• Marien (10/5): Excelente!! - Apartamento cómodo con cocina, pequeña mesa con sillas tal cual se ve en la foto. Llegamos antes del check in y dejamos nuestras valijas en un lugar de uso común. Excelente ubicación!! Super recomendado.

• Heather (7/5): Fresh, clean and central but perfectly calm property! - I don't think you could get more central to the main attractions than this. However, it was so quiet you'd never know that it was peak holiday time outside on the front side. Super clean and fresh room. The crowds! But that was my issue :-). The property can be hard to find as the street has double numbers in places and Google maps is convinced the property is down the road. Could have been more kitchen items but not a big deal since there's so many eating places outside.

• Sydney (1/5): Disgusting bugs everywhere, especially in the bed. Host was rude and unresponsive. Horrible time here and even when I pr - Nothing it was disgusting. Bugs all over the bed and couldn’t even get a refund because they blamed us for “stains” on the sheet that were already previously there. I didn’t like that the host was rude and disregarding. They claimed the environment was clean but it clearly wasn’t.

• Billyfu (9/5): - This is a great apartment right in the vibrant centre of the city and about a minutes' walk to the Duomo and about a 5 minute walk in the other direction to the Ulffizi Gallery. The suite was clean and tidy and had pretty much everything you'd need to self-cater. The bed was comfortable and there eas a communal area and enclosed roof terrace. Clear instructions about location, access codes and keys were given which were really helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing to add here.

Not good for light sleepers, despite curtains, room not dark due to Swatch shop across the way keeping lights on all night. Also noise from crowds on the street below until 1:30-3:00am on weekends. Also no coffee maker in room, despite in-room photos.

• Mélanie (8/5): Alliance vue et confort. Qualité prix. - Emplacement et vue ! Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, sdb moderne et équipée, bcp de prises pour recharge. Espace cuisine pratique (commun à 2 location) avec petite terrasse. Propreté. Sécurité (porte à verrou, coffre fort disponible - même si pas utilisé). Check in automatique - reception de codes après paiement - liberté d'arrivée et de départ. Possibilité de deposer sac ds espace cuisine en mode "consigne" avant ou après check out (sans surveillance, mais seul les locataires ont codes d'entrées). Ascenseur pour arriver au 4e étage. Le proprio Marco était très sympathique et surtout conciliant. Il nous a trouvé une solution d'urgence pour rentrer ds l'etablissement lorsque notre avion a eu 11h de retard et nous a fait arriver au milieu de la nuit. Très mauvais wifi (à droite du lit on capte peu, à gauche rien du tout). Installé ds cuisine et desservant les 2 chambres - investir ds un booster amplificateur ds chaque chambre. Fenêtre très fine laissant passer bruit et surtout froid ! Chauffage a eu du mal à rechauffer la pièce - un isolant, rideau plus épais ou même une couverture de lit en plus sont des solutions faciles et qui gagneraient en confort. Rideau laissant passer lumière (anecdotique)

• Alice (7/5): - Posizione perfetta, è possibile raggiungere a piedi la stazione e tutte le principali attrazioni centrali. Non c’era neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua nel frigo presente in camera e un paio di doghe del letto erano staccate. Sono stata nella struttura 3 giorni e non sono state effettuate pulizie, nè cambio asciugamani. Inoltre ho già segnalato al responsabile il problema del portone che rimanendo sempre aperto, spesso anche di notte, permette a chiunque di entrare, alcune volte anche a clochard.
• Marta (6/5): Bien por ubicación, haría falta más atención a la limpieza - La ubicación es increíble y la cama y almohada son cómodas Nada de comunicación con el anfitrión. Además la limpieza no era muy exhaustiva, todos los bordes de la ducha negros. La habitación es bastante pequeña.

A corta distancia del ponte vecchio. ¿Qué mejor que estar en el corazón de Florencia? No lo sé. Quizás mi única queja podría ser que el ascensor es un poco lento, nada más.

• Aikena (1/5): Dirty, poor service - Location The property was really dirty. It is clear that this place is not being watched at all. There was no shampoo or soap. The rag in the kitchen stank. The dish was dirty. There was no tea, coffee, or water. The air conditioner was running very poorly and the room was cold. In general, it was not comfortable and we were squeamish about everything. It would be possible to invest money and keep the room clean. It's a pity that for such money, such conditions. The only good thing is the location. But I'd rather live far from center and be clean. I don't recommend it to anyone

• François (7/5): - La situation à quelques pas de la cathédrale est exceptionnelle. La chambre est propre. Tout l'intérieur est en bon état. Le sommeil serait amélioré par des rideaux supplémentaires, occultants et phoniques. Le lieu est très bruyant jour et nuit. Nous estimons que le séjour/cuisine ne devrait pas avoir de caméra de surveillance.

• Sophie (3/5): - La situation en plein centre de Florence est exceptionnelle, donc permet de visiter tous les monuments et musées tres facilement. Logement à déconseiller en hiver : pas de chauffage !!! Seulement une climatisation réversible, ne chauffant pas beaucoup. Et surtout elle ne fonctionne qu'avec la clef, donc pas dés que l’on sort. Aucun contact avec le loueur : boîte à clefs et réponse minimale aux demandes.

• Valentina (7/5): A due passi dal duomo, ma con qualcosa da migliorare! - Posizione centralissima, si vede il duomo dalla camera, comodità nel check in, abbastanza pulita e dimensioni della camera, Wi-Fi veloce Un po’ da ristrutturare sotto alcuni aspetti, non troppa cura nei dettagli (es. soffione della doccia completamente incrostato di calcare) pulizia base. Il calorifero non andava ma c’era solo la pompa di calore (condizionatore) che però non scaldava a sufficienza dato che quando sei via si spegneva, quindi abbastanza fredda la camera

• Martina (6/5): Estadía agradable - Me gusto la ubicación y la limpieza, habitación completa. Nos contestaban inmediatamente cuando preguntábamos algo. La cama era horrible tenía un hueco al medio lo que hacía que diera mucho dolor de espalda, es algo que deben revisar y cambiar.
