- Marion (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft und super freundliches Personal! Kann ich sehr empfehlen - Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind super freundlich und Serviceorientiert! Die Zimmer sind schön und groß und toll gelegen! Der Check-Inn scheint auf den ersten Blick etwas kompliziert zu sein, da kein Personal vor Ort ist. Es ist aber telefonisch immer jemand erreichbar und hilft mit viel Geduld dabei.

Mi hanno cambiato la str - Avevo prenotato per un’altra struttura vicina al luogo dove mi dovevo recare, invece sono stato spostato in una stanza “deluxe”. La stanza e il bagno non erano assolutamente puliti. Se avessi pagato 30€ mi sarei accontentato ma non per 110€!

I asked to please remove the perfume dispensers as I'm allergic, which they did and I appreciate. However, when I arrived the smell was too strong to even breathe, you can smell it even from the street. As this is a -1 floor there is no ventilation. I tried communication with the owner and booking.com but the owner was never available for either of us. Non even until now. I had to stay and suffer the consecuencies. No response from the owner, strong artificial, cleaning products smell, no ventilation.

- roberto (1/5): UNA VERGUENZA, UN SCAM - NADA la información recibida en el whatsapp relativa al codigo resulto ser no aplicable ya que el código no funcionó. Gracias a que otro usuario llegó y me dijo que su novia estaba dentreo porque hace unas horas el mismo codigo les habia funcionado UNA VEZ, pude entrar. La habitación no cumple con los servicios contratados, el baño esta en otro sitio y no en la habitación. las quejas eran generalizadas entre todos los usuarios que estabamos dentro que contaban incidencias similares. Uno uso mi llave para encontrsar una habitación donde dormir porque mi llave abria una habitación. En fin un fraude, un SCam, UNA VERGUENZA, bOOKING DEBERIA INVESTIGAR ESTOS CASOS QUE YO, QUE HE VIAJADO POR TODO EL MUNDO, NO ME HABIA SUCEDIDO NUNCA.
Sospechando todo esto por la mañana hable varias horas con booking pero no he visto que se hubiera tomado ninguna medida. La suerte estuvo de mi lado y por eso consegui dormir (con grandes molestias) esa única noche que habia contratado. Una verguenza que se permita esto.

EL DUEÑO COMPRA LAS VALORACIONES A CAMBIO DE UNA RESEÑA EXCEPCIONAL Te dice que si le das 10/10 no tienes que pagar las tasas de las personas que vayan a la reserva de la primera noche. Cuando llegamos la puerta de nuestra habitación estaba abierta y rota y hemos tenido que dormir con una mesa sobre la puerta por si entraban a nuestra habitacion. El trato de la empresa ha sido muy pero que muy malo, no me ofrecieron ningun cambio a pesar de que yo he pagado por una habitacion privada. La limpieza deja muchisimo que desear y el olor es bastante pesado. Cuando llegamos el codigo no funcionaba y tuvimos que estar llamando a diestro y siniestro a numeros que nos iban desviando para que terminara diciendome que habia una llave escondida en el contador de agua. Llave que podria coger cualquier persona de la calle y entrar en mi habitacion ya que no tenia cerradura. El baño que he pagado como privado esta en la primera planta y cuando llegamos tambien estaba totalmente abierto, por lo que los otros usuarios de este no se como llamarlo podian acceder a el. El colmo es ya el trato al cliente, pero bueno, lean las demas valoraciones tanto aqui como en google reseñas.

- ALVARO (1/5): Experiencia pésima y total incumplimiento de Booking.com - Nada Llegamos al B&B Tortonay la primera noche fue totalmente inaceptable. La habitación estaba sucia, con sábanas usadas y toallas con sangre usadas, restos en el suelo (hasta un condon usado) y un olor fuerte a tabaco. Llamamos al propietario para que la limpiara, pero no cumplió su promesa, y no había a dónde ir durante la noche. La falta de respuesta y la actitud negativa del propietario nos obligaron a abandonar la habitación al día siguiente.La reserva era de 4 noches y evidentemente no podía seguir ni un minuto más ahí.
Además, el alojamiento no coincide con lo anunciado: el baño no era privado, la habitación era más pequeña de lo indicado ( pone 18 metros, y esta no tenia ni 9)y las condiciones de higiene eran pésimas. Evidentemente esto no quedará en un simple comentario, pronto irá una inspección, ya que es ilegal anunciar una cosa y vender otra, incluso no comple con el mínimo tamaño exigido por la normativa.
Esto constituye publicidad engañosa y un incumplimiento grave de lo contratado.
Booking.com también es responsable en este caso, ya que soy cliente de su plataforma y yo pago a booking,,, (no pago a la propiedad)Yo hago el pago directamente a la cuenta de booking y luego ellos ya le pagaran a la propiedad o como sea, pero quiero que quede claro que yo soy cliente de booking. La empresa booking.com no ha intercedido ni garantizado que los alojamientos cumplan con los requisitos mínimos y con lo publicado. Hasta ahora no he recibido el reintegro de la reserva, lo que demuestra una falta de atención y protección hacia sus clientes.He llamado a booking y hablado hasta com 5 personas diferentes y no se quieren responsabilizar de este grave asunto. Yo no voy de un Apartamento por que quiera, me voy forzado por que no cumple con la limpieza ni los metros ni lo contratado y por estar en condiciones inhumanas,,, Por eso este comentario también es negativo a booking,,, esto no me da seguridad para futuras reservas, pues si sucede esto se lava las manos.

Muy mala experiencia, Yo había reservado en una dirección y luego, me dijeron que por un upgrade me cambiaban a otra dirección en la cual me tuvieron por varias horas esperando durante la noche en la calle, al final no pude entrar a la habitación reservada y pagada. Tuve que irme a un hotel para dormir aquella noche, lo peor es que nunca se comunicaron conmigo mientras les escribía o llamaba. Al día siguiente les escribí para que me puedan devolver el dinero y nunca me respondieron.

- Jette (4/5): Annehmbar. - Die Lage und die Einrichtung. Das wir uns das dritte Bett (eines Dreibettzimmers) selbst aufbauen mussten und uns im Vorhinein nicht gesagt wurde wo das dritte Bett ist. Sprich die erste Nacht mussten wir uns zu dritt ein Zweierbett teilen. Unterkunft meinte nur wir hätten sie früher kontaktieren sollen, was wir auch taten aber sie reagierten nicht auf unsere Anrufe.

Pensavo di aver prenotato una camera con finestra, ma mi sono ritrovata in un seminterrato senza finestre, un vero tugurio. Quando ho ricevuto su WhatsApp le istruzioni per accedere alla struttura sono rimasta basita nel leggere ciò che mi aspettava (allego foto del messaggio). Ho subito chiamato per chiedere chiarimenti e mi è stato risposto che avevo avuto tutte le informazioni al momento della prenotazione: assolutamente falso. Anche la pagina di Booking indicava “stanze con vista”, non certo seminterrati senza finestre. Ciò che mi ha indignata di più è stata la risposta alla mia lamentela: “per quello che ha speso non poteva aspettarsi di più”. Ritengo che 232,68 € per due notti non sia affatto una cifra da “cantina”.
- Laura (1/5): Estafa - El que sus mensajes solo fueran automáticos y no respondieran a ningunas de mis preguntas, cuando llegó había otra persona que tenía la misma reserva que yo y no le contestaba nadie , al llegar todo sucio cama sin hacer papeleras sin cambiar, frigorífico picado y con comida de otras personas, cuarto de baño con mampara rota y sucio y la puerta de la habitación sin seguridad ya que no nos fiábamos de dejar nuestras cosas ya que no cerraba y nos mandaba fotos sin coherencia para solucionarlo, espero que no engañe a nadie más porque no es la primera vez que ocurre la próxima vez aprenderé a mirar las reseñas

C'è il "self check-in", chiedono di inviare documento di identità e numero di carta di credito su un numero whatsapp, per poi inviare i codici di accesso. Peccatto che questi codici non mi siano mai arrivati! Non hanno risposto a decine e decine di telefonate, quindi sono rimasto senza un posto dove dormire (sono stato poi salvato da una persona molto gentile e disponibile). Da DENUNCIA!! Scappate!

La porta della camera era difficile d’aprile con una chiave minuscola fornita.

Mais en arrivant sur place nous avons constaté un logement vétuste sans aucun charme. De plus la salle de bain dont l'état était plus que douteux se trouvait dans le couloir. Le propriétaire nous a fait remarquer qu'on avait loué une chambre éco et non un cinq étoiles!! A priori pour le propriétaire Eco signifie sale. Voir photos. Sans solution du propriétaire nous avons dû quitter ce logement et prendre un autre hôtel à nos frais.

I was promised a boiler and coffee maker which were just in the common area. The booking description promised a “quite street view” while the room was in the basement. Literally no window.
No internet connection and poor Wi-Fi.
No staff at all and just an automatic WhatsApp chat.
But the most extraordinary gem was the host offering to not pay the accommodation tax in exchange for a 10/10 review, that I’m pretty sure is illegal.

Several attempts made via phone with no response. I finally received the information for the room entry and it seems the owner had also texted it another thinking it was me. the owner finally sent someone, but he didn't help much. The other person's wife entered the room while we were trying to figure this out and she refuse to leave saying it was the owner's problem even though he said it was meant for us. The owner said, I had to go to another property or get a refund. After a long travel and had a tour booked and was pressed for time, we went to the other property, not realizing how far it was. we had to pay $20 euros for an Uber. Because of this problem, we missed our non-refundable tour which cost us $154eu. Another uber would have cost $70eu and Metro was a 20 min walk, I had specifically picked the location we needed to get our tour on time and close to other activities. No restaurants and nothing to do around the property. Ruined my trip to Milan.

Bueno si, lo positivo es que solo nos quedábamos ahí una noche. Menos mal. Todo. Te dicen que la recepción es automática y que a partir de las 14:30 te mandarán los códigos de acceso, luego cambió y hasta no antes de las 15:00 nada, llego a la puerta, aviso al propietario y tras media hora esperando al sol y sin comer me comenta por whatsapp que he tenido una mejora en mi habitación y me manda a otro alojamiento a nada más y nada menos que 30 minutos andando del lugar. Solo me envía información de dónde está y los códigos para acceder, ni fotos de las habitaciones ni nada más. Ante esto le comento que voy a reclamarlo y que no me pienso mover del lugar.
Sobre las 16:15 me envía los códigos de acceso para el alojamiento original que había pagado pero también envía lo mismo a una pareja que estaba allí esperando. Dos reservas y una sola habitación. Todo esto sin poder hablar con el propietario por teléfono porque no lo coge.
Al final nos quedamos con la habitación que habíamos reservado pero de la conversación de whatsapp me borra toda la información con los códigos para acceder a la habitación (menos mal que hice una foto del chat). Tras esto no vuelvo a recibir contestación alguna.
Y no es un caso aislado, porque al salir nos encontramos a otra pareja que tenía el mismo problema que nosotros, el propietario no mandó los códigos para acceder y no les cogía el teléfono.
Si luego la habitación estuviera bien… pero no es el caso; la cama doble durísima y las sábanas olían mal y la supletoria cuando te tumbabas se cerraba. La puerta no cerraba bien y desde fuera te veían por el agujero de la cerradura.
Y SOBRE TODO PAGA PARA TENER BUENAS RESEÑAS. El propietario te indica que si le pones buena puntuación y le envías una foto de la reseña, él asume la tasa turística. Por algo será no?

- Dimitri (1/5): Schlechteste Service - Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das war die schlechteste Erfahrung mit einem Hotel und der schrecklichste Service, den ich je erlebt habe.
Die Check-in-Informationen wurden nicht im Voraus gesendet. Am „Hotel“ gibt es kein Schild, das darauf hinweist, dass es sich um ein Hotel handelt. Nach einer 6 Stündigen Fahrt, als ich vor der Tür des sogenannten „Hotels“ stand, erhielt ich eine WhatsApp Nachricht, dass sich das Hotel an einer anderen Adresse befindet. Ich brauchte sehr lange, um das richtige Hotel zu finden, da es auch an dieser Adresse kein Hotel, sondern ein normales Wohnhaus gibt. Im Zimmer gab es keine Toilette. Ich musste lange per WhatsApp klären, wo die Toilette ist. Man nannte mir die falsche Toilettentür, die ich lange nicht öffnen konnte. Es stellte sich heraus, dass man mir die Schlüssel für eine andere Toilette gegeben hatte. Der Service wollte am Telefon nicht antworten. Es gab keine Mitarbeiter vor Ort und die Nachrichten per WhatsApp kamen nur alle 20-30 Minuten. Der Check-in dauerte etwa 2 Stunden. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, aber keine Tassen und keinen Ort, um Wasser für den Kaffee zu bekommen. Die Küche ist geschlossen und nicht zugänglich. Außerdem die auf der Webseite gezeigten Fotos der Zimmer entsprechen nicht der Realität. Das ist der schrecklichste Service, den ich je erlebt habe. Halten Sie sich von diesem „Hotel“ fern.
- Gianatti (6/5): Si può sicuramente migliorare - Zona molto bella: a due passi dai navigli e quindi nel pieno della movida milanese. Personalmente zona ottima in quanto ho viaggiato per studio e la camera si trovava a 5 min a piedi dalla mia università. Molto tranquillo e sicuro, dotato di diversi comfort (phon per capelli compreso!). Ho prenotato una stanza con bagno privato e devo dire che era anche molto spazioso. Host molto gentile e disponibile. L’unica pecca è la pulizia. Ho trovato poco curata la manutenzione del pavimento, in diverse zone la polvere era visibile e ho notato che l’acqua della doccia faceva fatica a scendere nello scarico. Inoltre, cosa molto spiacevole, ho trovato diverse macchie su uno dei cuscini del letto e un’altra piccola sull’altro. Fortunatamente ne ho trovato un terzo pulito ma sicuramente l’aspetto pulizia va rivisto. Personalmente ritengo che entri troppa luce nella stanza a causa dei lucernari che, a una persona come me, possono dare fastidio in quanto la luce disturba il sonno. Infine un piccolo appunto sul wc: si tratta di due sanitari in uno (wc e bidet); da progettista consiglio l’aggiunta di un bidet separato che rientra perfettamente nelle misure perché quello presente è davvero inutilizzabile dal senso di sporcizia che trasmette.

Грязно, не уютно, проходной двор, номера не соответствуют фотографиям, в первую ночь пьяная пара с ребенком, невменяемая - совокуплялясь в три ночи прямо в общей ванной комнате, слушали громко музыку и вели себя максимально девиантно, на что администрация, которая не находится по месту, так это автоматизированный отель, общага, с очень не простым въездом, отписала что по камерам ничего такого они не видели и вообще не при делах , и только после того как уборщик уведомил их , что номер превратили в притон (слышал), прислал извинения. Мы повелись на цену и район , наша ошибка- не повторяйте её.
Куча хлама не понятного в номере, мы еще и выехать не могли нам закрыли общий выход , не понятно почему, мы спешили на самолёт, еле открыл потом сотрудник который не далеко жил . Слышимость, отсутствие ручек на дверях, темно, кошмар, катастрофа, еще и предлагает за хороший отзыв покрыть часть городского налога.

On reaching there with an infant ,and calling him
up multiple times he said the booking has been given to someone else.
We had prepaid the entire amount.
Then he suggested another alternative option somewhere else which we had to go by cab in the middle of the night.
At least we got to spend the night somewhere but the hassle we had to take was pathetic.
And booking.com didn’t take any responsibility

Entrare dal portone d'ingresso e trovare un letto a due piazze posizionato in un ambiente che dovrebbe essere in comune con con tutti gli ospiti, dove c'era un frigorifero, un lavello e un angolo per preparare i pasti, ha creato in noi confusione.
La porta della nostra camera si chiudeva con una banale serratura da interni e non ci siamo fidati di lasciare oggetti di valore.
La nostra stanza, posta nel seminterrato, era priva di finestre e come pulizia non era il massimo.
Mi ha lasciato perplesso il fatto che il gestore mi abbia chiesto il numero e la scadenza della mia carta di credito, sapendo che io avevo già saldato il pernottamento almeno una settimana prima.

Tout est parfaitement organisé dès le check-in : nous avons reçu une procédure simple et claire pour accéder aux clés, trouver la chambre et nous installer, sans avoir besoin d’attendre à la réception. Tout est automatisé, rapide, pratique et sans stress, ce qui est idéal pour un voyage d’affaires ou un séjour touristique.
En arrivant, un espace d’accueil très propre, avec une machine à café gratuite et les codes WiFi affichés. Ensuite, la chambre : magnifique, spacieuse, avec une odeur incroyable, comme dans un hammam – vraiment relaxant après une journée à Milan. Il y a un écran plat avec Netflix, parfait pour se détendre, une grande penderie avec des cintres, des meubles pour ranger ses affaires, tout est pensé pour le confort.
Le lit est extrêmement confortable, la literie haut de gamme, la propreté irréprochable, tout est moderne et fonctionnel. L’isolation phonique est très bonne, on dort vraiment bien. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable pour Milan !
Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel à Milan pour son emplacement idéal, son organisation impeccable, son design moderne et son confort exceptionnel. Si vous cherchez un hébergement à Milan, n’hésitez pas, cet endroit est parfait pour un couple, une famille ou un voyage professionnel.
- Annette (7/5): Für eine Nacht, voll in Ordnung - Ein großes Zimmer mit genügend Platz. Einen Fernseher und großes eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Die Ankunft war etwas holprig. Der Code stimmte nicht. Wir haben telefonisch niemand erreicht. Wir warteten bis ein Bewohner der Unterkunft half. Es dauerte dann bekamen wir einen neuen Code. 4 Handtücher für 5 Personen lagen bereit. Es ist sehr staubig und nicht sehr sauber.

Nella descrizione e soprattutto nelle foto della struttura veniva fatto chiaramente intendere che il bagno fosse privato, quando invece all’arrivo abbiamo scoperto che era condiviso. Questa mancanza di trasparenza è inaccettabile e fuorviante.
Gli asciugamani non erano riforniti a dovere e la cura generale lasciava molto a desiderare.
La notte poi è stata impossibile: rumori continui dalle 4 del mattino fino alle 8, senza alcuna gestione o attenzione da parte del proprietario. Dormire è stato praticamente impossibile.
Come se non bastasse, al nostro arrivo il proprietario ha addirittura fatto capire di aspettarsi una recensione positiva: un atteggiamento fuori luogo e ingiustificato, soprattutto a fronte di un soggiorno così deludente.
Esperienza davvero negativa: zero chiarezza, zero professionalità e nessuna attenzione al comfort degli ospiti.
Sconsigliatissimo.

Le propriétaire demande les données de la Carte Bancaire alors qu'il n'en a pas besoin.
L'hôtel est salle.

THE HOTEL IS ASKING FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS IN EXCHANGE FOR A DISCOUNT ON THE PRICE. DO NOT TAKE THE REVIEWS INTO ACCOUNT.
OUR ROOM WAS ALREADY RENTED, the owner offered us no solutions, and we were unable to sleep in the hotel.
Another family with a 7-month-old child was in the same situation; the owner had no qualms about sending them across town at 11 p.m.
The owner is asking for credit card details even though he doesn't need them.

- Salbego (8/5): - Estava tudo muito limpinho e cheiroso. As toalhas e lençóis eram branquinhos e cheirosos. Não ficamos no Via Savona, ficamos na Via Ascanio Sforza, mas eu achei muito bom..era espaçoso, silencioso e muito seguro. Tem pontos de ônibus muito próximos e muitas facilidades bem próximas então a locomoção a pé foi muito fácil. Não gostei da falta de comunicação, eu avisei que chegaria à noite (as 20), porém o trem atrasou e eu cheguei às 21:48 com minha filha de 6 anos e ficamos na rua sem ter as instruções de como entrar no local e tentei ligar diversas vezes, mandei mensagens inclusive pelo booking e não fui atendida. Tive que ir diretamente para o aeroporto e só às 22:40 recebi as instruções. Disseram que foi um problema no whatsapp...não sei, mas também não arruinou nossa estadia. Ficaria novamente no local.

Apparently they want to force you to send passport photographs by Whatsapp prior to sending the access code for keyless entry. However I missed this Whatsapp, which they sent one day before arrival. Also, I do not consider this a good business practice. In Spain and Germany it is illegal to ask for photographs of a passport, in Italy I do not know.

Ens van proporcionar un llit extra, tot ok. El bany era fora l'habitació i havies de creuar la zona comuna a la nit, amb gent per allà fent la festa.
Ens van oferir no pagar la taxa turística si els valoràvem de 10 a les opinions. I això ho trobo indecent i injust.
