• Nicola (9/5): Wonderful, relaxing, stylish with delicious breakfast - an absolute joy and we will be back. - The house is beautiful and stylish, we got an upgrade. Breakfast was exceptional and the host is so accommodating and helpful. The photographs do not do this house justice, the atmosphere was magical and so welcoming. The garden was private and sunny with benches to sit on after breakfast before heading into the city. There is also an enclosed parking with the house. The area is busy outside but once inside you do not know or hear it. It is a sanctuary.

• Aspasia (10/5): Eine verborgene Oase im Herzen der Stadt - Die Unterkunft liegt in einem etwas schwierigen Viertel und wirkt von außen eher unscheinbar. Doch kaum öffnet man die Tür, betritt man eine einzigartige architektonische und künstlerische Märchenwelt. Freundliche Gastgeber heißen einen herzlich willkommen, am Morgen wird man mit einem außergewöhnlich guten Frühstück verwöhnt, und die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer laden zum Entspannen und Zurückziehen ein. Auch ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden – insgesamt ist für alles bestens gesorgt.

The owner has carefully preserved all the beautiful original interiors and built upon the character of the house down to the smallest detail. It’s incredibly well thought out and beautiful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The shared living areas are fantastic. We were exceptionally well received and taken care of by the owner. The breakfast is a delight for both the palate and the eye. Antwerp is a wonderful city, but just staying at Huis Dujardin alone would have been worth the trip.

The home was a 19th century architectural beauty and was so lovingly restored. Every detail was perfect. The breakfast was wonderful. The best coffee! They even helped me with restaurants and gave me maps and books and helped me navigate the tram and trains! Really took the time and were so kind and sweet. I have already told my family and friends they have to go!!

• PAULINE (10/5): Un merveilleux souvenir - Il n’y avait pas de plus bel établissement à Anvers pour réveillonner, le lieu est chargé d’histoire, incroyablement bien réhabilité avec beaucoup de goût. Les propriétaires sont attachés au bien être de leurs hôtes, sympathiques et serviables, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet endroit plein de charme. Tout est exceptionnel, merci beaucoup.

Op loopafstand van het centrum van Antwerpen, afgesloten eigen parkeerplaats erbij, zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. Royaal en heerlijk ontbijt, fijne bedden, zeer goede service. • Brian (10/5): An absolute gem of a find in Antwerp...it was like staying on the set of a fancy movie. - We were welcomed by a most gracious hostess, Greet (don't to pronounce in English), with homemade waffles and coffee. The home feels like a luxurious transport back in time. Sitting in the conservatory, I felt like I was in a scene from a movie. Our room was spacious, clean, with fine attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious and served in a formal dining with a bright garden view. If you are looking for a wonderful stay in Antwerp, click no further, this is it. That I had to travel back to Amsterdam and stay in a corporate chain hotel.

• Ralf (10/5): Das grandioseste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe (und das waren schon sehr, sehr viele)! - Das Haus ist einfach unglaublich und Greet die tollste Gastgeberin, die man sich vorstellen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und toll eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück war grandios! Die Qualität hervorragend, sogar der Joghurt wird selbst hergestellt! Und alles so toll arrangiert. Im Sommer sitzt man in einem großen Raum mit Glasdach mit Blick in den Garten und in der kühleren Jahreszeit in einem tollen Raum mit Deckenbemalung. Alles ist mit viel Liebe angerichtet und zubereitet worden! Phantastisch!

• Katrin (10/5): Wunderschöne Oase - Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Das Haus ist eine wunderschöne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Sehr leckeres Frühstück liebevoll angerichtet, super leckeres warmes frisches Brot, frisches Obst und Gemüse, selbstgemachter Joghurt. Das Auto parkt kostenlos im Hof und wir konnten am Abreisetag sogar noch bis abends parken. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an die Gastgeberin! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden!

They made sure we had the best stay possible – starting with a very warm welcome, very nice and informative explanation and recommendations for our time in Antwerp and the overall hospitality. Thank you! The house is an amazing place with a rich history. The room was comfortable, nicely made up with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was one of our highlights – fresh, tasty products individually prepared. The location of huis DuJardin is super. Most places and sights are in walkable distance. The car can remain on the locked parking lot, where even a charging opportunity for electric cars in given. An amazing place to stay during our visit to Antwerp - if possible we would have rated it a “11” 😊Thank you Greet and Philip.

First of all I‘d like to thank Greet for her warm welcome, the great tips she had for things to visit and where to have bite, and, the wonderfull breakfast she treated us with. The Huis Dujardin itself is a little gem in the busy and bustling city of Antwerp, with its nice garden offering a haven of peace. Huis Dujardin also has a private parking which is very convenient if you happen to travel by car as we did. All in all, a wonderful stay. Thank you Greet.

Thank you for this experience - we will keep in our hearts! - Seeking for an accommodation for a 5 day city trip to Antwerp (btw, a city which we really can recommend for its architecture, its culture, but also its lively and diverse, open minded international atmosphere), we came across this „B&B“ which is a major understatement for this wonderful manor rather close to the Centraal station. Don’t be scared about the urban quarter, it’s safe and a perfectly capsuled diamond within an urban area which is multicultural, open and tolerant. There is definitely nothing which can be further improved. And any extra wish or need you might have, the hosts are happy to help and solve!

It was much more like staying at a beautiful museum than a bed and breakfast. The hostess was so kind and helpful, the room was huge and comfortable, and so smartly decorated, and the breakfast was unbelievable. The bed and breakfast has a beautiful library that is decorated in the original 1904 decor. It was truly an experience unlike any other. There was nothing I did not like about this.
• Seanna (10/5): Exceptional Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Antwerp - We had the rare opportunity to meet the most amazing host. The Bed and Breakfast (Huis Dujardin) is stunning! Our breakfast each morning was a treat to behold. Then came the map and ideas for the day. We then returned to a beautiful group of rooms full of books, musical instruments, mid day snacks and refreshments. Antwerp came alive because of our hosts ideas and suggestions. We did not want to leave.

The breakfast was great and prepared with love. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable bed. Also the building itself is so charming, a real pleasure to stay in. We could do everything by foot, if you like walking, the center is approx. 20 min. away by foot. The offered free parking was also great and a very nice service! Very little we didn't like. The only thing is the central street between central station and the location. It is not the most pleasant/relaxing route to walk (especially in the evening). This can be easily solved by taking an uber for example.
• Carolyn (9/5): Absolutely beautiful stay, warm host, probably the highlight of our trip in n Antwerp. - Astonishing building with a fascinating history. The rooms and common areas clean with exceptional attention to decorative and historical detail. The breakfast, especially when served in the back conservatory, was serene, fresh and delicious. Greet could not have been a more generous host. The location is easily accessible from the main train station by foot but not the most aesthetically pleasing neighborhood. We did discover some little gems, including an incredible artisanal pizza place and moroccan cuisine nearby, thanks to our hosts. Not really a quaint neighborhood - more eclectic but at least an easy trip to city center :)

• Shireen (10/5): Exceptional - Located on an unsuspecting street in central Antwerp (about a 10 minute walk to the train station) is this exquisite B&B. The Huis Dujardin feels like a piece of history with its' stylish, 19th century Europe interior, lovely garden, and is complemented by our friendly, helpful and attentive host, Greet - who even gave us tips on places to go in Antwerp! The breakfast spreads prepared (and yummy mini cakes) were divine, which we savoured with the view of the garden. Loved the library and music room, with its grand piano as well. The home and our room was also very clean and tidy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, highly recommended! • Nathan (10/5): Lovely stay. I would highly recommend this B&B. - The decor was beautiful and the architecture was so interesting. The owners were so friendly and helpful, giving us pointers about Antwerp and making reservations for us. The breakfast was so generous, delicious and elegant. The property is located out of the tourist area and in an area where you can see local life, yet it was a short walk to Antwerp Centraal train station.
