranged tours, let us do a load of laundry for $10, put food in the refrigerator. The location was good, near the end of the main street in town & within walking distance of things in town. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. Took awhile to get hot water.
• Frédérick (10/5): Great stay for family of 4, i will recommend to friends. - Being able to cook is a +++ We ended up cooking evey dinner cos restaurant is very expensive and food is not to our liking. We felt like we are at home. You could chill out at the lobby. Room size is great for the family. Owner booked tour for us with good rate. We joined a tour and found out that people paid on some website double the price for same tour. I highly recommend for family, cross the street and there is supermarket. You could prepare a simple meal like pasta. To eat at the restaurant is easily 100 euro. Owner very accommodating, allowed us to do late checkout, thank you very much. Wifi in the room is not as stable as ground floor. But as we chill out in the lobby every night, so it is not a problem

Breakfast is excellent, too. But I must mention the best part of it: Carolina, the host is AMAZING. Not only she was an impeccable host (welcoming me with a flower wreath, taking me on a little tour, driving me from and to the airport), but she was also an OUTSTANDING person with a huge heart. I had lost my passport and she helped me out like a sister would do. What a kind, caring, beautiful soul she is. She truly deserves the best! I’ll never forget our hug, Carolina. Lots and lots of love! 💕

• Alice (7/5): Good - The best thing was the owner. Friendly and helpful. She found us an excellent local guide. Very close to the airport. The room was large, but pretty basic.

• Dennis (10/5): Warm and friendly welcome! Great location! Great place! - We were greeted at the airport by the owner, Carolina holding traditional lei(s) for us. She took a us around town and then to our room. The room was nice and the breakfast was fruits, bread, juice, coffee and meats, all of which were fantastic. The location of the place was near the airport but we didn’t hear any of the airplanes going in and out. Also, the town was a very short walk as well. There was a supermarket directly across the street where we grabbed drinks and snacks for our journey. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here. Carolina was an amazing owner and does a really great job with the property.

• Pamela (10/5): Excellent choice close to the airport and Hanga Roa. - Everybody in this hard-working, family-run B&B is so nice and so kind. Communication is excellent, and the messaging I received before I arrived was very useful--applying for the government permission to travel to Easter Island, what to do once in the Santiago Airport, applying for the National Park pass, and recommendations for tour companies (the one I went with was excellent) and guides. Everything went flawlessly. My room was very comfortable with plenty of hot water when I needed it, and the bed was superb! There was plenty to choose from at breakfast. Location-wise, you're right next to the airport, (which you can walk to if you're not burdened down with luggage), but with only one or two flights a day, everything is very quiet. Across the street is a supermarket and on the corner is an excellent restaurant. It's an easy 10- 15-minute stroll to the main part of Hanga Roa, with plenty of restaurants and shops along the way. I'm so pleased I stayed here!
