Guest Reviews
- Roger (9/5): Very nice, clean great value. Good french restuarant in village. - Hosts were wonderful and welcoming Bathroom down the hall
- Dinesh (1/5): Not satisfied - Nothing Bad location not approachable without car
Bad hosting
Bed condition was very bad
Door lock handle was seems broken
Very small room

- Iris (9/5): - Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenhalt. Tolles Frühstück und aufmerksame Gastgeber
- Evgenii (7/5): - The parking lot is right in front of the building. just 10 meters away from the castle. Quite area. Well maintained. Some rooms have the castle view. Although it’s a good guest house, it feels overpriced for what it offers. Breakfast costs €15 per person, including for children, which seems quite high. We preferred having breakfast at Backhaus Mahl, just a 5-minute drive away. The double room is small, and the bathroom is quite tiny.

- Beat (9/5): Sehr gut gerne wieder - Super Frühstück
- Matthias (9/5): -
- Marianne (10/5): - Sehr freundliche Inhaber.

- Katherine (10/5): - Great cozy place to stay. Super close to Hohenzollern Castle. Quiet and clean and nice breakfast in the am
- Felicitas (9/5): - Gut Nichts
- Steven (7/5): Im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. -
- Lara (7/5): - The view of the Hohenzollern castle was nice, good location. The bed was quite uncomfortable
- Michaela (10/5): - Freundlichkeit auch gegenüber Kindern und Sauberkeit.
- lee (8/5): -
- hubert (9/5): Large room with great beds, and very close to the HohenZollern castle - Although the kitchen was closed they still prepared a meal for us (great Wiener Schnitzel :) ) when we arrived late.

- Michael (8/5): Für ein bis 2 Nächte sehr geeignet. - Zimmer und Unterkunft sehr sauber und schön. Freies WLAN.
- Frasch (9/5): Familiär geführte Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht.

- Gina (8/5): Nice and friendly hosts - The breakfast was good and sufficient. The room was updated and well layed out. Room was very hot and very minimal view of the Burg
- Alexander (9/5): Great location and a very nice gasthaus - Great Location. Very close to Hohenzollern Castle. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very nice and had a good variety. It was very walkable and many restaurants nearby. The wi-fi was not the best. The room we had had sloping ceilings, and we bumped our heads a few times...
- Liam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melinda (10/5): Great value and location. Nice stay booked last minute. - Location was wonderful. Easy to get to. Shopping nearby and walking areas.
- Gabriel (8/5): Cozy and practical! - Very comfortable and cute guest house! Room was very modern and cozy. Ideal to visit the amazing Hohenzollern castle. No complaints!
- Marc (9/5): Superb - exactly as described. very nice host. excellent breakfast in very friendly and hospitable breakfast room.
- Casad (9/5): I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area, esp if visiting Burg Hohenzollern. - Ease of check-in, location, quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. In that many things were offered, and everything was delicious. Staff was welcoming. The town is quite sleepy and doesn’t offer much in the way of dining, but we were able to eat at the Burg and breakfast was offered at the hotel.
- Wallace (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vincent (8/5): Very good -
- Rob (8/5): Very good - Just the basics. Small bathroom, just a bed. Lack of additional space for luggage and very small bathroom/ shower
- Alison (9/5): Comfortable and homely - Located close to Hohenzollern Castle, clean, comfortable and with free parking on site. Breakfast is delicious, especially the home made bread and muffins Nothing
- Ali_girl (8/5): Very good -
- Shoyer (8/5): Very good - The host was very helpful with suggestions for dinner. The balcony on the second floor was terrific with easy access to the bar fridge.
- Martin (9/5): Superb -
- Mckenzie (7/5): Good - The room was clean and welcoming. Had a free parking spot. Staff were very nice. There wasn’t much to do in the area and was minimal places to eat dinner near by .
- Swarn (1/5): Hopeless property - Hopeless property and hopeless owner The owner was hopeless 😩 and there was not a glass of water no electric kettle she didn’t check our id all the things were negative rooms wifi was purposely switched off now I m staying in biella Italy for 4 days I would never book any hotels with booking.com after that I have booked two nights in Como This has been 2 time I booked with booking.com you should check the fact of the hotel before listing goodbye for ever Booking.com never 👎 to be seen with you
- Anna (10/5): Highly recommended - Everything was amazing! Great location, very cozy and nice place, friendly hosts, delicious breakfast.
- Jj (9/5): Superb -
- Anita (8/5): Very good -
- Ron (9/5): Superb -
- Shunichiro (7/5): Good -
- Gisela (10/5): We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the Gästehaus to anyone. - The location was perfect. We could see the castle Hohenzollern from the property. It was only a 10 minute trip by car to the castle. The property was in a small town called Bisingen, very quiet and relaxing. The hosts were the nicest people and very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful in a typically South German style furnished room.
My husband had wanted to see this castle for a long time and we’re glad we did. It was a much better experience than Neuschwanstein with a lot less tourists. We liked everything
- Laszlo (7/5): Good -
- Rui (6/5): Okay stay - On-site parking Room had bad smell. Wi-Fi non exist.
- Steve (8/5): Very good -
- Annette (8/5): Well priced and convenient for visiting Hohenzollern Castle. - I only stayed one night as a rest point on my way to Switzerland, and to visit the castle. I was the only guest when i arrived so plenty of parking, and it is free of charge. Checking in was easy enough by calling the number provided and following instruction on how to retrieve the key from the locker. Havent encountered any staff in real life or used any of the other facilities so cant comment on that. Room was decent sized for a single room and spotlessly clean.
The location is withing walking distance of places to eat and a large supermarket. I took a walk to another village to have dinner even because it was so close. With some nice scenery and views of the Hohenzollern castle, which I visited the morning after. It was maybe a 10 to 15 minute drive to the castle. I wouldn't know.
- Alyssa (8/5): Very good -
- Celeste (9/5): Superb -
- Andries (8/5): Very good -
- Abbie (9/5): Very nice place to sta! - Very well-located for a trip to the castle!
- Silas (9/5): Superb -
- Irina (8/5): Very good - Very clean room, no shabby furniture. We had kids with us and one of their beds was a cot with not enough mattress. The fitting of the cot protruded and was hard to sleep on.
- Lauri (10/5): Exceptional - everything was nice, comfy beds and good breakfast, also 10 minutes drive till the castle
- Julian (5/5): Passable -
