Leon kindly offered us a reliable transport to our destinations, for a very reasonable fee of course. They made sure that our stay was restful, our room and every common areas were spotless. It truly lived up to the feeling of being " a home away from home".

Breakfast was continental style but enough to set us up for the day Shower pressure really great Good value for money 10/10 Maybe more breakfast options Raisin Toast , crumpet or yogurt etc
• Jessica (10/5): Wonderful staying in Glenelg like at home - The owner of the house are FANTASTIC! You feel like at home. They prepare fresh breakfast. If you eant they speak with you with a lot of suggestions. They have also washed my clothes. Amazing, I really high recommend both for quick stops but also for long staying. Payment by card can be helpful :)

• Stuart (10/5): Exceptional - the property is immaculate. the hosts friendly and helpful. and it’s close to all ammenities in glenelg and transport to the city. all this and located on a quiet street
• Outi (2/5): The worst, most overpriced B&B I have ever been to or heard of. - The location was convenient to us and the wi-fi worked reasonably well. My husband received a phone call from the landlord a couple of weeks prior to our visit. After some niceties he gave my husband an offer: If you cancel your booking with Booking.com, I can give you a lower price. Just cancel within 48 hrs, I will accept it and then I will make the booking directly to Seabreeze. He made it clear that “nobody liked Booking.com” and that they charge too much commission for the bookings. In my mind, this is unfair. Without Booking.com he wouldn’t get the same number of guests. I seriously believe that this kind of action is against Booking.com rules and regulations concerning the accommodation givers they list. Glenelg Seabreeze is definitely not worthy to be listed on Booking.com. The landlord's behaviour was extremely inquisitive and unfriendly. The toilet was at the other end of the house, behind four doors, difficult to find at night and shared by the owners when they were doing their washing. The breakfast didn't suit my needs.

• Sarah-louise (9/5): I feel my batteries have been recharged after my stay here. - Perfect hosted bed and breakfast super clean, hosts were really helpful and friendly. Also do airport transfer!! Breakfast was great, space was great with privacy too. Excellent location.
