Bei allen Fragen stand sie jederzeit hilfsbereit und unterstützend zur Seite. Komfort & Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und top gepflegt, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlen konnte. Perfekte Lage: Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre zentrale und dennoch überraschend ruhige Lage. Da die Fenster zum Innenhof hinausgehen, ist es im Zimmer wunderbar leise – eine kleine Oase der Ruhe mitten in der Stadt.

• Marion (10/5): - Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war groß, gemütlich, sauber, individuell und sehr aufmerksam und liebevoll eingerichtet mit einem ganz modernen Bad. Das Frühstück war einfach super mit Pancakes, frischen Beeren und Obst, Müsli, Joghurt, Milch, Säfte, Wurst und Käse, …….. Das B&B liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und trotzdem zentral. Und die Gastgeberin Elisa war sehr nett. Wir durften sogar etwas eher in das Zimmer und am Abreisetag unser Gepäck im Haus noch stehen lassen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Venedig, liebe Elisa. Da gab es nichts.

The location was perfect, the room was beautiful with lovely Venetian touches and even had a view of the canal. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful – always available and their recommendations were spot on for us. Everything felt easy and welcoming, and it really made our trip special. A very special thank you to Elisa, who is such a remarkable woman – so friendly, kind, and helpful. We were truly delighted with our stay. Highly recommended! The only minor point to note, if we had to find one, is that the mattress felt a bit firm for our personal preference. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

• Jonathon (10/5): Highly Recommended - Charming & Ideally located - The place is delightful and perfect for a couple. Elisa is an amazing hostess who provided excellent local recommendations for our wanderings around Venice as well as guidance to find a top-notch guide for our afternoon seeing the Basilica and Doge’s Palace. The place is cozy and comfortable and ideally located, quiet and away from the crowds but central to everything and a perfect jumping off place to explore the streets canals, with several great local cafes, restaurants and wine bars within a 5-10 minute walk. Very easy to come and go from the property, and Elisa was proactive and helpful prior to and during check in. Highly recommended for solo travelers and couples. Nothing.

The place is very safe and a 2 min walk from the train vaporetto and 6 min walk to the airport vaporetto. The bed was a king size, comfortable with excellent pillows. Close to local restaurants and wine bars and a nice quiet neighborhood to come back to after touring the busy parts of the city. Nothing in room coffee machine just a hot water kettle.
• Geovanna (10/5): Voltaria muitas vezes - I received a very warm welcome from Elisa at her charming B&B. The atmosphere has lovely touches that make you feel like you're staying at a friend’s home. The room, with a small balcony overlooking the canal, was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, with great lighting. The location is also a big plus — just a few steps from Strada Nuova, which makes arriving from Santa Lucia Station very easy. It’s also close to a Traghetto gondola stop, perfect for crossing the Grand Canal. What truly made the difference was Elisa’s hospitality and kindness — she’s a wonderful host. She also gave me excellent recommendations on where to go and eat in the city, just like a true local.

• Chris (10/5): Ca del Poeto is absolutely 💯 the best!!! Perfetto!!! - We loved everything! Elisa and Paolo are the nicest, kindest, most thoughtful hosts I've ever encountered. They took such wonderful care of me and my sister, even helping us get tickets and carry luggage to the vaporetto. If I'm ever fortunate enough to get to Venice again, I will stay at B&B Ca del Poeto, named for Paolo's grandfather, a poet himself ❤️

It’s a very convenient location, close to the Grand Canal and transport but away from the crowds. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, with lots of choice. We will be back! Nothing

Elisa made sure to get us transportation from the airport to her location. She meets you at the dock and the walk is very short to her home. This is important so you are not carrying your heavy suitcase all over Venice! The property is beautiful with the most beautiful view. Everything is incredibly clean! You need to stay here! No complaints!

• Tracie (10/5): Staying at B&B Ca del Poeta was an extraordinary and unforgettable experience. - Apart from the romance, the amenities, cleanliness and decor, what I really loved was the feel of the room - it's something that cannot be captured in a photo. Honestly, one of the loveliest experiences of my life and I have travelled everywhere. Paolo and Elise were wonderful and extremely helpful. The location was unbelievable. The restaurant across from our room amazing - and I had always wanted to stay in Venice in a beautiful room on a canal with a balcony. I will definitely be returning and bringing my kids next time, so they can experience it. Thank you Elise and Paolo. Nothing. It was all superb.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Wonderful stay at B&B Cà del Poeta - The B&B was charming, located within the Cannaregio district with picturesque houses and canals, it was ideal for walking to places like St Marco Piazza, the Grand Canal, places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious with a comfortable queen bed, sofa, small table and attached bathroom. Because of the location it was also nice and quiet during the day so it was a retreat from the bustling streets outside. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable and helpful in making our stay as smooth, comfortable and enjoyable as possible from start to end of our stay. I was extremely grateful for their kind assistance in helping me liaise with the airport for lost luggage which they went the extra mile to help me out!! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

But what made this place truly exceptional is the owner, Elisa. I booked room for my elderly mother who dreamed to spend few days in Venice and got lost on the way from airport ferry to hotel( it’s actually only 9 minutes walk and quite straight forward) , Elisa contacted me when mom didn’t come at time she was expected by her flight arriving and went to find my mom disoriented at the street! I’m incredibly grateful and believe it’s very important to have host such a caring person. Highly recommend!

• Destiny (9/5): Friendly, wonderful B&B in Venice - Great location! Room was clean, cute and had a great view of the canal on the patio. There was a mini bar to purchase alcohol and free water, tea, coffee. They offer breakfast which we didn’t have but it looked great. The host was extremely responsive and met us when we got there and helped us set up a gondola ride and gave us local recommendations. So wonderful! The only complaint I have was it was really loud. I wore earplugs and it was better. But given the location near bars and restaurants it not unexpected to hear people outside

Elisa spent time with us explaining the transport system, mapping the places to see, and her husband was kind enough to walk us to the boat that transported us to the airport. Really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Her breakfasts were excellent. Highly recommend. Very nice people. We liked everything. The room was immaculate and fresh. Appeared to be recently renovated.

I enjoyed it not being next to the main square and a little more off the beaten path. It is about 15 min walk to St. Marks square. Near great restaurants and a fantastic gelato place. The couple that owns the B&B are kind and made the experience pleasurable. They had breakfast out every morning. We didn't always yet to partake in it, but enjoyed it when we did. I would definitely stay here again. There was nothing I didn't like.

• Robin (10/5): Very comfortable room. - Getting into the property was very easy once it was set up. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and plenty of places to sit within the room. The hosts were very nice and accommodating, with recommendations for what to do/eat in Venice. The shower head was in an odd location (the middle of the long wall), but that is not a major complaint. Shower also ran out of hot water quickly, but that was only an issue once when my partner and I took showers immediately after each other.

Our room was very nice. There was everything one might need. Everything we ate for breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in a great location. There was nothing disturbing. And of course Eliza, she was very caring, very kind, very thoughtful. He took very good care of us from the first moment. He contacted us before arriving at the hotel. He told us about the places to visit in Venice. She was friendly and helpful. The chocolate surprise for the child was great. He put nuts and cookies in our room. It was a great hotel. • Michael (10/5): Wonderful host, delicious (and extensive) breakfast, excellent location. - The host was very kind and educated us on potential sites and restaurants to visit by going over a map of Venice. Prior to check-in they informed us what water-bus to ride (including the exact pickup/drop-off locations and time schedule). They also allowed us to store our luggage in the unit after checkout so we could explore the city for a few hours without bags prior to boarding the train. The breakfast included fruit, pastries, bread, honey, Nutella, yogurt, eggs, cereal, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, pancakes, syrup, peanut butter, jam, sliced ham, salami, cheese and more (see photos). The host also asked for dietary allergies ahead of time. The room had its own balcony overlooking a canal. The window had metal shutters on the outside which created a true blackout experience when closed. No light came through in the morning. The building and surrounding area were very quiet. The door downstairs opened with a phone call and we felt like secret agents every time we came home. The building, unit, bedroom, and bathroom were all very clean and the bed was comfy. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Venice!

We were greeted warmly by the proprietor, Elisa, who provided many tips and a delicious daily breakfast right outside the room. It was a treat to enter into a typical Venetian private courtyard off a quiet canal -- a unique experience we won't forget. Grazie, Elisa!

• The (10/5): Grazie M ile Elisa and Paolo! - Cà del Poeta was a dream! Directly above one of the canals so your able to see all the boats and gondoliers go by. Elisa and Paolo were the best hosts imaginable! They helped us feel very much at home during our stay! They also gave us wonderful suggestions for restaurants and attractions nearby that we could see in our short stay. Because of their wonderful suggestions we were able to see just about everything in two days. The location is perfect for getting around the island, we were even able to get over to Murano & Burano for about $10 a person. The room has a small fridge filled with water and drinks. Nothing. Bring bug spray, it's easy to get bites while near the water all day!

Paolo was very kind and helpful in every way. The location is good since it’s not in the middle of everything but close enough to all. Clean and comfortable. Loved it. The apartment met our expectations in 100%. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable large bed and a great balcony overlooking the canal. A well-equipped super market is around the corner. I have visited Venice before, but found her recommendations invaluable, even if half of the charm is getting lost in Venice. The location is excellent - a short 15 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast options were superb, we had more food than we could eat! Nothing - everything was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay! I would 100% stay here again, we felt very welcome!

Despite arriving early, we were checked-in immediately. 2. Breakfasts are top notch. Fruits, pancakes, jams, ham, etc, everything was fresh and tasty 3. We had a room with the view on the canal, so we could go out the balcony and enjoy it. It's very soothing. 4. The design of the hall is also very thoughtful: pleasant lightning and light scent of candles. 5. Location is very comfortable. We could reach anything we need in <20 minutes.
