• Petar (8/5): Worth the stay if you’re on budget. - Staff was really kind. They took us exceptionally after check in hours. Breakfast was nice and they also served nice coffee with it The location was alright and close to the train station but it was in a poorer neighbourhood.

• Manuel (5/5): PUENTE DE MAYO EN NÁPOLES - Ubicación cerca de la estación central Garibaldi, la amabilidad de Biaggio. Desayuno bastante correcto, sin grandes expectativas, café, zumo de bote, algo de bollería y algún sandwich y/o embutido. El minibar bastante bien a unos precios muy razonables respecto a otros alojamientos. La habitación amplia. Empezaré por lo más fácil, el alojamiento está en la Via Casanova, una calle muy transitada durante la noche y que junto a la peculiar calzada el ruido de los vehículos al pasar era constante, y nuestra habitación precisamente daba a esa calle. Y ahora la odisea, cuando llegamos a Nápoles el 1 de mayo a las 17.30 h. nos dirigimos andando al alojamiento, 10 minutos, llegamos al edificio donde se encuentra, por cierto bastante mediocre, empezamos a llamar al portero automático y nadie nos contesta, empezamos a llamar a los teléfonos, mensajes de wathsapp y nada de nada, así media hora, estábamos desesperados pesando dónde nos íbamos a quedar cuando un chico salió a tirar la basura y nos colamos al portal, subimos a la tercer planta dónde está el alojamiento y nos encontramos otra puerta, y nadie contesta igualmente, muy apurados pensando qué íbamos a hacer, tuvimos suerte porque al rato salió del alojamiento una pareja polaca, que muy amablemente nos explicó como funcionaba el hotel, dónde estaban las llaves y para que servían cada una. En fin que hasta llegar a la habitación nos vimos bastante apurados, este tema lo deberían tratar porque puede ser un grave problema, por eso he puesto esa puntuación tan baja.

Obiekt nowy, czysty, zadbany. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Polecam!!! nie dotyczy

• Arnaud (9/5): Sympathique location à Naples - Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil et sa sympathie. le logement est suffisamment grand et la literie est de bonne qualité. Le seul bémol était les voisins du dessus qui, malgré un jeune enfant sont Très bruyant mais cela ne vient pas spécifiquement du logement. Le petit déjeuné est bon avec une attention particulière pour moi qui ne mange pas de viande. La situation géographique, proche de la gare est très avantageuse et permet de prendre bus, train ou métro au choix.

• Ralph (9/5): Alles in allem für ein langes Wochenende vollkommen Ausreichend. Wir waren mit dem Stammtisch da und hatten 4 von 5 Zimm - Die Familie ist sehr nett & haben uns gut bewirtet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ist in der 3 Etage untergebracht. Man kann von außen nicht gut erkennen das die Unterkunft dort ist.

• Mária (9/5): - Ubytovanie bolo v dobrej lokalite blízko k mestu. Raňajky boli chutné, niečo sladké aj slané, jogurty a ovocie. Príchod dobre zorganizovaný. Matrac bol preležaný, manžel na ňom nevedel spať, lebo pre neho bol moc mäkký, ale mne zase matrac vyhovoval. V kúpeľni treba dlho čakať na teplú vodu a bola tam zima, lebo okno bolo netesné. Tým, že je ubytovanie na hlavnej ceste je tam počuť celý deň aj noc premávku. Ale aj napriek tomu bol náš pobyt príjemný.
• scornavache (10/5): Perfecto. - Todo es hermoso y perfecto. Supera las expectativas. Cuando llegas, el alrededor no te hace pensar que tan hermoso hotel puede estar en el edificio. Una vez que atravesaste la puerta, estas en un lugar completamente diferente, limpio, agradable y acogedor. El recibimiento es muy bueno, la habitación super amplia, un balcón muy cómodo, el baño también es grande. A pesar de ser un hotel, te dejan usar la cocina si la necesitas fuera de horario, hasta te enseñan si queres usar la cafetera. Todos los días te cambian las toallas y te reponen los productos de higiene personal, en la habitación contas con un frigobar. Todos muy amables, tenes un mapa de la ciudad, un bolscito con caramelos en la entrada. El lugar es un 100. Nada.

• Selena (10/5): Perfect for our needs 👌 - Frebis is a home from home. The room had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were usb and c sockets beside the bed. Satisfactory breakfast each morning with cereals, yoghurt, and pastries. There were also eggs and toasties, but you had to be along early for these. Lovely balcony with seating to do some people watching.(please remember this is the city centre of naples and it is very noisy with cars beeping their horns) There is a grocery shop two minutes away for any essentials you need. There is a fridge in the room also. We had a lovely stay for 3 nights. Perfect location for us to go and visit the maradonna memorial and go to the diego maradonna Stadium for the game as the central train station is only a ten minute walk away. We felt very secure at frebis and would stay here if we ever returned to naples. Thank you to the host who were all very welcoming 😊 We would have liked to have had a kettle in the bedroom, but there was one we could use in the main kitchen area, so this was fine.

• Peter (3/5): no! - If you’re looking for an “authentic” Naples experience, this place truly delivers. Conveniently located in a neighborhood generously decorated with piles of garbage — it offers a full immersion into local reality. The mattress was impressively soft. So soft, in fact, that my back is still trying to recover from the experience. The shower featured stylish black mold details, which were thoughtfully repeated around the window area. Speaking of the window, it didn’t quite close — perfect for those who enjoy fresh air mixed with urban ambiance. Breakfast was also a unique concept. The host apparently preferred the idea of breakfast over the actual preparation of it, so we had the pleasure of skipping that part entirely. All in all, memorable — just not necessarily for the reasons one hopes for.

• Roberto (8/5): Muy buena opción sin estar en pleno centro - Alojamiento muy bien ubicado para ir andando al centro y a la plaza Garibaldi (donde llega el bus de aeropuerto). Check-in sencillo y cómodo. Habitación amplia, bonita, con nevera, baño amplio y cómodo. Muy limpio. Colchón cómodo, cama grande. Se oye algo de ruido de la calle, sobre todo porque las calles son adoquinadas y hace el tráfico más ruidoso. Terraza muy aprovechable. Desayuno correcto, sin grandes lujos, pero los chicos que lo preparan le ponen mucho cariño y cada día ponen algo nuevo. Colchón algo blando y ruido entre habitaciones y de la calle al amanecer.

• Helene (9/5): À Lovely stay in Naples - The location was great, just outside the more touristique areas, but still very close to the train station and everything. The B&B is very comfortable, with only 4 rooms. Since our party had 4 rooms it was very cosy. It was nice that we could bring take out to eat in the breakfast rooms. A different breakfast was prepared every day. This is nice when in a location for a few days.we would stay there again. Because the breakfast was made in house first thing in the morning, it did not stay hot very long and sometimes the main offering was gone if you came a bit late. We learned to be there early. Otherwise the breakfasts were great.

Хотелът е разположен недалеч от гарата, което беше голям плюс за нас, тъй като всеки ден пътувахме до различно място, но имайте предвид, че района около гарата е много мръсен и пренаселен, но това няма връзка с качеството на хотела!

• Samaniego (7/5): Buen lugar - La habitación y el lugar por dentro es muy bonito, limpio, arreglado y con todos los suplementos necesarios. El desayuno es delicioso y muy completo. Es cerca a la estación de tren. Realmente el sector por fuera no es tan bueno, es ajeno al hotel, pero es mejor tenerlo en cuenta porque si se siente peligroso, aunque Nápoles es una ciudad donde se ve muchas zonas así peligrosas y solas.

• PRZEMYSŁAW (10/5): - Bardzo mili właściciele. Smaczne śniadania, na słodko i nie tylko. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do metra, którym można podróżować po całym Neapolu. Widok z balkonu na ruchliwą i głośną ulicę, co było dla nas atutem, aby poczuć w pełni klimat miasta. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam!

( mini bar, tv, hairdryer, towels, shower gel, air conditioner etc.) We also liked the location, because it is like 10 minutes walk from the central railway station, which is the starting point for all the attractions around Naples ( Pompeii, Amalfi etc.) The bed was way too soft for me, but this is only a personal preference, so it is alright! The cleanliness could have been better…

• Vanja (9/5): - The location was close to Napoli centrale, and close to the centre, however the area is a bit run down. We received precise instructions how to get to the apartment. The room was comfortable and we felt safe. The brakfast is served in the dining area, with savory and sweet options. Everything is clean and nicely furnished. Thank you to the wonderful hosts. Maybe just the area, but everything was ok in the end. We woukd definately come back again.
• Zoë (9/5): Fantastisch! - Er is een klein ontbijt buffetje, heel erg verzorgd en gevarieerd. De kamers zijn proper, ze komen ook de kamers opruimen - opdekken en nieuwe handdoeken leggen! De cappuccino is een van de beste die ik ooit gedronken heb! Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Ondanks de drukke straat hoor je weinig geluid in de kamers. De matras vond ik geweldig, voor mijn mama was het te zacht (ieders zijn voorkeur). Ook heel goede kussens naar mijn mening. Op 10 minuten ben je bij het station.
• Brian (8/5): - Be aware that this is not a hotel - no reception desk. It was a bit complicated gaining entry, but once inside, Frebi's was a comfortable haven. Spacious room and lovely big shower (but no soap dish!). Also a balcony where I could enjoy a beer from the minibar. Area (near the station) seemed a bit rough at first, but I never felt unsafe. Breakfast not quite up to the standard of some other places.

As we approached the hotel, the owner kept in contact via Booking email and virtually opened both front and hotel doors and our room was ready. Comfortable room, usual Italian breakfast. To find Casanova Street from train station, veer off to right, look for McDonalds on corner and head up that street. We walked to historic city center and Archaeological museum. Close to train station to take trains to Pompeii and Herculaneum Not a thing

• Annie (8/5): Excellente solution pres de la gare - Propre, confortable, personnel tres reactif. Près de la gare Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas accrocher le pommeau de douche pendant la douche. Il n'est pasdit/proposé la possibilité d'utiliser des assiettes verres et couvert pour grignoter sur place le soir
• Florbela (9/5): Recomendo para uma visita rápida a Nápoles - Cama excelente. Varanda no quarto. Longe do centro, mas perfeito para uma estada curta em Nápoles. Staff muito simpático e cuidadoso. Nada a assinalar.
