• Sabine (9/5): Gute Anlaufstelle in Neapel - Zentrale Lage in der Nähe von Napoli Centrale. Metro Station direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Gegend rund um den Hauptbahnhof ist sehr praktisch, aber auch etwas herausfordernd, was das Thema Sauberkeit und Sicherheit angeht.
• Karl (10/5): - Es war kein Hotel sondern ein B&B mit 3 Zimmern. Da es am Bahnhof Neapel, der von der Polizei gut überwacht wird, gelegen ist, sollte man mit der Metro ins Zentrum fahren. ( am sichersten) denn zu Fuß wir wir es machen wollten, wurde meiner Frau ca 150 m vom Bahnhof in einer gut besuchten Straße am Tag die Goldkette vom Hals gerissen. Habe den Räuber verfolgt, aber hatte keine Chance. Der Bahnhof , die Metro und das Zentrum der Stadt werden sehr gut von der Polizei überwacht aber dazwischen nicht, das nützen junge Kriminelle aus. Wir wurden schon zuvor 2x von so verdächtigen jungen Männern , angerempelt, haben dann sofort die Straßenseite gewechselt, aber dort hielt uns ein Mann sein Smartphone vor unser Gesicht, lenkte uns ab und riss die 2 Ketten meiner Frau vom Hals. Es ging alles leider so schnell . Daher fuhren wir danach immer mit der Metro zur Unterkunft!

The host is friendly and extremely helpful! We wanted to have dinner at a restaurant in Posillipo but couldn’t make a reservation, the host made multiple efforts and successfully helped us booked a place the next day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I come back to Naples. Highly recommend! Nothing

• Gerold (10/5): Luxuriöses Self check Zimmer zum wohlfühlen - Zuerst war ich skeptisch, da es keine Rezeption gibt und der Check in bis 18uhr angegeben wird. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit Emanuele war prompt per WhatsApp möglich, der Check in variabel (mit Handy). Das Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr großzügig, klimatisch optimal und gut riechend. Alles auf dem neuesten Stand und sehr sauber. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer! Den Verkehr hört man nicht, Nachbarn waren auch nicht hörbar. Frühstück war toll: persönlich vorbereitete süße Auswahl mit frischem Orangensaft, Obst und Kaffee. Wir musste unser anderes deutlich teureres 4 Sterne Hotel aufgrund gravierender Mängel verlassen und haben hier eine super tolle Alternative gefunden. Nur zum empfehlen. Wir haben ca. 130€ bezahlt. Danke für die gratis Gepäcksaufbewahrung! Nur süßes zum Frühstück (Croissant und Jogurt) und das frühestens ab 8:00. Für uns war die Auswahl und die Zeit aber passend!

The wifi was weak and we lost internet access a few times. The electronic keyless entry also means your coming and going will be known. However the it was good that the host provided keys in the room for access to the doors.

• Sarah (9/5): Great location and spotless modern room - The location was fantastic and the room was spotlessly clean The windows shut out virtually every bit of noise from outside, but you could clearly hear the television through the wall as it was on so loudly next door. The owner did ask the guest to turn the sound down thankfully which really helped.

Proximity to a central station might sound a bit off-putting, but Piazza Garibaldi is heavily patrolled by police, so felt very secure the whole time. Walking distance to Naples sites and good restaurants. Obviously great train connections to Pompeii and Herculaneum, but also pick-up point for lots of day tours. Very efficient secure access by app 24/7.

Everything was wonderful and I could tell Emmanuel cared very very much to please us. I don’t know if it was beyond this control, but our only issue was with the elevator when we arrived. Apparently it did not work. Since he’s on the fourth floor, it was a lot of work bringing all our luggage is up there. But in the morning, everything worked fine with the elevator and we had a wonderful nights sleep. In the morning, a lovely lady prepared us a continental breakfast and coffee thank you Emmanuel you are wonderful.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the station, we had a one night stay in Naples and wanted the convenience of the train to and from the airport. If I was staying longer I would stay in another area. The area was a little sketchy for my liking. As I said we had a one night stay, this may be the same throughout Naples, I can’t comment.

The accommodation is comfortable, the apartment is spacious, and it includes everything you need for a stay of several days. What we would especially highlight is the kindness and approachability of the host, the cleanliness, and the comfort of the bed. Definitely recommended and deserving of a 10/10 rating.

• michael (10/5): Fantastic apartment and very welcoming owner and staff - Lovely breakfast served by the beautiful Melina. So helpful and cheerful. A delightful person who was so welcoming and a delight to meet. Beautiful modern apartment in this old building, in a very central location close to the train and bus station. Surrounded by lovely restaurants and cafes. Only a short walk to sites like the Duomo which is definitely worth a visit. Next time in Naples definitely staying here.

• Grapes (10/5): Excellent because of our wonderful hosts. - The biggest take away from this place was the lovely Milena. She came to prepare our breakfast. A beautiful kind women who took exceptional care of us. The property is well laid out and very clean. We would stay here again our next time in Naples. We struggled to find the suite but that was our fault for not reading the instructions thoroughly upon our arrival. Once in the condo it is very nice and very clean.

• Gina (10/5): Medley of Comfort and Beauty - The most beautiful B&B you can possibly imagine. It is very spacious with lots of storage and an amazing bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The owner Emanuel is very helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast is Italian style but includes freshly squeezed orange juice and yoghurt. The coffee and the content of the well furnished minifridge are complimentary. The apartment is Bluetooth equipped. The B&B is in Piazza Garibaldi, a 4 minutes walk from the Central train station and downstairs the apartment there are plenty of amazing restaurants and bars. The metro station is just outside the building. What more can you ask for???

The room itself has a high standard of fixtures and fittings and was very comfortable. The check in process was straightforward and secure. Breakfast is simple but plentiful, with expresó coffee made to order. We had a minor issue with drainage from the shower and the hot water supply, but full marks to Emanuele for coming to the property and resolving it at 10pm on a Saturday evening! There was an electrical power interruption to the building in the early hours of the morning, and a very bright ‘emergency’ light in the room came on and couldn’t be switched off or covered.

Emanuele made sure I had all the instructions I needed for a late check in and being able to unlock the door from my phone was great as didn't have to worry about taking a key out with me. The room was beautifully decorated, had complimentary drinks and snacks and was always clean! The Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom to have your own music on was an added bonus. Melina looked after me brilliantly at breakfast, fresh pastries every day along with freshly squeezed orange juice - delicious! She made it feel very homely and welcoming. The location is right outside the station for metro, bus and trains so perfect location and also in walking distance of the centre. Even with the proximity to the station, the room was well insulated and I could not hear any noise. As the room leads directly off the breakfast area, sometimes it was a little disturbing in the mornings.

• Paul (10/5): Not exactly “elegant,” but a small (3-rooms) accommodation near Napoli Centrale - The room was of good size and clean. Access was a little confusing until I understood how the WhatsApp system worked. Host Emanuel was very responsive to all of my questions and on-site breakfast attendant Melina was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast area isn’t terribly comfortable, but croissants and cappuccinos were great (until the espresso machine broke down on our last day—stuff happens and Melina was more upset than we!). Old style lift can be a problem if someone hasn’t closed the door after using.

He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had all our favourite pastries for breakfast and lactose free milk for me. The room and bed and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The room had a really nice fresh feeling and smelled really nice. Napoli traffic is a bit loud so the noise poof windows worked great and I had the best sleep. It was very close to train station and bus stop and had some delicious food and pastries and cafe shops near by. no negative feedback. it was great and we highly recommend.

• Bianca (7/5): Great stay, lovely host but unsafe location! - Accommodation is great for a quick stop over in Naples, close to the station (2mins walk). It has everything you need and its clean. Hosts were really nice and super friendly. Host made us breakfast in the kitchen and assisted us in getting a driver to the airport. Accommodation was good, but location was not that safe. Good for a quick stop over but not an area for exploring. Restaurants were handy just below the accommodation but only if you're not so picky with food. Quality of food was not great! We got takeaway dinner and went straight back to accommodation as the Italian Army told us it's not safe after 6pm at night.

• Paul (10/5): Excellent location, clean and friendly. - Large spotlessly clean room. Very quiet and safe away from the hussle and bussle of Naples. Great access via the lift and friendly, helpful staff. So handy for the station so a brilliant location only 15 minutes from the airport. Everything was fine.
