La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata carina - La posizione sicuramente è il punto di forza di questa struttura. Anche il prezzo è buono, per passare un weekend a Napoli e spendere il giusto va bene. Siccome avevo il bagno privato esterno alla camera, avrei gradito qualche attenzione in più dentro al bagno stesso, dato che non era così facile fare avanti e indietro tra camera e bagno (si attraversa un salotto/cucina in comune con altre persone). Manca il bidet, il porta carta igienica, un secchio dove buttare cotton fiok, dischetti struccanti, capelli, assorbenti ecc… e un ripiano o uno sgabellino in cui appoggiare le cose che ti porti al bagno (come i vestiti e le cose per lavarti/pettinarti,ecc).

• marco (3/5): Ottima posizione,ma in zona c'è di meglio molto meglio - LA POSIZIONE E LA GENTE DEL RIONE ,MOLTO FAMILIARI NESSUN PERICOLO PER STRADA Bagno un po' di puzza mix doccia con poca gettata, illuminazione che dava fronte cortile interno e disponibilità del proprietario che non risponde ai messaggi fuori orario da check in.

• Ellena (10/5): Lovely and great accommodation, exceeded expectations - The property was in a superb location in the Spanish quarter, metro 1 min walk but also with the port and other tourist attractions all in walking distance. The room was very clean, the host was lovely and helpful, and accommodated our late check in. We didn’t find the accommodation noisy at all, we had a room that looked the inner courtyard. We have nothing negative to say about the property.

• Beate (9/5): Super Zimmer, nette Gastgeber, sauber, zentrale Lage - Das Schlafzimmer und das Bad waren sehr schön. Alles renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war recht klein für 2 Koffer. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht da und dieserhalb hat es uns wenig gestört.

From the website we didn't understand that this was the room, with joint kitchen and bathroom which was separated from those two. From the pictures, we understood that this was an entire apartment.

• Paolo Vittorio (7/5): - Good location. Kind of quiet (minus the other guests...). Very clean. Nice room. Generally speaking not bad at all. But there is room for improvement. The staff insisted multiple times to know the exact time of my arrival and then left me 10 minutes waiting under the rain... The bathroom was not en-suite. Check before you book if that is important to you (as it is for me). The walls are thin and I had to endure a one hour phone call of a teenager to his girlfriend... The towels shed large amounts of fluff. I ended up with white cotton fibres all over my body and clothes.

L'host stacca il telefono dalle ore 22,00 sino alle ore 14,00 del giorno dopo e per qualsiasi esigenza/imprevisto non è possibile avere contatti in quell fasce orarie Il letto matrimoniale tende un po' a sprofondare.
• Gian (9/5): Piacevole permanenza - Soggiorno di 3 notti; molto bella la camera "La stanza dei velieri", con bagno interno, che si trova in un appartamento con 3 camere e un'area comune, completamente e sapientemente ristrutturato, situato al 3* piano di un antico palazzo comunque dotato di un moderno ascensore. Strategica la posizione della struttura a circa 30 metri dalla centralissima Via Toledo e a 70/80 dalla stazione metro Toledo. Per chi arriva in auto come abbiamo noi, consiglio di lasciarla al parcheggio di Colli Aminei dove con la linea 1 della metro si raggiunge la stazione Toledo. Ottima l'accoglienza e la pulizia dell'appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort; letto comodo, stanza silenziosa, in sintesi molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

• Giulia (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno a Napoli - Ottima posizione per raggiungere tutti i punti di maggior interesse. Vicino alla metropolitana e a molti ristoranti e locali per colazione e cena. La camera era molto pulita e ampia e nel complesso la stanza abbastanza silenziosa nonostante nella strada sottostante ci fosse un locale con musica fino a mezzanotte. Migliorerei un po' il bagno in alcuni dettagli e controllerei giornalmente se i prodotti forniti sono esauriti e li rifornirei. Il fatto di poter conmunicare solo dalle 14 alle 22 tramite whatsapp è un po' riduttivo. Noi non ne abbiamo avuto realmente bisogno perchè avevamo i nostri prodotti ma in generale porrei più attenzione a questi dettagli che abbassano un po' la sensazione di cura che invece la camera potrebbe avere essendo molto ampia e pulita. Aggiungerei una sedia nella stanza.

La zona è frequentata e ben servita da negozi per tutte le necessità (alimentari, farmacie, bar e ristoranti. Proprio tutto). Letto e cuscino ottimi Pur premettendo che la scelta della camera col bagno esterno è stata una disattenzione da parte mia (di cui il proprietario non ha nessuna responsabilità) mi preme fare alcune considerazioni: il bagno è davvero molto piccolo e senza bidet. La porta si apre sul corridoio di accesso alle altre camere Camera piccola per 3 persone .

Comunicazione non consona tra staff e cliente: Non credo sia appropriatamente corretto che il servizio al cliente sia interrotto ad un certo orario in caso di necessità. Mi è stata comunicato che qualora mi fossi dimenticata le chiavi nell’appartamento non avrei ricevuto alcuna assistenza dopo le 22 ed in caso avrei dormito fuori. Ognuno è libero di offrire il servizio che ritiene opportuno ma determinate scelte stanno al buon senso.

• Oleksandra (9/5): Lovely stay! - Loved this place! Tucked in between streets right next to Toledo station and a street full of shopping and eating places. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Comfortable bed, spacious room, air-conditioning, mini fridge, TV and so on. Loved the art on the wall above the bed, it is magnificent! 🥰 The only tiny drawback was that the pressure in shower was a bit dependent on other users, otherwise everything else was great!

• Clodagh (6/5): Comfortable stay in the centre of Naples. - The room/apartment itself is nice once inside. Spacious room and very quiet despite being in the centre of Naples. Very helpful to be able to leave our bags and come back and collect them ourselves even after checking out. Location was excellent Building that the apartment is in was pretty run down. You need a zapper for the elevator so when dropping our bags before check in there are multiple flights of stairs to climb. Check-in time was a bit ad-hoc as there isn't a "reception" at the residence.

El espacio es comodisimo y muy bonito, la limpieza es un 10 y pudimos descansar muy bien. En cuanto al staff la chica de la limpieza fue muy agradable y a destacar un trato excelente tanto a nivel humano como profesional por parte de Inga ayudandonos en todo momento haciendonos sentir como en casa, gracias por todo!
